Terrible service I felt comfortable when I walked in not friendly

All the women were so helpful in picking out Christmas presents, they made us feel welcomed and brought out our Christmas spirit in these trying times. I will always come here for those special gifts for loved ones.

Overland’s products are the finest quality at reasonable prices. I love this store! I wasn’t able to buy a pair of boots (they didn’t have my size), but Betsy made it so easy to order some to my home! I can’t wait for my new boots!! Thanks Betsy!

There is something for everyone and even more for me. The prices are a little higher than I would want, but I love the apparent quality. Time will tell. Love the hats we purchased and still thinking about that coat.

I have never been in Durango and not stopped by Overland.... Always top shelf products and the staff are amazing. I bought a Jack Frost a few years back and they ask me how its doing just about every other visit. Really cool store for leather and sheepskin products

I’ve been a routine customer at Overland ( 10+ years) from when I lived locally to now a visitor of the area. Never feeling pressured to buy or felt a vibe that I didn’t belong. With that said, really happy with my latest visit and getting to know Gina ( team member ). The item my wife and I were looking for was only available to order online but still left with a couple items and wishing there was an Overland closer to me.*4 stars as the lower priced furs are sourced from China, not Italy as our previous purchases were sourced from, along with being the same price.

Not only is the staff super friendly and helpful, but there are some neat finds here. We had a great experience and we are happy with our purchases!

Love the store! I had a coat from Overland Sheepskin... I loved it so much and someone up and stole it from me! My boyfriend at the time bought it for me,it’s a shame that people can’t keep their hands off of your things ... I don’t understand whyAnyway, the store is great! I shopped at the one in Taos or somewhere... we were on our way to Colorado...

Amazing quality leather and fur goods. We usually shop at the Santa Fe store but since this is our first time in Durango, we saw the store here and stopped in. Had to get more good stuff. My wife bought me a lambskin blazer and I got her sheep fur pillows.

Was looking for a hat, my girlfriend wanted to leave abruptly. So we did, without the hat. As I made my way out a man said to me Lets do this ! what a strange comment, I thought to myself. My girl eventually revealed to me that the lady of the store told her not to touch anything unless she was planning on buying it and accused her of stealing. Were Over 40, We dress well, we are not destitute. I dont understand why someone would think this about us. Was it a race thing?

Prices are a LOT over the top, the items they carry that are hand made in America, are very nice. Be careful and look at the tags, the do have items made in China for the same rediculous prices.
