Went from 1 to 4 stars!Thank you Vapor Lounge!This stores redeeming quality is its employees, nice, efficient, clean. Knowledge & customer care... Not so much. Needing a coil, I brought the whole vape in, just to get it right. After looking at it they sold me what I needed & helped me put it in. When it didnt fit I was THEN told they didnt carry what I actually needed, and that since it was opened (by them) they couldnt give me any type of refund or credit.Epic fail Vapor Lounge, you lost my, & the clubs, business.

I had visited this place about 2 weeks ago for some new coils.. my current one wasnt quite ready for replacement but I decided to get some anyway.. when I got there I told him what I wanted which was the same thing that I currently had in my vape... I was looking for duplicates of the same thing... he told me that they didnt have it, but he gave some other options.. i finally picked one of the options... i did however noticed that the new coils looked a little longer than my current coil. So I wasnt sure that it could fit.. so I asked him for reassurance that new coils would fit. He told me yes and I bought them. Well now 2 ish weeks later Im replacing my coil.. guess what it doesnt f it its to long

He was very knowledgeable with the different options to choose from and I felt like my best interest as the consumer was always the priority! They are never open! Constantly changing their times and often times, they have an open sign out, but nobody is there and locked. Poor management.

Jamie was super friendly and when I got an alternative to the one I wanted he made sure I was happy with it.

Went here for the first time with my mom. The gentleman was very helpful! He showed my mom step by step how to use her vape and had a good variety of products! They have little tables you can fix/mod your vapes as well. Good prices too! My mom said this will be the only vape store she will go to from now on. I highly recommend this place!

I just left this store and had the greatest customer service from Tucker! I am very picky about my juices and always like to make sure I find the right one. I was here for about 2 hours. I told him what kind of juice I liked to vape and he was totally cool with that and didnt mind going through a whole bunch of them with me and actually the one he recommended was the one I bought! Also I have to say the quality of the liquids that they sell are the best Ive ever tried and Ive been vaping for over 5 years. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable and informative about mods, liquids and just vaping in general. I could tell that he cared about his job and wanted to make sure I left with exactly what I wanted. Which is very refreshing because a lot of vape stores here really dont care and just sell you on whatever and you can tell they just dont care about helping you. I even got a nice bag to put my juice in and a cool VL lanyard along with a cleaning cloth to wipe your glass and tank off with! Vapor Lounge has a new customer for life! I will never go anywhere else for juice again. Thanks Tucker you were awesome!!!

Went in a couple days after purchasing a falcon tank, it was leaking everywhere and draining my tank of all the juice and the lazy staff just said it was the juice and wouldn’t offer to help. will never go again.
