Great service, good prices. Bought my first chainsaw, and I was very nervous about getting it and using it. They had an employee named Theresa who showed me how to use it safely and how to maintain it, making me feel much more confident. Another employee helped me get it registered for the warranty. On top of that, if you have a military or veteran ID you get an additional 5% off. Definitely need to shop there more often for some of my hardware and yard care needs!

Generally good for some general hardware, pharmacy and bargain items. However, for cheaper prices and harder to find items, I would recommend larger stores that specialize in them (groceries, pharmacies, larger chain hardware stores). Service and help from staff is great.

Their prices are a bit high, but can generally find what you need. This store is always full. The cashier today was somewhat slow and she kept asking if i was buying everything I put on the counter in front of her. They are giving away free succulents, which are dried out but might can restore them.

Got my Janssen COVID-19 shot here today. Pharmacists are excellent. Bought gardening tool,pots and soil.

Best Ace Ive ever visited in this country. All staff encountered were incredibly helpful and courteous. Bonus that the hisband/wife owners split duties between the Pharmacy and the hardware store.

I had no issues in picking up fuses.

If you are working on a special project and need parts this is the ace to go. They have details parts that you may not find at Home Depot. Their much more pricey than Home Depot. But you will find what you need

Prices were comparable to larger stores and the staff were extremely nice and acted as if they actually wanted to help me. I also appreciated their commitment to safety during the covid quarantine. I left feeling positive instead of thinking, get me out of here! Ace will now be my go-to hardware (and more) store!

They may not have what you need but they will order it for you.. They do have almost everything though. When someone asks you if they can help just accept. You will be in and out in no time. Sadly the comics rack from the 80s is long gone.

Typical hardware store. Had just what I needed. I hate going to those larger stores so this was perfect.

Bought a Ego Power Head/Trimmer/Edger combo at the store on 6/24. Upon trying to use the Edger with Power Head and Battery found out that the equipment was heavy (about 12 pounds) and was unable to use. Tried the edger in only one spot. Trimmer was never used. Tried to return the items to the store today (7/1). Manager responded that he cannot take back the item since it was used. Referred him the Ace Hardware return policy that indicates most items can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date along with the receipt, original packaging, product instructions manuals etc. He cut open the box, inspected the item and said he cannot take it back and they are not part of ACE hardware but an independent store and hence ACEs return policy doesnt apply to them. Just asked me to take it without even packing it properly. I requested him to package it again the same way as I had brought it up to the store and he just put 2 tapes on it and gave it back to me. I wouldnt purchase in this store again. Rude behavior from Manager and not a good business practice when you have the store name as ACE Hardware and Triangle Pharmacy but tell the customers you are not part of ACE Hardware.

Visiting out of town and need a certain plumbing part. Jordan directed me to the right department and I went and explored. Everything is really laid out well and easy to find. Found out and was in and out in no time. Though, I could spend hours in there looking around, it was nice to get what I needed and go back to my project. Highly recommend!

This place is fantastic. Alice at the pharmacy takes care of you like family. Hardware staff are extremely knowledgeable and dont try to over sell you. I had to buy a drill lately and they helped me pick the perfect one. If they dont have it in stock they will FIND it for you! Prices generally are very fair. Very happy to support this local business.

Simply the best in pharmacy, hardware, and people. You are a person to the pharmacists here. During Covid, they deliver! Or provide curb service. These are good people doing good work . You owe yourself a visit.

I will never shop here at this location ever again. I am a business owner who have been spending my money here at this store for the past year. When an associate and the owner mentioned a business account to me and told me to fill out the application I did so and brought the paper back the next day. After a few days I came into the store to check the status of my application and Pam stated “we are not accepting them sorry.” When I asked for the reason she stated “because we aren’t and no you can’t speak to anyone” I begin to check out with my items and asked one more time to speak to someone in charge. I expressed my concerns and feelings towards the owner and she ignored how I felt about the situation and said to me maybe it’s my credit that they would need to see that I’m a regular customer. I started to explain to her that I shop here 5times a week, spend a decent amount every week, and that my credit definitely wouldn’t be the issue. Again, she could not answer my question truthfully and explain why I did not get accepted. For awhile now, I have felt discriminated and uncomfortable when I come into this location due to several of employees (not all). I think small growing businesses should have a little more respect and treated EQUALLY!

This my favorite Ace location to visit. I always get great service and lots of good advice on my home projects. I prefer Ace over Lowes Home Improvement of Home Depot on any day. Plus, Ace is a lot closer and convenient!

I was really impressed with the staff here. They go above and beyond to provide incredible customer service- even offering to help load items into my car. I got several paint samples and the guy walked me all around the store looking for the right lighting to view paint samples under. Its a smaller store but they have a great selection of odds and ends. I usually walk out with something I didnt intend to buy.

I recently visited Ace for some lawn fertilizer and some gardening equipment and had a great experience. They really helped me and my lawn is looking better already. Its very convenient. Thanks guys.

Place is pretty good. They are both a hardware store and a pharmacy. Can get a propane tank filled there and love their popcorn, but they are very pricy. Got an 80 foot extension cord for $90. Almost same 100 ft. extension cord at Wal-Mart was $69.

Customer service was poor. Looking for an item that online site said was available in the store. The store rep was trying to convince me the online info is wrong all the time and the store does not have the item. Spend 5 minutes found the item in the store!

I have been shopping at this hardware store for over 20 years. Not a big box store by any means which makes Triangle a great place to browse and shop. The staff is generally pleasant and easy to work with. I often do not know the name of a particular item but once I describe it and tell the sales associate what I am going to do with it they can usually find what I need. They are also quite willing to order items for me even if they dont normally carry the item in the store. Kudos for 20+ years of good and efficient service.

Nice staff and well stocked store for its size. Also very much of interest...if you have any old drugs/meds that you know you shouldnt just throw out because that pollutes, this place has a drug drop off box just inside the door by the popcorn machine.

I recently switched to Triangle Pharmacy from a large chain pharmacy. The personal service Ive received has been impeccable. The pharmacist personally comes to the counter to thank you for your business and answer any questions. I never have to wait in long lines to receive subpar service like I did at the large corporate chain. I even received a phone call on my birthday to wish me well. Thanks Triangle Pharmacy!!!!!

Good neighborhood ACE with prompt service. If it were closer to me, I would use the Pharmacy side as well. Prices slightly higher than perfect competition, but convenient and closer for many people when you dont need to drive somewhere else and dont have time for something to be shipped.

Ive been here a few times for paint and other supplies and the service has been fantastic each time. Usually, several employees check-in with me during my visit. They may not have everything that a local Home Depot or Lowes has, but the service more than makes up for it and when it comes to paint, hardware and some other supplies, the selection here may be better.

Great hardware store, Great Pharmacy, great staff! Very convenient for South Durham, and they are very helpful. It is small compared to a big box store, but I have been here many times and have been VERY surprised to find niche items Id only expect to find at Lowes/HD (even online). Come here instead, its an easy in and out in 5 minutes. Only caveat is they dont have lumber given their store size. But they do have garden supplies. Compare the prices, most of the time they are comparable to larger stores, and better sales. Even if the price is higher, these guys still make you smile, and you supported your local biz. See? Win win. South Durham loves you guys!

This is not just a pharmacy, but an Ace Hardware store as well. Ive never used the pharmacy, but have been going to this hardware store for over a decade when I need help with projects. Theyre very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.

They have about everything even a pharmacy. The best fresh popcorn too.

There are some brilliantly helpful folks working here, especially in the hardware section. Fantastic customer service: would highly recommend!

I went to this pharmacy for the first time this evening because the big corporate store pharmacy Ive been using didnt have the medication I needed. At least the other place called so I didnt have to make a trip down to them first. Triangle pharmacy was very friendly, professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. They are family owned and they even deliver in a small radius (which I am part of) so if you cant pick it up... its an awesome option! I will be moving all of my stuff over to them! A nice, locally owned and run hardware store with a superb pharmacy inside. The employees are friendly and helpful and you can find most of what you need at this store. It isnt as large as a Lowes or Home Depot but you are a hundred times more likely to receive assistance here with whatever project youre working on at home, and you can pick up your over-the-counter medications or prescriptions medications afteward.
