Duck donuts are like no other donuts out there. They make them on the spot so it will be the freshest donuts you can buy. The glaze on them is also super fresh, it melts right off. I got the glaze, vanilla with sprinkles and the Oreo one. They’re so crispy on the outside yet so soft on the inside. I’ve never had anything like this, it’s so yummy! The service is quick and the workers are so nice.

Keeping this short and sweet. Ordered fall favorites. Got spooky box. Half my fault for rushing to look because they were busy. I also ordered ahead of time. It said my order would be ready by 1124. Got it at almost 1140. The people who ordered in the store got theirs before me. I tried to let it go. I even stated to the people that I ordered the fall favorites. Got home and was looking over which was which. Called told them I got the wrong order. They stated I could come back inside and get it fixed. Told them I was home 20 minutes away and their response was oh sorry. At least it’s Halloween hope you enjoy. I’m allergic to coconut and had to throw 4 doughnuts out. This was a surprise for my family. The guy at the register was super nice but it’s disheartening for my first time here to have this happen with what felt like no feeling behind the mistake. I probably won’t be back to this one and will go the extra few to Cary. I’ve heard my friends rave about them. Please read your tickets correctly. Have a good holiday season.

First time at this donut shop. They are super fresh and super good! 😋 although my kids wish the donuts 🍩 were a little bit crispy on the surface then it would of taste amazing! Another thing is..... is it normal when you pick up the donuts is it supposed to stuck some portion of the donuts on the box? Anyway, overall the donuts was good.

Checking out how they make them right there is cool. Donuts are not especially our kind of treat, but I imagine folks who like them would be delighted. We liked the cheesecake flavors, especially the blueberry and key lime ones.

I remember my first Duck Donut experience in Virginia 7 years ago going to Austin today on 4817 if you have a carry-on bagand to this day it is still amazing. The donuts are fresh and custom made to each order.This time I got peach pie, Oreo, strawberry lemonade and caramel. Oh so gooood!!

The donuts were delicious as always; however the bagel egg and cheese sandwich I ordered had a really small egg “patty” that was way smaller than the bagel. This left a lot of bagel with basically nothing in it.

My first time there,definitely not my last fresh Donuts and coffee, way better than Dunkin!

The donuts were great. The customer service was excellent. Such a great variety of donuts to order. The Maple bacon and Oreo donuts were fantastic. Look forward to visiting again and trying something new.

My kid who is duck driven loves the name and the toy ducks throughout. The guys inside were patient with my group as it was a first time for them. The donuts were made to order and fresh. Some of the things they have on the menu at the time are no longer available so ask before you get it set in your mind what you want. Would return again...

A creative donut place that allows you to customize your donut toppings. Even the ones that are on the menu are made fresh right after the order is placed, so all the donuts are initially served hot (which makes them taste way better).

Some of the best donuts Ive ever had! They are a nice occasional treat. Its always clean inside, and service is typically fast. I will say that getting a speciality drink does take some time. Oddly enough, longer than the donuts. Thats the only thing that I dont neccesarily love. However, the coffees and shakes are just as delicious as the donuts!

Great donuts (from what I hear). They don’t have any vegan ones so I haven’t tried them but the rest of the family likes them. Services was a little slower than expected.

Donuts made to order? YES. Customized glazes toppings, and drizzles? YES. Deliciousness factor...fantastic. I had a peanut butter glaze, bacon topping, with chocolate drizzle, it was fantastic. No photos of it because it didnt make it to the office. But here are the other custom donuts, I didnt order.

A friend recommended Duck Donuts and this one was next to our hotel so we tried it. The donuts are custom made after you order so they are hot and fresh. They were delicious but a bit overpriced ($7.10 for four). We will have to have more of these. I highly recommended this place.

Donuts were great. But they had no coffee at 4pm when they closed at 7pm ? Ordered Cappuccino and the guy didnt know how to make it ! I highly doubt if will go back. I will go to Krispy Kreme next time.

While I think that hot donuts are great and these donuts at Duck Donuts are tasty there are reasons why I think that they cant be nearly as good as other local donut shops. First they sell only cake donuts and no yeast donuts and yeast donuts are my favorite. Secondly, they only make one flavor of donut so there are not chocolate cake donuts or other flavors of the actual donut. The toppings are really tasty but not as original or creative as Ive had at other places where they sold only one type of cake donuts with different toppings. Their local competition is very stiff with both Monuts and Early Bird Donuts within 10 miles. I would give them 3.5 stars if I could.

Kids loved their donuts! Service was poor but I don’t go to donut shops for service. The design of the establishment seems to be made to allow the customer to watch their donut be made, however, we were not shown. I could careless but my kids would have loved it!We will try another location because the donuts are quite good.

I love the little ducks that are lined up in the window when you watch them make the donuts. I love the fact they show you the donuts before you leave to just in case if something is messed up

Duck donuts is the best! Especially if you want your donuts made to order. Before covid, you could stand and watch the donuts being made behind the counter. And they have just about any flavor combo you could think of- glazes, toppings, drizzles, etc. We order from here at least once a month. And the staff are always friendly and sweet! We love Duck Donuts!!!

Terrible service. Rude and offensive. I don’t care how good the donuts are if a business refuses to deal with a problem that was their fault and tries to blame a second party and refuses to honor their own promise to remedy the problem it’s not worth it.

Walked a mile here to get a couple dozen donuts and happened to forget my mask for ONCE. I pulled my shirt over my face and entered the store. I let the employee know I had forgotten my mask but was willing to wear one if they could provide. I don’t think it is a businesses responsibility to provide masks BUT telling someone you will serve them outside negates the entire point. They allowed me to enter, and wait. If I was going to spread covid I would have done it when I touched the door handle. I love this store and frequent it but I no longer will. There was one other person on the opposite side of the store and plexiglass. It was not crowded and I was social distanced. This is getting out of hand!

This is the best place for donuts. Its a small shop but they have big taste. Since I first went there I cant stop. At least a weekly trip for some donuts. Plus there is such a large variety I always get something new.

Only cake donut (vanilla cake base) available. You can make your own or order from their menu of a few favorites. Donuts come out warm so most glaze actually doesnt work since it thins out and pools to the bottom of the donut (unless thats your thing). Donuts is meh (I had the peanut butter and chocolate donut) and I feel like the novelty is watching them make it fresh.

They have some awesome tasting donuts here. You order them on one side of the “shop”, they do their magic and then the final master pieces are delivered on the opposite side. I ordered a maple bacon donut and it carried me for about a three-hour car trip with a big smile on my face. I highly recommend toy get one of these delicacy every once in a while. You eat too many of these and ... the outcome for you would not be too good.

There was 1 customer ahead of my wife&i,which just stood there while the cashier was refilling coffe machines. After 8 minutes she took the guys order of 2 donuts,gave him his change&then we were told to just give here a second. So 4 minutes later,we were told just a minute which involved more coffee&2 trips to the back,another 9 minutes. So after 21 miutes I just wanted to leave&was over it. My wife insisted we stay because we already waited this long....afyer all You get a Big Hot Donut! NOT!! The donuts are not like donuts. The cornbread/cake like texture was not what i was expecting,ehhh....they were warm,the toppings were a gooey texture,so it was basically a hot mess. After waiting 20+minutes it wasnt worth the wait. Disappointing overall. Would not recommend.

This location doesn’t make donuts “made to order”. They make them earlier in the day and put toppings on it when you order. So you’re getting cold, old donuts. For this price you might as well roll down the street and get old donuts for a fraction of the price.

You cant beat these donuts. Lemon glaze and raspberry drizzle. Ive always been a Krispy Kreme man but these just have so much more flavour and customization.

FANTASTIC! Took my grandson & he had fun picking his toppings & watching them make his donuts, STAFF WERE GREAT!!

I’ve eaten at this location twice and I will not be returning. Usually Duck Donuts are fresh-tasting with a hint of crisp on top. Both times I’ve gone to this location, the donuts were soggy and stuck to the inside of the box. They looked and tasted old. Overall, I like Duck Donuts, but I would not recommend this location.

Donut wise, this may have been the best donut I have had, I wont lie. But I have to say this, STOP ASSUMING PEOPLE ARE UBER EATS. Im not trying to pull the race card, but come on, the profiling is very blatant. I am in town visiting for the weekend, and both trips to this location, the associate has stopped everything he is doing to ask me if im Uber Eats, even tho I am FIFTH in line! I didnt even make eye contact or look up, so why am I the only one asked this queation?? And doesnt ask anyone else who follows the same question but of course no one else looked like me. Its 2021, yall gotta stop assuming and profiling. Its not a good look and its highly offensive to an out of towner like myself.

STAY AWAY - HORRIBLE STAFF. The business closes at 7, we walked in at 6:50, and while the cashier was taking the order of three other customers, they said they were closed and rudely pushed us out of the establishment. This location has lost our business.

Not that great, it’s just a cake donut that’s covered with super sweet icing. The icing although it looks pretty it doesn’t taste that great, I suspect its just food coloring with a hint of flavoring...The only redeeming quality is the chocolate variety, which actually had flavor, although the doughnut itself wasn’t chocolate which seems like a missed opportunity.

I stop here every so often to get doughnuts as a treat for the kids, they get so excited when they see the box! So delicious and fresh, very yummy!

Today was our first time at Duck Donuts and it will not be our last. The donuts are made to order so they will be hot and fresh every time. I loved the chocolate nut sundae and their simple yet completely satisfying glazed donut. Prices were reasonable, staff were friendly and the place was clean. I would recommend Duck Donuts to fulfill your sweet tooth cravings.

The employees here (especially those making donuts) were working really hard. I came in right before a huge rush, but my order was forgotten. I was told it would be a while given the rush, which seemed unfair to me. Putting this on management, not the employees. They did their best.The sandwich itself was mediocre. Nice that the donuts are fresh, but I didnt think they were that tasty, nor that functional for a sandwich (very soft and crumbly).Coffees not great.There are three tables in the space (and a couple more outside), which felt insufficient/empty. Its not a stay-and-enjoy vibe.Fun that they give kids a little step to watch the process on; watching the machine was the best part for me.
