Its harbor freight tools theyre the same in every city. Its a great place to go get a discount tool for the novice user. If youre a professional I would suggest buying somewhere else. Maybe check out Northern tool but for all us other guys this is the place to buy your tools.

The Manger and team hear rock. Whilee they didn’t have what I was looking for they did go out of the way to try and help and pointed me to a location that did. Nice work!

They charged me a 25% restocking fee on a auger that I never even opened. They charged me 46 dollars for someone to take the unopened box and put it back on the shelf. The supervisor and store manager did nothing to try and fix this despite it being less than 90 days according to the return policy. Better off going to home depot or Lowes where they respect the customer.

This was a really annoying experience. I went to order an item that online. It said in store only and would not allow me to order. So I went to the store. None in stock, as expected, but the warehouse didnt have any either and so they wouldnt take an order. A very disappointing first experience of harbor freight. I suggest you too shop elsewhere.

Good prices. Mid grade tools last longer than the cheap ones so spend a little more for better quality. Lots of great hand tools, Pittsburgh comes with a lifetime warranty. Super coupons help you save a little more. I have had a 10x17 garage for 5 years and its held up pretty well. I lost count of how many free tape measures and flashlights I have collected over the years.

This store is much cleaner and neater than the store in Raleigh. The employees are super friendly and very helpful. I just live around the corner from the Raleigh store and would drive Durham because of that.

One of the best staffed and stocked HF I have been to. I called ahead to ask if they had the heavy duty portable mite saw stand and the guy took the time to hunt down the last on in the back room. He saved it for me. I got there, it was clean, well organized with plenty of customers all wearing masks and respecting everything. Could not have been better.

I got in, got what I needed, and got out. It was a quick trip for exactly what I needed.

So I returned 2 set Of jack stands. And I understand so many people have also. And for the past week I been coming in every day looking for them. Until the manager told me that they will get a shipment in Wednesday and they will unload it and it should be here Thursday morning. Also told me if I’m one of the first few I should be able to get some. Came in this morning and nothing. Lady at the front said she doesn’t see any shipments even coming in. Also never has any tools that I need. At this point the gift card they gave me is useless. Rather go to Lowe’s and Home Depot. Pay a little extra and get a better service.

This is a dangerous place. Too many amazing things at amazing prices. I always end up spending more than I plan, but I always leave happy. This is a great store with helpful and friendly staff. I just love this place!

Kind of a boring place, if youve been a few times. Nothing seems to change.They do have great deals, though - at times. They offer good coupons and deals. Great for the novice worker.

All employees moved with a sense of urgency and the store manager himself assisted me with three or four large items and personally helped me load them into my vehicle. The cashier Ali was very pleasant with a smile on her face even with the store being VERY busy.

Love the selection and price of all that they carry. Best choice to fill up an empty tool bag or replenish a depleted one without hurting your wallet.

The cashier, for lack of better terms, was super helpful. With his abilities and knowledge of store procedure and products, I feel calling him a cashier might even be insulting. Maybe Ill call him an associate?I had a return, which I ended up exchanging for another similar product. He helped me look up what I wanted, made sure he had it in stock, and then actually had it brought up by another associate to the front of the store. It was a bit heavy, so that other associate helped me get it into my truck too.Great experience, I dont mind driving here from Mebane (instead of Burlington) becsuse of the customer service!

I went to this place to buy a roofing gun and the nailer wasnt working properly so I went back to the store 30 minutes later, the lady who managed there were very mean 😑 she told me that they were going to put the money back on my card so I say ok, when she give me the receipt I look at it and find out that the money went to a different card I showed it to her and she told me to call my bank to let them fix the issue, so I did it and no one helped me I ended up losing my 200 dollars plus the 3 year warranty that I pay when I purchase the nailer sad experience, qnyways if you looking to go there and buy something, you better not return it or you may end up losing your money, they were very aggressive on there answers 😢 💔

The cashier that we went to ask one simple question brushed us off, then when I asked another cashier for assistance she came over to us and said she can help and I asked her why she wanted to help after she done brushed us off. Nice selection, difficult to find specialty items and very few employees (two who seemed unable to keep their masks on despite management reminding them to do so). Pleasant atmosphere, and well-marked for most aisles/groupings.

In Harbor Freight store today in Durham, NC and there’s about half a dozen people Walking around the store +2 employees not wearing a mask. It is right now required, mandatory, that everybody in NC in a public place to wear a freaking mask and they’re not doing it. How many people have to die for people to understand wear a damn mask.

Hey, cmon, you know your gonna have fun. There are good deals (some take a closer look) but at the end of your shopping, you usually get some good breaks with coupons (check on line) at the register and they offer warranties on powered equipment. Alot of the stuff will get your projects done and believe me, alot of your contractors shop there too. Have fun! And dont be knaive, it is imported from mostly you know where, but you get a deal.

Harbor freight has a great selection of tools and consumables used in the construction industry. Their tool quality has gotten better over the years and their prices definitely cant be beat. Try Harbor freight instead of going to Lowes or home Depot and see that they dont have much of what you will need. Their warranty is good and their coupon sales are great. You will definitely save a good amount of money and if you cant find it here, then go to a big box store.

Quality tools comparable pricing

Im pretty sure that not many people who are professional tradesman do their shopping at harbor freight. But when youre dad and you just have to have a hammering drill for that one project one time, this is the place to go. Need a three-foot-long clamp to use on a single project? Never gonna use it again? It makes a lot more sense to get that thing here for $5 than it does to pay 27 at Lowes.

Its not fancy, and sometimes I feel like the brands available are limited and confusingly whitelabeled by possibly decent manufacturers, but you cant be certain. Still. when on a budget its a good place to know about.

They have almost tool and accessories you need to do things yourself. Service is outstanding. Coupon deals are great also.

Tools for everything. Not every tool or blade needs a high price tag. Thats why I shop here. Also, manager Steve was very helpful and knew the store layout very well, and was happy to walk me to the desired item.

I dont go often but have not been disappointed. Prices for the quality are great. Great for Small parts like clamps or small parts --today I bought wheels for a cart I am building, for an excellent price and quality as good as anywhere. What they have is limited so you need to kind of know your store.

Great products for the money

Great place to find cheap tools. Join their mailing list/club for coupons (especially for free stuff!). This is the best place to get tools for the average person. I would not recommend it for professionals. The tools are cheap because they wont stand up to continuous use. They are great for doing the occasional odd jobs at home. The staff is nice too. The location is a little odd, set back behind and too the far right of everything else in the shopping center. It is also convenient to have it located just off of I-85.

Love this store! Staff are helpful and its usually just busy enough for you to get around and find the right couple of it me you need. Their selection is pretty good in the items that they carry too, but the best price is usually what youll get here. Its only downside is accessing it though a strangely designed parking lot that surrounds the mall complex, but its worth the trip.

Had only 1 register open with 4 employee standing around up front. There were 11 people in line and the manager did nothing to help. It took almost 30 minutes for one customer to ring out.
