We are redoing our bathroom so we are looking for tile. Great selection a little pricey but they will likely have an option you are looking for. Our sales person was very helpful sorry I cant remember her name but she gave us some great tips and helpful hints. We may go with them depending on the price.

I started coming to this location 5 years ago (and still coming) for my small tile related renovations. They have an amazing and affordable selection as well as luxury selections. Their designers have always been a big help. Let them know how involved you need them and theyll dive in to assist in any way. Theyve given me recommendations for sub-contractors when Ive needed to hire out bigger tasks and Ive had great experience with them, too. The staff at Tile Shop has always come through when Ive needed rare materials and have had random project questions. Love this place!

I went into the store knowing exactly what I wanted. After Tom explained the pros and cons with my colors and custom counter top I left with a tile backsplash I never would have picked. I can’t explain how perfect the colors Tom suggested worked in my kitchen. I am extremely happy with the tile and am extremely grateful that Tom took the time to help me.

WAY more tiles than Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc!!!Tom called back promptly on questions this morning and also in store, Megan went above and beyond helping us find a tile in our budget that was available same day. She sat on the phone with me sorting through design ideas and then was available to jump right in and have samples ready of the ones that worked when my husband got there making it a smooth and really quick transition from inspiration to reality. Will definitely use again.

Kaz from the Eagan location went ABOVE & BEYOND expectations and became our Tile Guru. We entered the store for our first run at a bathroom remodel project absolutely clueless. Kaz ushered us to the correct department and graciously helped us narrow down some choices to a cohesive possible design and then let us take home samples to see how they looked in the space. Kaz was informative, non-judgemental, helpful and patient. We realized that we needed a designers help after seeing our choices in the room so returned to the store and had to completely start over. Again, Kaz was patient and helpful with this total turnaround. We ended up choosing a tile style that was being discontinued but Super Kaz called 16 different locations to secure the number of tiles needed for our project so that we could get what we wanted. The project turned out great and Kaz even refunded the overage we had from some design miscalculations. Thank you, thank you Kaz for being our Tile Guru. Fantastic service and great advice! Megan Rankila was so much help choosing tile for our bathroom remodel. She listened to our ideas and made them a reality. To be honest, remodelling stresses me out and I changed my mind a lot during the process. She made me feel completely comfortable the entire time and reminded me that it’s okay to change my mind. Both of the people we worked with were knowledgable and helpful without being pushy and overbearing OR snooty. The selection is what I expect from The Tile Shop, which is to say, beautiful, with a price-range that includes tile for the budget-minded on up to those for whom money is no object... and I didnt feel pressured to go beyond my budget. AND, I am getting something which doesnt scream BIG BOX STORE. Win-win. I expect that the room will be just what I was hoping for once we finish.

The 1st associate was awesome! She did a great job of helping us find what we wanted.. The checkout guy however was obviously frustrated and let it show. Made it pretty awkward in the end

Lots of beautiful tile and gorgeous displays, but the sales reps can be a bit persistent.Edit: after completing a big tile project, we ended up being really grateful for the persistent sales rep, who also happened to be very knowledgeable about tile and tile installation and helped us out a ton with our many questions.

Big selection of tile, but check the quality before you install it. I did purchased about 8 different styles, and only subway tile was defective on glaze finish. They do have good discounts for contractors.

The Tile Shop in Eagan was very kind to me. I was finishing up a patio project and literally needed just one paver cut in half. The staff here was so friendly and accommodating of my request. They did this free of charge despite that the paver wasn’t even their own product. I’ll definitely be coming back when it comes time to retile my bathroom.
