Poor customer service skills kept hanging up on me when I called and my mother-in-law got a phone there and when she first bought the phone the owner said that he would lower the bill to $45 after a couple months and when she went back he said that her phone doesnt qualify he lied and the price never went down like she said shes going to be switching to a different service.

My wife loves there service and the phone but me o think they are meant for the walky-talkies back 8 years ago otherwise they are meant to be a basic cell phone company and they are not !!
