We found this little gem while we were there. Excellent dealership!

My boyfriends 2015 Ford Focus was having transmissions issues so he took it to this Ford dealership to see if he could get it fixed. They took the car in and had it there for about 4 months and during this time period he would periodically call to check up on his vehicle. Every time he called no one was in the service department and said they would call him back and never did. The part had been on back order for a long time. So he finally decided to go pick up his car and take it elsewhere since it was taking so long. The guy at the desk seemed nervous but he gave him the keys and he went out to his car and the plate had been removed along with his tags. They allegedly have no idea where his license plate is or tags.He has since filed a police report. Please do not take your car here! This is the worst customer service we have ever experienced and the worst ford dealership we have ever been to. Tim Castellaw is a joke!

From Ohio on the way to Texas, and stopped of in Dyersburg Tennessee when I noticed a noise when I was steering. The kind people at Tim Castellaw Ford took my vehicle in on extremely short notice and preformed a diagnostic on the vehicle determined the problem. Unfortunately they didnt have the parts to fix it, but I greatly appreciate them squeezing me in to detail the issue. Definitely 5 star service. Thanks again to those fine people!

If you are wanting to sell your car, do not come here. They told me they would buy my car for my price. I drove an hour up there, just to be told that they can only take it for $5,000 less. I wouldnt be so irritated if, instead of saying yes to my price, they would have said we will talk about it. NOT good for business...but oh well, not my problem. Paige was very nice though.

I went to tim Castellaw in Dyersburg for a sweepstake and Debra McNeely ask we was i buying a car and when I told her no that I was just looking around she was rude and she said to come back when I have some money dont know if it is because I was of my dark skin completion but she was not helpful at all. She was really nonchalant. And she didnt look at my number she just gave me a five dollar Gift Card. Horrible customer service.

Change in rating. They were all yes we can get you in a car. But refused to try the one I liked and wanted to go $100+ over budget on one i never even looked at. Needless to say i didnt buy from them instead i went to Carlock Nissan of Jackson and got one I loved and came in below budget.
