Got my new all season tires from here. Went with the Goodyear Assurance Maxlife. They had me in and out in about 30 to 45 min. Made an appointment online for around 10am on a Tuesday. Was pretty painless. By the time I left though it definitely got much busier, so would recommend getting there early! Staff has very nice! No complaints!

The Eagan store was outstanding. I came in late on Friday with a tire issue that turned out to be my current tires had 2 tires with belt separation. I have a somewhat unique sized tire and although they didnt have an exact tire size match, they did have 2 in stock that are close to the stock size. They then sent a tech to another store to pick up two more tires so that my AWD vehicle would have a matching set. Also, I recently had 1 other tire separate that I replaced at Discount Tire and they gave me a credit for this tire which was also replaced. I cant think of anything that they could have done to make me happier with their service or pricing.PS: the tires that separated were Nankang purchased from Walmart. I wont make that mistake again.

My day was off to one heck of a start today! I was on my way to drop the kids off at daycare and realized my tire was low if not flat. I called Discount Tire from another tire shop and was reassured over the phone I’d be back on the road in no time. Seeing I was already late, this was exactly what I needed to get my day back on track. Stopped in to have my tires checked after getting a low tire pressure light on my dash. They quickly discovered I had a nail in my tire. I was very happy they could squeeze me in and repair my tire. I was especially excited when it was all done for free! The customer service here was excellent! I will definitely be going back here for all my tire needs!

I work with auto parts and for you to continue to talk over me when I say no thank you or I dont want that when I know its not needed because I talk to shops and learn about the stuff. Bought tires with replacement warranty after 14,000(less than 1/3 of tire milage warranty) miles threads were showing. I called to set an appointment to have tires replaced. They said they would take a look at them and DETERMINE if they would replace or I would have to PAY AGAIN FOR NEW TIRES! DO NOT RECOMMEND! POOR SERVICE! POOR TIRE QUALITY! DONT TRUST AS DO NOT HONOR WARRANTY!

Took a tire and wheel to them to get mounted for a spare. Said they couldnt do it as the tire was older than 10 years for safety reasons. I asked how do you know the age of the tire? Reply - they dont make them any more. OK, but that doesnt make it more than 10 years old. They proceeded, of course, to tell me I could buy an new tire. What BS. Never will use them again.

Attendant stated it could not be fixed and that Id need a new tire and suggested that I replace all four of my tires even though my tires are only a year old. I took my vehicle to the place I bought my tires from and the mechanic fixed my tire for free.

This is the best service Ive ever received at a car place. Darryl went above and beyond to help me out. I came in on a grant to get new tires and he was so kind and accommodating. Each worker was genuinely kind and helpful. Ive never been treated so well by each staff anywhere Ive been. The price was very fair and they were very honest and upfront. Darryl really worked with me coming in as a single Mother with a grant. They are also very efficient with their time and work. I called about 5 shops to help me get some tires mounted on small 6 rims. They either told me it was too small or would cost a couple hundred bucks. Not this Discount Tire store! Blake answered the phone and told me to just bring them in, and they could get them done that day since they werent that busy. Its funny because once I got there, it was extremely busy! Both Blake and Darryl were extremely helpful though and were still able to help me out. It took about an hour, but I had no problem with that. Every employee I saw at that store was working their tails off the whole time during my wait. It is refreshing to see a hardworking team like the one today. Thank you Blake and Darryl!!

Best prices and the very best customer service in town. Went to 6 shops in Eagan looking for a specific tire for my Jeep. These guys saved me $400 over the nearest competitor. Saving money is certainly great, but their customer service is what prompted me to write a review. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient and pleasant. That would describe every person I have interacted with there every time I’ve gone in. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough!

I was in need of tires months before I actually called to schedule an appointment to get them put on. When I called to schedule my phone call with short and sweet. When I arrived I was greatly warmly. Steve was very friendly and accommodating. The tires I originally ordered hadn’t come in yet, so I got a set of slightly better tires for the same price. They also gave me the $70 off I would’ve gotten with a rebate on the original tires I ordered. Fast and friendly service. Highly recommend.

I got tires there, only got 14000 miles out of them. They are unwilling to honor their no questions warranty, discount tire is the worst, i expect to get at least half the miles a tire claims, do not pay the extra money this company charges for their so called discounted prices, go to Sams club, they treat their customers right.

Made an appointment on line for tire rotation and balance. No waiting in line. A friendly greeting. Tires rotated and balanced in nine minutes. Because I bought my tires at Discount Tire, no charge. Great service and always friendly.

The staff here have always given me top notch service and the best prices for tire service. The staff are very knowledgeable and do not push you for sales. If you find a better deal on tires, they will usually price match. I recently took my vehicle to the dealership 3 times due to a low tire pressure warning. They patched the tire due to a nail puncture, replaced a valve stem, and then they said I needed to replace the tire completely. I took it to Discount Tire and they inspected the tire and noticed a piece of metal punctured the tire where it mounts to the wheel. They fixed it for me, no charge. Highly recommend this place.

I think this may be one of the first times I have ever rated something on Google. That should tell you how good my experience was. I had two bad tires on my vehicle from needing an alignment, it was about to start snowing later that day, and I was worried about getting in and out of there in a reasonable time with some safe tires on my vehicle before I needed to start work. Darryl listened to my concerns, worked with me on price, and his team got me out the door in UNDER 20 MINS! I was amazed and very thankful for such professionalism and speed. Josh and the team were amazing! I called at 11:30 on the 3rd of September to see if they could get me in to check a slow leak in my rear tire. Arrived at noon, on way back to work by 12:25!!I also had to go there on the 8th due to a flat tire. They were able to patch the tire but I decided just to replace all 4 tires due to needing new ones before winter. Darryl was very helpful when it came to checking out and he explained the rebate I would get, as well the quickest way to get it back. Over all my experience was wonderful!

Stopped by in the morning to repair a slow leaking flat. Everyone was very respectful (unlike other cars places that tend to be condescending to females), no B.S. and they had me back on the road with a patched tire in 30 minutes. Excellent customer service!

Went in for my 1st free tire rotation...as a retired 40 year auto technician i can say I have never seen employees this friendly and professional! They quickly rotated & balanced my tires for free! Then came and checked all the air pressure sensors to make sure all still working properly. I can seriously tell you I have never seen such a awesome bunch of employees all work so good together! If you need tires this is the place to go!

I’ve done business with discount tire at multiple locations over many years. Living in Eagan, this location is a gem! Two times in the past 2 years, I’ve come in with an object in my tire. The last was the wife’s car and we were in a bit of a jam as far as timing and picking up kids. They picked up on my need for urgency, fixed the tire, checked the air in all the other tires and I’m not sure if I should say this....but they didn’t charge me a dime on either occasions!!! And there is a real cost in time and materials but they show they care, they want to earn your business for the next go-around and I respect that! Keep up the great work

The young man who came out to my car when I pulled up was nice and respectful. Usually as a young female going to get anything done on your car brings someone trying to upsell or just make money off of you. I knew exactly what needed to be done and that certain places would give push back as it’s a temporary fix. He listened to what I said and didn’t try once to make me buy all 4 new tires (like tiresplus did the day before). Also, half the price I estimated it to be based off of other places.

A few years back, I bought some tires without rims on line for my snow mobile trailer. I tried a couple of places back then to mount them & the businesses said they dont do trailers. I called Discount, they were friendly, gave me a reasonable quote, set up an appointment, gave me a friendly greeting, friendly serviceman did the tires while I sat in my car, took my payment by Apple Pay and I was on my way!! Very nice to do business with!!

I purchased a set of Yokohama tires from this store in Nov. 20. Had a vibration problem & since I bought a set of tires that didnt come in my size I figured to move to another Yokohama tire in my size. Josh the manager cheerfully did the exchange & I drove this set for awhile. Same vibration. I did some repairs on the car which didnt solve the issue so back I went.Now I have a set of Michelins & problem solved!!I just want to commend Josh & his crew for their patience & willingness to go all out for me & satisfy their customer. Ive been around cars a lot in my life & this was a puzzler.Also want to send a shout-out to Lucas at the Inver Grove Heights store as they had the Michelins in stock & did the mounting at that store.Between the two stores & their managers they set an example of superior customer service in a day & age when indifference sadly seems to be more the rule than the exception.Ive used this store for years along with other Discount Tire outlets & have always been happy.

He provided me all the information and a timeframe of when my tire would be fixed. Darryl was the one that service my tire and again he was polite and kind. After spending about $850 dollars on new tires last fall, I get a flat because of a nail and called to ask if I could come in and get the nail removed and tire fixed. In my past experience, this takes literally 20 minutes. They told me they could not help me until THREE DAYS later. I am kind of infuriated at the poor service towards someone spending nearly a grand at their shop. I proceeded to go to a competitor and they took me right away and helped me in 20 minutes. I will not be purchasing from discount tire again.

Walked in a few minutes before closing time and asked to schedule an appointment, but they took me right then and had the tires on the car in about 30 minutes. Everyone was polite, friendly, and I didnt feel rushed. I asked for the best all weather tires and the guy took down my vehicle information then showed me a performance rating list of all the tires. Waiting room & restroom were clean. Chairs spaced out for social distancing.

I had a rather unpleasant experience with discount tire In west Saint Paul that resulted in 9 visits to the store just trying to buy tires and rims for my new rav4. I ended up giving up after broken sensors, tpms failure, leaks, and going to the Eagan location. What a great Choice that was. I got the black rims I wanted with personal attention to detail and customer service by each staff but especially Daryl and Josh. Everything went well and they even ordered me hub rings when I said my car shook slightly at highway speeds. I can’t say enough how thankful I am. Thanks again guys, you restored my faith in discount tire 100%,and I will be back to the Eagan location. These guys are awesome and you won’t be disappointed. Ask for Daryl if you want an expert.

Theses guys are great they helped me with my tires multiple times but this time the supervisor Nate really went above and beyond helping me fix one of my tires that another location had messed up on it wasn’t even there fault and they took care of it for me.Thank you Nate and team for having your customers care in mind you really helped me out and I will continue to come to this location for my tires only.New guy at counter was very nice and helpful also just wanted to throw that in there.

Had some new tires put on for winter on my VW GTI w/motegi 18 wheels. Quick and polite service. I do have deep cut mark on the face of 1 of my wheels that wasnt there before I brought it in. Obviously no way for me to prove that. Forgot to give my locking lug socket back so I had to go back to and ask where it was. Tons of white grease all of the tires and wheels.

Ive never had a bad experience at any of the discount tire shops. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Store is clean and tires well stocked. My daughter made the observation that there wasnt any female presence in there but I suppose that comes with the type of business. Overall a great trusted shop.

Timely service for the flat tire I got this morning. They explained my options thoroughly and made sure I was informed promptly when my replacement tire came in (same day). They helped with putting the spare on in the meantime and my vehicle was back in good shape with the new tire- took under 1 hour to install.The only disappointment is they didnt replace my valve cap. Its an accessory that can be easily replaced by purchasing a new one but its disappointing when you go out of your way to purchase accessories as small as a valve cap and get your new tire with a rubber black cap.

I had a slow leak in my tire and they diagnosed and fixed it quickly free of charge. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location.

Outstanding, had gone to our MN State fair, only to get back to my vehicle had a low tire pressure tire. My tires are only 5 months if even that but once we looked at the tire we spotted the issue, a nice nail. Least it was in a good spot where it could be filled.

They replaced the valve stem and was able to reuse the sensor, and didnt charge me a penny! You just dont come across that these days. Thanks again!

During the morning work commute across the Wacota Bridge, my tire pressure light went on, but I wasnt able to stop because I needed to get to work. One of my work associates said this place was good so I called to see if I could come in over my lunch break. They were so friendly when I got there, and I settled in expecting it to take over an hour. Not even 15 minutes later, they had my tire filled back up for free and I was on my way! Highly recommend this place if your in a pinch during work hours!

I have bought three sets of tires from Discount Tire over the past several years. Prices have been very competitive. The staff have discussed tire options for my cars. I have returned a few times during particularly cold spells in the winter and the staff has filled up the tires to appropriate air pressure with little delay and no hesitancy - as advertised. I will continue to check with them each time I need a new set of tires.
