Coffee is basically my life, I found this place by accident and I can’t wait to go back! I’m not from this state, and this was my first impression of RI. This made me fall in love with this area. Great coffee, and staff.

The Nook is my friendly neighborhood coffee shop. I get my New Harvest beans there, and my cold brew iced coffee. I dont leave the house much lately, but when I do, I usually stop by Nook. It always makes me feel a little better.

Cute spot, quick service, and friendly staff. The coffee was tasty and loved that they carry loose leaf tea. The downtown area seems to have many coffee/breakfast options. Recommend checking it out if you are in town.

I really love this coffee shop. They have a wide variety of different types of coffee and breads — always fun to try something new. My favorite part is they have a little cozy area in the back with a whole bunch of board games, so it’s an ideal place for a peaceful Sunday morning

This place sucks ! They do not use gloves when handling peoples food, and they use tap water to make the coffee they sell to their customers. Plenty of other options in town, i’d avoid this place for sure. -1 star.

Excellent service and a great variety of house made lattes, most using locally sourced products. They have a cute gathering nook in the back where I dined in on a bagel with vegan cream cheese. Both were excellent. Highly recommend.

This coffee shop is adorable! Its small inside but so comfortable and I loved the creative decor, especially the plants on the wall. They have a great selection of lattes and great coffee. The barista was so nice and friendly and recommended the honey latte, which was incredible.

Damn good coffee! Stopped in for a cappuccino and the owner was very warm and welcoming. Im not from the area so I was nervous but she didnt judge me at all. And most importantly best cappuccino Ive ever had.

$9 for a cup of oatmilk (supposed to be a medium matcha milk latte - had absolutely 0 mint flavor and barely enough matcha to tint the oatmilk even the smallest bit green) and a passionfruit donut. The donut was great but I was beyond disappointed w my drink.

We really enjoy the atmosphere, coffee and kombucha here!! The place is cozy and has a nice variety of coffees or teas to have along with some pastries! We ordered two iced coffees, two kombuchas and biscotti here. We enjoyed everything and they have the kombucha on draft! We really liked the kombucha by Aqua viTea because they were nice flavors and not overly sweet like some others. The place is clean and the service was great! I do also like that they provide paper straws and their trash area helps show you what is recyclable vs. what isnt as we should be taking care of the environment!! We will certainly visit this place again!

A newer cafe on Main St in EG.I stopped by recently to grab a cup of Joe & patronage the new cafe on the block. And when I say new cafe on the block, I mean new cafe on the block.Lets face it... if you know anything about Main St in EG, then you are aware that business come & go faster than one can bat an eye. Ill take it one step further by disclosing that Main St certainly has its fair share of coffee peddlers. Not to lose focus here on the Nook Coffee House, but the well received Dantes Kitchen is only next door.I was pleased with the coffee, which appears to be locally roasted. At a glance I observed a map outlining the roaster they sourced coffee from. As a supporter of small & local, I appreciate their approach.The cafe itself is cute, hip, & probably closer to what one might find in a setting other than EG, which is refreshing as well.The woman who took my order ensured that my guest & I received a fresh pot, which is more than I can say about many of the coffee shops I have visited. She was obviously aware that the customers experience & quality of the product are key to returning cliental. Its the little things that can make or break a business & I hope the Nook Coffee House continues to deliver & thrive.As for the coffee, I found the particular brew that we were served to be on the darker & oilier side. Many folks these days have a fond appreciation for darker roasts, but I personally still prefer the lighter blend that New Englanders typically enjoy. All in all, the coffee was still very pleasing & I plan to make my way over to the Nook Coffee House again real soon. If your in the neighborhood you should too & tell them that Scotty sent ya.
