Sales rep was very helpful showed me all of the deals they had also allowed me to open all the bags to see the inside. Was looking for a 3 piece set they only had 2 piece sets available everything else is sold individually. Wide range of sizes from 21’-37’ price ranges from $70-$300.

The rudest sales associate I’ve ever dealt with! I placed my order online to pick up in store & the product wasn’t what ordered. She argued with me & refused to give me a receipt of cancellation to refund my money! Now I have to contact my financial institution to reverse to charges.

Incredibly rude sales associate about already questionable merchandise. I brought two suitcases in for repair after their locks were broken from routine airline travel. The sales rep was profoundly rude and argumentative to almost comical degrees. She told me she’s never seen locks on my model of suitcase be broken when I had brought in that suitcase with broken locks. She tried to tell me these things were unbreakable when I had broken items in hand She argued about every aspect of the suitcase I was trying to address and it was just unbelievably tedious. She told me Samsonite doesn’t fix aspects of suitcase I wanted addressed even though I’ve had those very same things fixed by Samsonite on their suitcases before. Just such a weird and senselessly unpleasant interaction around a routine fix on something.

I really do like Samsonite luggage but they need to work on stocking popular items at their stores. The place is organized and the people are helpful.

Deeply discounted artificially high prices on lower-end Samsonite products. A better 25 bag is arbitrarily priced at $300 then discounted 50% to $150 while a similar or better Samsonite product can be bought elsewhere for about $100. That and the disinterested staff made for a disappointing experience.

Prices were decent. Sales associate was less helpful than at a regular store, but ultimately was friendly.

Stay away from those two wheels, much easier to pull a four wheeler luggage bag.

Its been 3 months since i turned in a piece of luggage for repair. i still dont have it back.
