I would give Eagle Pass Walgreens no stars if I could. On January 27, 2021 my elderly mother went to Eagle Pass Walgreens to pick up her meds that should have been just over $140 with insurance but Walgreens charged her credit card the full amount which was over $700. Shouldnt have been a big issue if she would have gotten some cooperation from the pharmacist who was no help at all and did not allow my mother to speak to a manager after requesting to speak to one. Then the pharmacist disappeared to the back and never returned. The lack of professionalism from this pharmacist is unacceptable. My mother called United Healthcare to try and resolve the issue. I am in Houston TX so I cant be there to help my mom resolve this unnecessary issue. Hopefully United Healthcare can help her. I pray Eagle Pass will get a CVS soon.

What is the hold up on filling prescriptions in a timely matter? Every single time I’ve gone to pick up a medication, it has never been ready even when it’s been sent a full business day ahead from our doctors. Instead of providing a solution, Grisandra told me I can choose a different pharmacy. When I I asked to speak with the manager I was put on hold then disconnected. This location needs help in the pharmacy bc they are an inconvenience to me when I have to spend my time going back and forth just to get my medication.

The pharmacist is very nice and if you ask, they look for special discounts for your medications especially if it’s not covered by your insurance. Every time I have gone to get medications filled, they’ve prepared it in less than fifteen minutes. They provide great service and the building is always very clean.

Ive not had to use the pharmacy part so cant speak to that, but the store itself has almost anything youd need for a quick fill in.Its usually not busy therefore a great alternative to HEB or Wal-Mart. Not as many products as those other stores but more than your typical convenience store.The building is clean inside and out.

Its a good thing we have a Walgreens! But they should calm down on the prices. And have more deals around.

Theyre always very helpful and I love to go there bc my meds are always ready on time.

The pharmacy is a joke. Had me wait two weeks for my sons prescription to be ready. Never called when it was ready for pick up so i went and checked on it at the store personally. After waiting for 30 mins in line they advised me that since i did not pick up the prescription when it was ready they stored it and cannot give it to me for another wait period.

Ive had more delays and lack of communication with this pharmacy than any other ive ever dealt with.

The guy working at 8:23 is rude, he squashed and dropped most of my items and didnt say sorry or anything.
