AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING customer service! Megan saved my day. I ordered a bunch of jeans online and none of them fit me. She not only helped me find many different items throughout the store I couldn’t find but she also helped me find the right sizes for what I was looking for. I was worried I wouldn’t be allowed to exchange items I bought online and she helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Keep her !

The store hours say 9pm. They were closed at 6:00 on a Saturday and now 6:30 on a Friday. I get short staffing, would be courteous if the hours were updated or even had a sign!

Zero stars. Today the store is locked and lights are off at 6pm but is listed open until 8pm. Their never open. If they are open, the store smells like nasty old men cologne. Something is going on with this store that their never open and closing early. Terrible

My last experience was ok. I went to exchange a few items. Today I received my online order and wanted to call to see if they had my order in a different size. The lady apparently didn’t hear me and instantly hung up. I called right back and no one answered. As much as True Religion costs, they should have impeccable customer service. Very disappointed to say the least.

The men here are very nice! The woman that helped “or didn’t” needs to find another job. I drove an hour to return something with my original receipt and tags attached two days later and she refused! I won’t shop here again and you shouldn’t either.

Associates were on their phone and the tables were messy. Not very helpful either.

Went there today at 7:30pm knowing they close at 8pm and the door was locked, shop closed up, no signage with information on why.

Good staff and chill environment

Second time here and no one said a word to me when i came in and there was 3 employees.. me and my girlfriend walked around for 5 min and they just act like we werent even in there. store is in disaray and its hard to even figure out where the mens and womans sections are.. super whack, worst store at the outlet mall forsure, customer service wise.

Went in the store with my boyfriend. The instant we walked in the whole place smelled like weed. The 2 guys working at the counter were making Snapchat videos laughing and the female was just working. Not a very helpful staff. It was the first time visiting a true religion store and I have no desire to ever spend any money there. You charge so much for your clothes - hire some decent well rounded people to help sell.

Bad service attitude

I had a terrible shopping experience there. The person who helped me was rude and seemed irritated that I was in the store. I took my business elsewhere because of Stacy Jules, she was not helpful at all.

Walked in wearing a leather coat and nikes. Some tall young kid wearing a red winter beanie that worked there putting clothes away snobbed at me with a bs. look on his face while I was waiting for a friend to shop.

The sales lady that helped me was great (Helena).

Store was clean, service was okay but the ac was broken. It was hot!!!
