My Subaru Outback needed a new transmission. The service manager was very knowledgeable in this issue. He took the time to inform me about my aftermarket warranty and took the time to work with the warranty to make it work. My new transmission was installed in short order and I was back on the road.

Had some body damage repaired on my vehicle and Im very happy with the work and customer service! Walking in I could feel the friendly and warm atmosphere. The front desk gals were attentive and happy to help me right away and I was always greeted with a genuine smile! We had an alternator go out at 8:30 last night. We had it towed to Superior Service Center in Eagan and they had an estimate back to us by 8:30 this morning and the fix was complete by 10am. Holy moly that is service on steroids. Im so happy Im almost speechless. Thank you so much to the entire team. This was the easiest breakdown weve ever been through.

The engine light lit up on our Chevy Cruze and we needed to get it fixed pretty quickly. We called and talked with Bob Stadler and he got us in right away. We added the seat belt replacement at the last minute and Bob took care of it no problem. We even got our car back almost 2 days earlier than we thought and the car runs great! I cant thank Bob and the rest of the staff at Superior Service Center enough. They all were really helpful, super friendly and did a great job. Well be going back.

My car was hit and there was over $5,000 worth of damage. Daren was incredibly communicative and anytime I had a question of was wondering how the progress was on my car he sent pictures, and was very responsive. They even let me aware of other mechanical issues with my car. Their inspection process is perfect and their prices aren’t too terrible. $350 for rotors and pads. I’ve been here twice now and I’ll always come back.

We were traveling from out of town and had low tire pressure. We had tried several gas stations and their air was out of service. We stopped in to see if they could help us out and there was no hesitation - they were more than happy to help fill our tire with air and get us on our way!! I brought my car to them after an accident and they assisted with a rental car during repairs and did an excellent timely job. Such a good job that I brought the car back for other additional work not related to the accident which was also outstanding and they back their work up with a lifetime warranty. Cole was my contact person and kept me up to date every step of the way. I would highly recommend them.

I took my 2014 F150 with 65,000 miles to Superior Service Center in Eagan based on online reviews.They were courteous & prompt with my oil change and have no issues with this. My concerns are around the $1050 worth of ‘recommended preventive maintenance’ that was suggested. They wrote a formal quote to say that I should flush antifreeze (which I had recently done), flush my transmission fluid $199, flush brakes $99, service 4X4 axles and transfer case $299, and replace my spark plugs $368. At no time did they ask any questions about if my truck was driven under any severe duty situations. I looked inside my Ford service manual and it clearly stated the following: Spark plugs – 100,000 mi, Transmission and 4x4 150,000 mi, rear axle has Lifetime synthetic lubricant. I could not find the brake flush listed anywhere in the manual. Ford states that Severe duty is operating PRIMARILY in specific conditions and operating OCCASIONALLY under these conditions, it is not necessary to perform the extra maintenance. I was looking for a garage with integrity that I could trust to provide good service and reasonable recommendations. But quoting service at ½ the recommended mileage does not fit this expectation. Sorry but I will not be returning to this shop ever again.

Ive had a Superior, pun intended, experience at this shop. Jacob is professional and courteous. Aside from fixing the airbag sensor issue I came in for, they also performed a free inspection of the vehicle. They explained the urgency (or lack of) each repair, gave me a few discounts and allowed me to bring my own parts for some of it. Repairs were done within the promised timeframe.Great service all around.

Recently, I was in a fender bender in Eagan and needed to have my Jeep Commander repaired. Superior Collision Center delivered in every way. They worked seamlessly and quickly with my insurance company and all I had to do was sign over the insurance check to Superior. Our jeep was done earlier than expected (it only took a couple days), and I noticed that they went above and beyond in cleaning the inside of my care and washing it, too! They did beautiful work. After dealer repaired brakes an unusual noise began after two weeks. Dealer found nothing. Service Mgr. at Superior drove around block once and told me it was one of two things. His first guess was dead on. Car fixed next day. No more noise. Came back with electrical problem. Once again. Accurate diagnosis.These guys know what theyre doing. Prices are very fair. Good to have a local and professional repair service nearby that I feel confident in and can rely on.

I have been going to Superior for 8 years. I appreciate their honesty, kindness, and willingness to explain options to their customers. They have talked me out of spending unnecessary money before. The easy way to fix the problem would have been to replace the tailgate, but they repaired it and the result is great!Our van is not always the cleanest vehicle on the street, but it came back to us detailed inside and out. Even took off the dried on bugs on the grill. Great surprise.

I was experiencing some issues with my card charging. I knew my battery was only 2 years old so I assumed it was good. I expected it to be the alternator or something and I expected to pay 500 to a $1000 for the repair.An hour after dropping off the car I received a call and they told me your car is ready, and there was no charge. It turns out the battery that I had purchase from a AAA 2 years ago had failed...They determined that failure, they got it warranted from AAA and they happened to have a battery I in stock that worked perfectly.I could not have possibly been happier!!

I took a vehicle in that had a bad alternator covered under a 3rd party warranty. These guys were super good about communication and got the part and job done well ahead of expectations. I was also able to speak to the mechanic when picking up my vehicle to ask a few questions about what they checked. The staff was helpful and friendly, and I cant say anything bad about my experience.

Daren is an actual godsend. He and Superior were so easy to work with! I got rear ended on Halloween, and they literally handled everything. They talked to the insurance companies for me, were able to send the estimate straight to them, and take the payment straight from the company too, which meant I could just focus on going to work and the chiropractor and not be running around and on the phone all the time. My car looks even better than it did before I got rear ended, and they even cleaned it- inside AND out! I only wish getting parts for a Renegade didnt take so long, but it is not Superiors fault they are made in Italy!

Great work on vehicles but receptionist staff could use some additional customer service training. There have been several instances where Ive called to schedule an appointment and have given the impression I was a burden to them. Ive recommended friends to this business based on good results with my vehicle but they too have been greeted, or lack thereof, with a less than friendly receptionist upon checking in. We dont expect a red carpet to be rolled out, but a friendlier welcome and the impression the customer isnt a bother would be appreciated.On the other hand, the shop managers are always nice when they come out to explain service recommendations.

My first experience at Superior Service Center was great. My vehicle looks amazing and it feels great to have it back again. I feel theyve done so much for me. They even make it simple and easy because Im pretty new to this kind of stuff. Due to my limited time and horrible timing, I was able to email them back and forth instead of having to make a call. My work hours are a little different and it wasnt suitable for me to be on the phone. Thank you for making this convenient for me!

UPDATE: After posting a review, one of the owners reached out to us. He sincerely apologized and said he would personally monitor the repairs on our car. He kept us informed of their progress and went the extra mile to make it right, and even gave the car back to us in better shape than it was before the original accident. After that first contact, they displayed great character and dedication to us as customers. Not the way we imagined our repair going, but they ended up making it a good experience for us.___________________________________________________________________I damaged the right side view mirror of my car and this was one of the places our insurance company suggested I take my car in to get it repaired. While our car was there, one of their employees accidentally damaged our rear bumper and left rear door. I was floored by the fact that they didnt even apologize! They just said they would take care of it at no charge. My husband and I are waiting to see if they will do more to remedy this situation.

Great place, never feel overcharged. Always the same guys working here so you kind of get to know them. They send out thank you postcards to their customers in the mail. Its the little things.

I should start by saying that I love my car. I love my car more than a lot of other things in life and was borderline depressed when I was in an accident where I was hit on the drivers side. The front and rear doors, rear quarter, skirt, wheel, and tire were damaged. My car is an 09 Pontiac G8 GT, which is obviously not made any more and is difficult to find parts for. The people at Superior were able to find parts and took care of everything with insurance for me. There was one spot missed during painting that they took care of immediately for me. After driving the car for a couple days, I noticed the alignment of the steering wheel wasnt quite right. I brought the car back in and they were very eager to make it right at no cost. I didnt pay a ton of attention to the cost since this all went through insurance, so I dont know about their price compared to other shops. I can say, though, that I cant tell that my car was in an accident. The paint blending seems good. After the alignment they did, my car tracks straighter than it has in years (and Ive had it aligned at other shops in the 7 years Ive had the car). Overall I would recommend Superior. As with any work being done on your vehicle, just make sure you give the work a really good once-over. If you find something unexpected, I have no doubt the people at Superior will work with you to make it right.

Each time I am at Superior, the owner Dan recognizes me and acknowledges me as a customer. The employees in the service area are thorough and willing to explain to me what my car needs without ever being pushy. The gals at the front desk are friendly and helpful. My experiences here have been so positive that I recommended them to my daughter who needed extensive repairs done. Superiors estimate for her car was over $500 less than the competition and they towed her car for free. I highly recommend Superior!!

Not the best experience this time. I went for the car battery replacement. I was charged fee for both battery testing and labor charge for battery replacement. When my car battery is to be replaced why $39 battery testing fee in addition to labor costs/battery cost? Isn’t the testing fee a rip-off particularly when you are replacing battery?

I got my Toyota Rav4 repaired here as part of my Progressive car insurance coverage. Superior was professional and returned my car in near-new condition. They also cleaned my car. A couple months later, one of the doors start acting up. I call them up and they are able to help me the very next day. I am very satisfied with their customer service.

On a record cold/frigid/windy snow blown day, our pesky tire air is low light came on and beeped at us incessantly. The local gas stations air pump didnt work so we stopped by Superior Service Center to ask if they could top off the air in our tires. They immediately offered to help, drove our car into one of their bays and filled the tires (while we waited only 5 minutes in their warm waiting area).... and did so for no charge! Ill definitely be heading back there if/when we need to get some work done on our car.
