Have always needed more help in the pharmacy. There is no longer a time of day that you won’t wait a considerable amount of time either inside or the drive thru. Please hire more help!

I went into get playing cards found a person who helped me very nicely took me to where I needed to go. Went to check out there are two of us in line waiting no one would help finally the lady in front of me found somebody the cashier helped her and as soon as she was done a guy in a red shirt walked in and instead of helping the next person in line, which was me she helped him do a FedEx. She was very flippant she was very rude. Then another person the same person that walked me to the playing cards. Asked what the problem was cashier said I was the problem! I was furious!!

Heavy set lady that works the Pharmacy is so rude!! Needs a lesson in proper customer service or she simply needs a new job where she doesnt have to interact with people.

Fine location. No complaints on the inside - its a cookie cutter Walgreens.. Not worthy of a 5 star review already, but a fine normal 4 star place to go IMO. Thing is, I get my prescriptions filled here, so I go pretty often; about once a month, and twice - going through the drive through they have tried to give my brother in-law or I the wrong prescription. That is, they have tried to give us Someone elses prescription, and in doing so, they have disclosed PHI without confirming the address. Unless Im missing something.. thats illegal, and even if it somehow isnt, its totally unacceptable. -1 star is the least you deserve for that.

Blonde Lady in the pharmacy is so rude! Should not work with people. I was there 5 minutes before their lunch break, the only person in line, and they wouldnt help me till after lunch. So rude and inconsiderate.

They carry a pretty good selection of items. I was surprised with their drink options. I was grabbing a prescription and had the intention of going across the street to Albertsons for a few items but was able to grab them here.

The place was clean and orderly and well stocked. Waited in line not that long and was serviced fast and friendly. Like it.

Nearly Always find What I’m looking for. Appreciate their reduced prices on quality items and store brands of matching quality items. Appreciate their rewards program. Always enjoy their pleasant staff. Thanks Walgreens!

Ive always had a very pleasent experience here. Corporate entities can be a let down, but I feel like the staff here has always made it their mission to take care if my needs in a timely manner. I generally receive my prescriptions in a timely manner and the pharmacy staff is quite knowledge.

Kudos to my neighborhood Walgreens! Its difficult to find Tylenol or acetaminophen these days...found it here and at a great price - no price gouging. One at 5.99 for 100 caplets, 2nd one 1/2 off for same amount. Thank you Walgreens!

You know, you cant please everybody but this is a great store. Great location. Store employees are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is great.The whole department is knowledgeable, helpful and always friendly.

The convenience is awesome. I can get over the counter meds, Kleenex, candy, cards, kids stuff, you name it. The employees are always willing to help.

I went to this Walgreens to get some deodorant and shampoo. I had some coupons clipped to my phone app, linked to my phone number. When I went in, for some reason it wasnt working. The manager was sure I did something wrong. However, when I got home and tried to purchase online, the coupons showed up online fine and dandy. Not sure what the problem was, but the way I was treated was horrid. Not even going to go into every detail, but not only is the manager not knowledgeable, and a slow worker, but extremely rude. I will never shop at this Walgreens again.

Customer service resolved a problem with a charge mistake. Very satisfied.

Would be 0 if I could.... Terrible attitude on phone from pharm tech when calling to inquire about prescription transfer. I will NOT move over to this pharmacy now!!! Tech literally raised her voice at me, yelled at me when asking me a question about the meds I was prescribed...... I never treated her like that.... i do NOT deserve to be treated disrespectfully !!!!

Have to always call ahead because quite often they dont even HAVE a pharmacist so you cant pick up your perscriptions.

I stopped by this Walgreens, gave them all of my insurance information and scripts and came back three hours later. First they said they didnt have anything for me. Then after actually looking they said I needed to give them the information again even though they already scanned my card and everything so I had to drive all the way home and back again and when I got back they kept refusing my insurance claiming it was too old when we used the same insurance card the previous week at this exact location. They called back the next day claiming they got it to work and had a refund for me. Ive never experienced anything like that before. I definitely recommend going to Albertsons right across the street over this Walgreens. Not only are they apparently incompetent, they were completely rude. Absolutely ridiculous.

Pharmacy was not very friendly. They seemed to hate their job. Wont go there again.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We called in a RX on the automated system and when the patient went in to get the RX they told her nothing was on file. She came in that night and the next morning- the pharmacy never called our office to help the patient. When I called in this morning they were very RUDE! I even got hung up on when I was trying to find out why they claimed they did not receive our message. All of our phone calls at the office are recorded and we have record that the RX was left. PATIENTS DONT GET YOUR RX FILLED HERE!!!!!!

Ordered pictures from a disposable camera and they said they would be ready in a week. 3 weeks later they were finally in and they couldnt even call and say that they came in like they said they would. Very poor customer service and follow through.

Convenient location to pickup essentials.

I went there for my script like I always do and I forgot what the price of it was and they were like we cant tell you until you goto pay and Im like well what happens if I dont have enough? So they go back spend a half hour on a calculator and being very rude and snippy make me wait another half hour because quote the computer is being all wonky I wish they would just fire me already. I hate this job. complaints and everything in between I mean havent you ever heard the saying dont take your feelings to work with you. I believe this was a case there. Unfortunately I have to keep getting them here. But they are always losing scripts, and very rude staff. Get it together walgreens.

Could not have been nicer. The two people who helped me went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. They were stellar.

They were slow, rude and confused.
