The car wash ripped the weather stripping off of my car! The store manager was very helpful but the corporate office refused to reimburse me for the damage to my car. This is very disappointing considering how much my family spends with Jacksons.

So far the worst service we had. Normally good at other locations but they disrespect my boyfriend when he was trying to purchase iteams there and when he called the store to talk to management they said she just left and that they cant give us her number witch we can understand then we asked for corporates number and she gave us a fax number. So now were at jacksons so thank you jacksons for giving us a better service and for brightening are day. Thank you.

Ok service. Its usually pretty clean near the pumps which is good

Pleasant front desk employees, always clean and I always go here in the fall to pump up my tires. Love the quick and easy car wash.

Very rude and arrogant cashier ladies at this location will not be returning

So I stopped into the Chevron this evening before heading up the hill to McCall. There is a young man working there his name is Sigi. When I walked in I went and filled my cup with some coffee. He then came over and offered to make me a fresh batch! I said that three or four hour coffee is fine with me yet he insisted that I should at least try their new espresso machine. Well I did it it was fantastic. I watched him interact with other customers and then went on my way. Never before have I been motivated to give a gas station attendant a tip but tonight I did. That was the best service I’ve ever had at a gas station. Had to give an atta boy online.

The owner is incredibly arrogant and thinks she knows everything. I’m visiting and still remember her rude a.ss from 4/5 years ago when I still lived here. Hopefully she sold the place and yknow it’s salvageable.

Sad that they got rid of the touchless car wash. Otherwise good

My car broke down and a kind stranger helped pull it out of the road and into a parking spot at chevron. Unfortunately the female cashier at chevron was not considerate of my situation and treated me as though I was parking to go out or something—very odd and discourteous considering the stress of the situation. I was parked well out of the way yet she told me that I had to push my vehicle (an SUV) to the other side of the lot because they had deliveries coming in the morning (about 10 hours from then). Yeah, no. It’s not physically possible for one, I wasn’t in the way of their delivery area, and my tow truck would be there long before then. Sheesh, lady. Get some basic human decency skills.

Lady tried to charge me twice for my drink. She fixed it but still upset me

This is a gas station, so there’s really not too much to say. it gets the job done. my car goes far with this gas. when i need gas, this is one that i often like to go to because it is convenient and close to my house. if you live far away, this is not too worth it to drive out here just for this gas station, because there is sure to be another gas station that is closer or more convenient to you. however, if you find yourself in the area, i would recommend this gas station if you are running low on gas. if you are full on gas, i would say no, do not come here.

Paying at Pumps never work. Always have to go inside and wait. Most expensive in the valley.

Horrible needed to use the restroom and employee was in there playing on his phone. I waited a solid 30 minutes then went and pumped my diesel and left. Then people wonder why they cant get pay raises playing on your phone watching videos on company time really. Come on bro save it for break time and let paying customers use the facilities.

Only $20. Come before 9am and there is no wait. Fast, too, I never even got out of the car.
