Delta was very flexible to my work schedule, I was able to drop my car and place the key in the drop off box for a schedule oil change and tire repair.I was even more excited that my dealer (Dion Fisher) was working in the background to have my car delivered to my work site. That was a big relief for me.

They had my truck over a month. Dropped it off to fix the front end. After a month I called, concerned about it and my response was they were under staffed and really didnt even want to mess with it! Terrible way to do business. Its home of the Dunn deal. The last Dunn deal, go someplace for your business. They would really appreciate it. Will not be back for any reason at all. The staff is nearly clueless of whats going on. On top of all that, the day I call and inquire about my vehicle they tell me there is a recall on it that they would gladly fix, but not my other still remaining issues... Im at a lose for words.... literally would have put a half of a star but that wasnt an option

I stopped by and made an appointment to get an oil change, tire rotation, new wiper blades and a GM recall. The work were finished very quickly however an hour after leaving the Service Engine Soon Light came on and a text message was sent from OnStar informing me that service was needed on my engine/transmission. I called the service dept and Bubba the service representative told be to bring it in Monday which I did. I had made a smudge on my left front tire trying to get red ink off the tire before the service and I noticed the smudge was on the left front tire after the initial service. This tells me the tires weren’t rotated. The old wiper blades were still on the truck and I don’t know if the oil and filter were actually changed. Nevertheless I returned to find out what the service engine soon light was all about and was told it was a gas tank sensor and that they had one and could schedule me an appointment to do the repairs. Your service folks aren’t really friendly and acted as if they could care less as it was Friday afternoon and they were ready to go home.I carried my GMC Truck to the dealership where it was purchased and had the services performed and the service engine problem repaired. In less than 2 hours by the friendliest service department that I’ve utilized.All I waned was the service I had paid for and requested.

Service is no good

Not much in this world is perfect (5 stars) but Delta is close at 4.5 stars. I detest buying cars but they made the process much easier - everything expected of a small town dealership and a nice break from the hustle and flow of Memphis. Amy listened to a few of my concerns about the used truck and was quick to bargain on each point for my business. The finance deal went well, too - no complaints. It has been a week now and Im thrilled with my truck and dont feel one ounce of buyers remorse. If you see something you like there, its definitely worth the drive!

This auto shop has come thru time and time again for me. Everytime something happens with my Chevy Silverado they fix it in the same day saving me so much worry..they are extremely kind and patient even when I really have no clue what Im talking about usually..I will always go back to them

Decent prices in new and used vehicles, but not great. The salesmen dont flex on price much and try to pressure you into buying on the spot.The service dept is great, but the guy named Danny who runs it doesnt have any customer service skills at all.

Good place to buy a vehicle

I drive an hour to use Deltas service department. We bought our Acadia there in 2011 and they keep it in tip top shape with maintenance.

Dion is the man to see if you need a new vehicle
