Worst customer service. I stopped by here after I ran out of foundation and I wanted to pick up my birthday gift. I spent 15 minutes looking for help and no one stopped to help me. I was trying to find a new foundation and I spent extra time trying to find the right color/feel. Usually when I go to sephora, I also like to walk around and try their new stuff. When I went to pay, the cashier was accusatory and kept asking why I only bought one foundation. Really? I guess because I took extra time they expected me to buy more. I always go to Sephora in Austin and San Antonio and have never had problems.
