Cheers to this Starbucks! I couldn’t get my car to start and I was freaking out because I was checking everything and I felt really embarrassed so I asked my bf to call them and tell them. They said they would remake it without an issue and when I showed up, everything was fresh and looked great. Thanks for doing an amazing job and more!

I didnt go in for coffee, I happen to love their pumpkin cheese muffin. I gave this location 5 stars because I always get great customer service here. They are always so friendly and helpful, its hard to find that now a days.

Yes its starbucks, so you pay for what you get, but what you also get is exemplary products and excellent service!

Staff always seems overwhelmed, recently had the Starbucks app default to this location when we ordered a pickup in Newport. Called the store and simply ask that they set the order aside that we could pick up later to salvage instead of wasting our purchase and instead of the staff being gracious they seemed put off and inconvenienced when we were experiencing having to make and purchase two orders at once. This was after having to call multiple times because they first hung up when we called.

This is the cleanest Starbucks by far! The new interior is real nice! Also the employees are amazing very kind and helpful! They messed up on my order and very kindly gave me a new one with no problem at all! Over great service! 10/10 recommended! Going there every week!

I ordered a simple iced coffee and the 6 people who ordered after me got there order within a few minutes after they ordered. The batista was even nice enough to forgot what I even ordered when they saw me still waiting there after 20 minutes. Waste of time

Worst location I have ever been to. Horrible service. Waited in line for five minutes while the cashier had a personal conversation with another customer. Then was treated as if I were a burden to ring up. Waited 15 minutes for my coffee when there were only three people in the store. Only to get an $8 coffee that was two thirds whipped cream though no one ever asked if even wanted shipped cream.Extremely rude and incompetent people. I would have been much happier had I gone to one of their competitors.

Cannot believe it has taken me this long to post a review. Starbucks in East Greenwich is the #1 Starbucks ... the drinks are always great and the people are wonderful. I go almost every morning and it is the best way to start the day. Love all of you at Starbucks East Greenwich :)

Barista was rude. I dont need a lecture on mask etiquette ( I was wearing a mask) when shes wearing a flimsy BANDANA while handling my food. Try wearing an appropriate mask yourself before attempting to educate/chastise others. 😉

Starbucks is iconic. Whats not to like. The prices are up there but beyond this you can customize just about any drink. They also have food that is fresh such as pastries, breakfast, and lunch items for purchase. Most choices are healthy.

I am a loyal Starbucks coffee drinker. This is my go to spot close to home to grab a great coffee. This store is always clean, lots of windows for natural light during the day and very friendly environment. The staff are great and if you are a regular will get to know you and what you like. They work very hard especially during the busy times of day getting all the food and drinks right. I personally try to visit during the quieter times to drink a cup of iced coffee or the amazing nitro cold brew. Ill mix it up every now and again with a green ice tea or half tea half lemonade. The bakery items are pretty good as are the breakfast sandwiches and lunch boxes. Sometimes its hard working in customer service and being friendly and the crew that work here are very good so it makes this spot a nice place to visit again and again.

A great place to visit. There is plenty of parking, the line is never long, the baristas are friendly and super helpful, lots of tables and chairs, the coffee is fresh anytime of the day. I highly recommend it.

I like coming here a lot. I started to use my own coffee maker at home because I always use cash and cant keep running to the bank to get more. When I do have cash I love coming here and chilling talking to everybody and hanging out with friends. We all know the coffee is great, but it is the community that tops that. Never been to a better Starbucks in my experience.

The morning staff at this Starbucks are the best I have ever met. They are pleasant, fun and always cheerful. Good coffee and a happy crew make me want to come back time and time again.

Good location but heads up: no drive through

Starbucks in general is great you often find locals chatting about current events and socializing the old fashioned way. If your community does not have a quaint local coffee shop Starbucks is your next best thing.

Great place to sit and relax. They just did a remodel and it looks nice, more modern but still comfortable. My favorite drink is a Passion Iced Tea Lemonade.

Fresh and hot coffee that came as quick as the order. Yogurts are Much smaller now with 100 fewer calories and the Same price! Place had stocked napkins and a clean restrooms. One of the more comfortable Starbucks.

Cozy and delicious but the most comfortable chairs have been taken away. I am not sure why. Obviously to discourage long stays? Prices are a bit steep.

The East Greenwich location is nice, but unfortunately there isnt a drive-thru, so rainy days can be tricky.

I rarely come in here, but stopped in this morning while feeling a bit dizzy. The barista asked me about some options for the new foofy drink I ordered, then noticed I was terminally confused and just used her best judgement. My mint mocha w/o whipped cream was delicious. This Starbucks has a great atmosphere and the workers were really nice and friendly.

The only thing missing is a drive through. Otherwise a great spot.
