Love my new car! Thanks to his patience and persistence Tony Blake helped us get the car we wanted. He worked with us for a few months. He was always very professional, courteous and respectful - he was great! Also Lanita helped us tremendously on sale day. Very impressed with how we were treated by all involved!

Just bought a 2018 Camry. Everyone at the dealership was so courteous and welcoming. There was no pressure, no bells and whistles. You tell them what you want and what you can do and I guarantee, youll drive away in a very nice ride, just like l did. We hit something on the interstate in Missouri on our way home to Nashville. the front bumper was damaged and the splash guard underneath was dragging the ground making a terrible noise. The service manager took us right in. took off the guard and checked everything else to make sure we would be able to drive the rest of the way home safely. When finished, he told us there would be no charge. What great customer service! This is the kind of place I would want to buy a car!

We saw them in July 2017. We were on a family vacation and our power outlet (DVD plugin) stopped working. We walked in to Tim Castlellaw and the worked our Sienna over for electrical problems. Turned out all of our vehicle cords had gone bad, not just one (that’s why we thought it was the vehicle, and I couldn’t find any fuses out). They really took care of us and I don’t think they even charged us for the electrical diagnosis. I am extra impressed because our Toyota dealer at home would have tripled the charges and overhauled the engine. I wish we didn’t live 800 miles from Tim Castlellaw.

I have taken my truck to Tim Castellaw three times for repairs, and have been disappointed in the service received. I have went to management, and they said they would call me and fix the issues that they failed to address. I patiently waited for several months and they never called. I had running problems that were not under warranty, and they tried to sell me service that cost over $600 when all I needed was a fuel filter that they hadnt even discovered, I found that myself later. The service department is incompetent at best. Buy your car elsewhere, they dont deserve the business.

Was told qualify for zero percent loan rate, take new car home, sign papers tomorrow. Next day told didnt qualify, had to now pay interest rate. Asked salesman about the whereabouts of the oil filter, response, under the car....told him we do our own oil changes. He at that time, should have mentioned that it is not a regular oil filter, it is a canister, that you rebuild. Rims scratched/gouge marks after first tire rotation cause from impact wrench at each and every lug nut was scratched in a complete circle, they did not apologize and replaced the rims. 25,000 miles on tires and right front tire flat on WK Parkway, (State Troopers said the bubbles completely around the outside of the tire were from the treads splitting apart. New management guy showed me a piece of weird metal that was in the tire and then tried to sell me 2 new tires for 442.00. I ordered 4 new Michelins online for 560.00, 60,000 mile tire. Scratched rims again said it was from removing previous weights for balancing. Castellaw work order written (by Larry) to take right front tire that was previously the spare (brand new 9/32 tread) and put that on as the new spare and then mount Michelins, balance and check alignment. The alignment guys went to lunch, different service rep who didnt write up the work order (Kim) that theyd be back in about 10 minutes. New service rep guy (Ive never seen him before) asked me if the car was pulling, I told him no, but there are new tires on it. He said if it hasnt been pulling, probably alignment is good and that it would be about and hour before 3 alignment guys would be back from lunch because they all just left. I used to work at Harolds Frame Shop in Novi, Michigan. New tires can cause the alignment to be off, thus causing premature tire wear. Told him, I wanted the alignment checked anyway. The alignment was off, both the front and rear and they said they couldnt give me a printout of their findings cause the printer would cause their system to crash. While doing the alignment, I saw a guy up on the lift of the alignment rack with a impact wrench removing the lug nuts from the spare, (I asked for the lug nuts to all be removed by hand so they didnt scratch the rims again). He jumped down and took the spare over to my removed tires and dismounted the spare and put one of my old tires back on and balanced, i hope it was the 9/32 tread tire, I at this point was too tired to check, yet. They told me that the instruments used to check the alignment could also scratch the rims (Frame Shop I used to work at said there is an adapter that prevents scratching), well Castellaws didnt have an adapter. They also put a sticker for next oil change to be in 3,000 miles, and its always been 10,000 miles.So hopefully, now those might understand the way this Dealership is not a place to have to deal with.

Im very upset they made my credit go down to the point I cant even get a car in my name.Dont get suckered into their bull!!

Went for an oil change and tire rotation before I went out of town for Christmas, now my truck is messed up from the tire rotation and when traveling down the road my steering wheel shakes really bad . Very upset about it
