If youre going to consistently start closing the store early, then change your hours! Its as simple as that.

Went in just to get a handful of items for our airbnb. The store was freezing inside! I never shopped so fast haha. I was able to find what we needed and the produced was fresh.

Wish I could go lower than 1 star. This store claims that there is a coin shortage. Yet every other store in the entire city has change. You guys got me when the pandemic started, claiming my change would be added to my shoppers card. Oh look. None of the change was added to my account. I will not be going into this location.

The Olathe corn looked and tasted like it had been around the world and back. What was labeled as Palisades peaches certainly were not. They looked ok on the outside and were a firm, juiceless mush on the inside. Threw it all away as taking back anything to this store requires standing in the customer service line while all of the other store personnel stand at the end of aisles watching customers do self service. And don’t hope to find anything left at the meat/fish counter after 7pm. They’re already done for the day.

I tried to place a delivery order. When the out of stock and refusal to give an alternate got to more than 50% of my order, I questioned the delivery person. He Wouldnt answer me beyond saying his battery was low and his charger is broke soooo.... Then many more refund out of stocks came in. By this time I would have to go in and get the order myself because there was nothing left to it. So I would need to hire a sitter. I told Mitchell to cancel the order and a long while later he left a rude text. In the mean time I called the store and spoke to Deborah who hung up on me the first time. Then was rude the second time.I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the only one. There are no other managers. I wanted to just cancel the order because it was only going to be about 30% filled. Pointless. Deborah told me I couldnt cancel because I made the order with instacart. I explained to her numerous times that I used their app and they are the ones that hire instacart. I was inte

Clean, have most of your basic big store items. Some things like meat are a little pricey, parking is a challenge.

As a person who is blind, I don’t understand why store staff never offers to help me locate itemsThey always offer help at self checkout. I always need help locating items. Store always rudely makes me ask for that helpI’ll be blind every time I come into the store. And, I’m as polite as I can be with a staff that is very rude

I was in the store #421 last night and had the unfortunate opportunity to meet your customer service cashier Deb. I had asked her if her register was closed and she said yes. There was a tall male (city market employee) that said I could get the cigarettes and go to self check out. When I asked her for the cigarettes she pointed to the self check out cashier and said go down thereHer job is customer service, and she failed at that last night. She needs to be re-trained and have an attitude adjustment . She doesnt understand that if it wasnt for the customers, she wouldnt have a jobIf you go there and see her, Id turn and go to the other city market in durango. The customer service is impeccable 👌

I was having a busy day, and forgot about a really important expense that surprised me earlier. At the grocery check out, a customer and total stranger offered to pay for the rest of the groceries i had to put back, about $25.00 worth! No questions asked no names exchanged just a random act of kindness and it was wonderful! There are kind people out there and it is heartening. I will pay it forward!

I love their store, I wish I could say the same about their deli chicken. Their spicy fried/breaded hot wings is way too salty and not worth the buy. It just tastes like a mouthful of salt with a teeny tiny sliver of flavor. Also its not spicy at all, which is the funny part since its supposed to be spicy.

Every time I go to this trash kroger Im greeted with poorly stocked shelves, sparce produce, and a meat selection that would lead me to believe Ive been transported to Soviet Russia.The last time I was at city market they literally only had 3 orange juices to choose from.I get that its a small store, but its run by Kroger, so the fact that its so poorly stocked is an affront to the American dream.

I’ve been doing grocery pick up which has been great. Today there was a mix up of groceries. The manager went above and beyond to make sure all was fixed! Thank you for always being kind and professional!

The only issues I encountered were random item shortages. There were other options but most of us have a type/flavor we want.

Overall a nice store with a good selection of produce. Friendly staff on the deli counter. Part of the Korger Company so they accepted our Kroger loyalty card.

Lazy employess

Had a very upsetting visit to the N City Market on Friday at 7 AM, mask and gloves on. It is advertised that Mon-Wed-Fri. 6-8 AM the only people allowed during those time frames are people with health compromises or older folks. I fit that bill. Previously I had tried ordering online and picking up groceries. The 1st time was fine, the 2nd time they lost my order and I and I had to return the next day, the 3rd time they had not substituted items and there was less than 1/2 my order to I decided I had to myself. Now on Friday when I went at 7 there were all kinds of people in the store, many kids, many without masks or gloves. I was definitely put in an unhealthy environment which made me quite nervous. I asked the girl at the entrance and her response was my manager said to let everyone in. I have shopped at this store since it opened. Not sure what I will try next. Maybe Albertsons.

Other then the lack of parking, this is a great store. I really like the staff

That tall guy Trajen who is always stocking is quiet but very friendly and funny. Hes always helpful and informative when I come in looking for something and seems to work very well. I only started seeing him recently so I assume hes new but Im glad because he does a great job!

City Market on North Main in Durango is a wonderful store, well-stocked, and very clean. The fresh food and vegetables are excellent, as is canned good selection. Store personnel, including pharmacy, are exceptional - friendly and helpful. Parking is sometimes tight, but turns over fairly quickly.

Very friendly, dedicated, and helpful staff. As with all City Markets, some of their prices can be pretty high, but if you really search and also get a membership (free), you can get great deals. You can also get a chosen free item every Friday if you have a membership and download the coupon in your phone or computer that day.

Nice market! From out of town, just ran in to get a few things because it was close to my hotel. Lots of good choices. Found what we needed.

Ive been shopping here for 25 years, some of the same people still work there after a quarter century. Great staff, good products and a nicely arranged store make shopping a pleasure. Access to the store is easy but parking can be an issue during high volume hours. Theres a full service pharmacy and a Starbucks inside.

City Market is a great place to shop. They always have what I need, and the prices are good. Get the app and take advantage of the list and online shopping.

Kris helped out yesterday with my click check. She brought to my car and was super friendly. But unfortunately I could not walk and couldnt find a parking space. So I had to make a second trip today to pick up my prescriptions

If you get there in the morning you’ll find parking, but you get there any other time good luck finding a spot. But great store, love the clicklist, and very friendly staff. Then there is friendly Paul if you you shop here you know who I’m talking about.

Went there today for a Western Union transaction and the customer service was above and beyond.Truly a great experience! IIf I have to say anything negative, its that parking is hard to find during busy hours. (I was there at 2pm on a Thursday)

The store is in the main, busy street, so its hard to get into and out of. The parking is very limited.I could find everything I needed, even though the store isnt very big. The workers were very friendly and helpful.

Super nice. Were visiting from out of town so didnt have a membership card. They gave us one on the spot and saved us $30. Great selection of goods too.

Nice compact store in the Kroger/Fred Myers family. Lots of organic and fancy stuff were not used to as Walmart shoppers. Saved some money with our Kroger card.

They have the rudest, most unhelpful woman named Kelly as a customer service rep. This woman obviously hates people and is the farthest thing from customer service! After shopping at this store for YEARS, I will literally drive the extra miles to shop at Albertsons in the future. Im certain I am not the only one she has treated so poorly.

They have an employee there who likes to play on the intercom. His voice is very, VERY loud, obnoxious, and winey. It goes on for a while. The management doesnt seem to care.

I went into this store on July 14 two mins before it closed. Not ever been to this store as me and my family was on vacation. I go inside and the front end manager informed me that they was closing in 2 mins. I didn’t know they closed at 11 pm. She let me and my nephew in. She didn’t pressure us to hurry up. That was some amazing customer service. I can’t remember her name and I wish I did. I wish we had more people like her. Thank you City Market in Durango Colorado for the amazing service. I will definitely be back in the near future!!!

The North City Market in Durango, much like the South one was last summer, is under Renovation and Remodeling to improve its offerings and appeal. I dont know what the other people reviewing here are talking about, since this grocery store has the best prices in town (if you exclude Walmart). The staff are typically friendly and helpful, although you might find a grouch here and there. The selection is not as great as City Market South, but thats understandable seeing as how this store is much smaller than that one.

The store has a variety of fresh fruits and the deli department food is soo good!
