Don’t let the name fool you — Best Rent-All was far and away the worst service and expense of mine and my wife’s wedding day. First of all, be prepared to buy, transport, and lay your own plywood to support the dance floor, as this is not provided by Best. On my wedding day, six workers arrived to our venue, assembled our tent rental, and that’s where the service stopped. Unbeknownst to me, my sixty year old father with severe shoulder arthritis was left to unload the entirety of our plywood himself while all six of Best’s hilariously incompetent workers looked on in the distance. He also had to assist the workers themselves in figuring out how to lay down the dance floor, performing the bulk of that labor himself. Finally, despite us renting string lights from Best as well, the workers only hung lights along half the tent, plugged into nothing. We had to rehang the lights ourselves. I’d describe the workers’ attitude throughout this process as arrogant and dismissive. Do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere for any wedding needs.

Rented an auger from Best Rent-All and had a very negative experience. First, there was a defect in the auger due to the team not attending to the machine. It would have been an easy fix for them, or they could have at least explained the defect better. It made using the auger slow and painful. It was due back on Saturday, but because of the defect the digging took really long. When I asked them if I could bring it back Sunday they said they were closed, but they wouldnt charge me for Sunday if I brought it back Monday. They called and left a message later saying that actually they would charge me for Sunday, even though I couldnt return it.When I returned the auger on Saturday (before my project was done, because of their inhospitable policy) they charged me for the extra day and very quickly and casually explained what was wrong with the auger. It would have been ethical to tell me this before I rented it. I asked them if they would be willing to comp me for half of the extra day of rental because of the defect in the machine. They said yes. But alas, as I look at my credit card statement, they charged me for the full day.No not rent here. I love supporting the little guys, but they have to offer good service if they are going to survive against the larger stores.Next time, sadly, Ill go to Home Depot.

Im giving 5 Stars out just because they have some really awesome customer service. I rented an item from them, only to have a major issue with the rental. One phone call is all it took for them to immediately take care of the situation resolving it completely. Great dependable customer service is very rare these days, but they came in saving the day returning order to a really bad situation. So I highly recommend them for any rental they may offer.

I experienced a wonderful time while renting from them. The main person I found that was the most helpful was a young man named Ryan, he knew about everything and was very polite.

Good selection of equipment for rental and good service. They are a little disorganized on the front end. So it is good to double check any reservations you place.

Just order my equipment for my event and what can I say the service was great. Heather at the front was so personable from the inquiry when I called to me dealing with her once I walked into the building. I will be using their services from now on.

The tool rental part looks very rundown. Be careful what you sign: a day rental is until 8am the next day, not 24 hours, and you will get charged for an extra day, with no leeway whatsoever. This was never pointed out to me at rental time (about 4pm). I guess they felt shortchanged because I rented on a Saturday and they are closed on Sunday, so a Monday return was still considered one day. While the time was on the piece of paper I signed, not pointing it out is deceptive.The equipment itself (a metal detector) was barely functional, very worn out and almost useless. The rental price for one day was $25, which is on par with the purchase price for a hobby metal detector at a store. Add an extra day due to their deceptive practices and I would have been better off just buying a new one instead. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Second time renting from BestRent All, plan on renting again from them in the future. Quality product, with courteous service.
