Friendliest staff around! Have purchased several pair of glasses from here. They do better for out of pocket cost vs going to where my insurance is accepted, where they are crack pots!! Will continue going here and recommending many others to go there as well!!

Great little optical shop. The staff is really friendly. I came in a little over a month or so ago and worked with the manager named Tracy and she helped me fix my lens that fell out of my frame. She asked me when my last eye exam was, I frankly couldnt remember! I told her I think I am due! She offered a few times during the week, I didnt have my planner with me so she handed me her business card. Another person walked in and she excused herself to help them and told me if I had questions I could ask her or her associate Holly. The associate walked over and asked me if she could assist me, and I told her I just was there for the repair. She offered a few frames off of the board and asked me to try them on just for fun. I was pleasantly surprised by how good she was at picking out frames that fit me so well. She then told me they accept insurance and asked if I had any. I told her no, and she told me that they were running a 50% off sale and it was 50% off everything. She explained the lenses and what would benefit me. She told me she suggests the thinner lens for everyone because it doesnt break, and that reflective coating would be good for me too. She was very knowledgeable about the lenses. She even demonstrated with a place mat on her desk explaining what each lens does and why it would be good for me. I came in for a quick fix and walked away knowing exactly where I will buy my next pair. I normally dont write reviews but I felt I should give credit to these girls. They went above and beyond and it was so refreshing. I appreciated the time and effort they put in. I had heard about this optical in the past from friends who went there. They told me the staff is the best, and I agree!

Take my kids to get their glasses here and they are affordable and friendly. They have the name brand frames at generic prices and are extremely fast if not the same day getting your glasses. Great optical store.

I feel violated ! I bought a pair of glasses at the Optical shop in Ionia Meijer and the lens Fogged-up after just a few months. When I took it back to the store the women that worked there was condensending and said i should have bought the long term protection. When i told her that the glasses were not broke by me, she tried to spin me. All I wanted was new lens.If anyone has any suggestions let me know.

Very disappointed with my glasses they fit poorly, scratched severely and the frames are horrible.

23 days to get new lenses in what a piece of crap company..... Never shop here!

I cant say that Ive used the optical shop, but they are always friendly to me whenever I walk by.
