I would give zero stars if I could.I told them I needed a bumper reattached and that I had the bumper. The person who looked at my car wouldnt even look at my existing bumper. When I received my estimate, it was over $1,200 dollars and included 4.8 hours of painting time. For a bumper?!?!I responded saying that I didnt need paint and that I just wanted my bumper put on.I did not receive a follow up from them.Ridiculous.

I have been here before because mainly for their GREAT customer service but also excellent work & promptness. Everyone is so pleasant & very professional it just makes a tough experience a bit easier to handle. Can’t say enough good things about Andy & Justin especially, they are the best!!!

I had to have the driver door replaced and have it painted to match the rest of the vehicle body. Everything works fine and they did an excellent job matching the paint. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing body work. They were great with communicating the status of the work order as well. They would send us a text with updates which was real nice.

I love whatever glossy finishy touch after they handle my repairs- over my entire car, looks brand spanking new when I pick up my vehicle (repair job in rear & paint touches was on the rear or all over🤷) I believe they did something on the entire car! I had a terrific experience at Caliber. The work that they did was excellent and the process was painless. Great Customer Service! I was also impressed with the way that they cleaned up the vehicle when done, both inside and outside!

I went in thinking the locking mechanism on my trunk would need to be replaced. George Williams helped me out by unsticking the lock and making sure it was back to working order at no charge. It was great service, and because of this I know I can trust them and I will be taking my vehicles here whenever they need repair.

Service was spectacular and the quality of work went well beyond my greatest expectations. George, David and the crew knocked it out of the proverbial park! With the COVID protocols, the interior of my truck is cleaner than it has ever been since the day I took it home from the dealer. Amazing customer service.

This place is fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly, and very professional. My car had pretty significant damage on the driver door, and the job they did makes my car look brand new. The repairs were done quickly, and with updates along the way that kept me informed with what was going on. On top of that, they went above and beyond, and cleaned the whole interior of my car. I normally dont leave reviews, but I cant recommend this place enough. I will definitely be using them in the future if I ever need bodywork done again.

My husband & I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Eagan. We had body work done twice on our Lexus 470. George, the manager, was really great to work with. He made great suggestions that saved our wallet and we appreciated that. This place is very clean, professional and the quality of work is SUPERIOR! We also shopped around and found that they were very reasonable. Its nice to know, we have a shop that is extremely honest and affordable to go to when we need repairs. Thanks again!

I needed my front bumper changed and it took them 3 days to finish it. While my car was in repair they arranged a rental car as well, so I dont have to call or travel to the rental car location. I highly recommend, professional and courteous people, Kali and Dave Hauser are exceptional staff.

Out of the way customer service ( George Williams from Eagan) and work quality was awsome. Taken care of my car issue in a very professional and timely manner. Also hooked me with some additional parts and service for free as they were small issues..which tells me a lot about this place. Totally recommend it.

My wifes van was vandalized and I needed to get the opening covered up by some plastic/tape. I took the van in and explained the situation and George from Caliber Collision came right out of his office and helped me take care of it without even charging me for the help. I couldnt be more impressed! I will be using Caliber Collision for my insurance claim for the window replacement as well as repairs to the sliding door.

The customer service here was great. They kept me up to date on all of the things they were doing will managing my accident claim. The quality of work was good as well; they made my bumper and trunk look like brand new.

1: this is a pricey shop. 2: didnt do a good job with the concerns that I had with my vehicle. to give some backstory, I ran into a vehicle during a storm and didnt have much damage fortunately but there was a hole on my number plate and my smart features stopped working. I went to this place with my insurance, they have replaced the sensor module without even verifying if it was broken. Isnt it a basic thing to verify if something is broken first before replacing it? And on top of it, they didnt resolve my issue they asked me to talk to the dealer. My dealer says I should have the sensor module replaced. when I told them that I had it replaced recently they still stated it has to be replaced.

I had the side view mirror on my Scion XB get damaged and needed to get it replaced. I first visited Firestone and they told me the total for the work would be $500+ and if I got one of their credit cards they would take $100 off 🙄 so I walked over to Caliber Collision and wanted to scope out how much the price would be to fix the mirror. They quoted me at $128 for the total. Sounded good to me, so They ordered the parts and a week later I came back for the fix. they took less than 15 minutes to replace my old mirror, even matched the paint the exact color to my car. Im very pleased with their service I will definitely be returning if I have any other issues that need to be fixed on my vehicle. 🔥🔥🔥

Work was completed faster than the estimated time, I recommend getting text message updates they were very convenient. Staff was polite, and the office portion of the building was being responsibly conscious of social distancing practices during the COVID pandemic.

I cant tell you how dissapointed I was with this shop and Abra. I used them once before and I was happy with the service. This time, I requested an appointment online to have my windshield repaired. No one ever called me back. I then went in and stood in line for 20 minutes only to be handed a card to call someone else. I called that number and had to leave a message. Again, no one called back. I went with another company.

Would NEVER trust them to take my car. Seemed like I was only a number, they made me feel like they could definitely get by with not a proper greeting, no manners, no tact no grace or customer service!

Tim and Kim are both very helpful. Have helped me with a few outside insurance issues - finding low cost quality solutions. I am a repeat customer and trust these folks.

Okay so i have yet to get my car back yet but right now i am dissatisfied. I get a text message saying my car is nearly done. The next day i got the bill. The third day they tell me that its not ready and they are finishing painting it. It should be ready Monday (today) They have three hours left until they close. My promise time was 3-4 days. I will not, nor support this Abra or go back here ever again. If i could give this Zero stars i would have.

Ive used this Abra location several times and they have always been a pleasure to work with. The prices seem fair and seem to average for our market (i.e.not the highest or lowest). Also, insurance companies typically accept them as a preferred vendor so you send less time haggling with an adjuster. Finally, they warranty their work so of you paint ever peels, flakes or rusts they cover it.

Brought my car here after Mauer Chev estimated it would cost $400+ to have the front right panel fixed on our Trailblazer. The guys at Abra (thank you, Cory) looked at it and told me they could fix it in 15 minutes (something was just pushed out of place) and that they would do it for free. Three months later, my kid discovers the top brakes lights are out on his Saturn when he goes to try to get his drivers license and they wont let him test. Kid bought Saturn used a month ago and didnt know how to replaced light bulbs. Brought it to the guys at Abra who showed him how to do it in 5 minutes and again, didnt charge us anything. Kid gets license, happy ending. Nicest group of mechanics Ive worked with. As nice as these guys have been to us, and as honest as they have been, they will be my go-to shop for any work we need done.

Recently had our car brought in because it was damaged in an accident. The car was totaled but we chose to keep the car. Upon getting our car back we found that one of the brand new rotors we installed had been stolen from our car and replaced with an old worn out rotor. Please go any where else!
