What an amazing crew at this location. Im not technically savvy, so l needed plenty of assistance. John was extremely patient, knowlegeable, and courteous. He helped me decide what features were important to me, linked my cell to car, answered my non-stop questions,, etc. Tyler was also helpful. This is the only AT&T store l will shop at from now on. Thanks guys.
Jamie and Tyus were awesome!! Tyler was also super helpful. All of them are extremely knowledgeable, sociable, and attentive. If you have any problems with your phone at all, definitely go to this AT&T store. They know what they are doing and really care about helping the customer. By far the best experience I have had and I will come back here again whenever needed.

Just visited this East Meadow location for help with my daughter’s iPhone 11 as the Wantagh location was horrible and offered no customer service what so ever! The Sales Rep, Jamie Young was absolutely terrific! He was personable, friendly, and so helpful! He went out out of his way to help set up the phone even though I didn’t purchase it there, and the store was fairly busy. He helped my daughter pick out a case, applied a new screen protector and made sure we had everything we needed. I am very grateful and I hope AT&T recognizes what an asset Jamie is!

Visited this store today for first time and seemed to be pretty clean, organized and safe. Spoke to manager Marlon who assisted me and was professional and very knowledgeable at all times. Great experience and will definitely be coming back, would recommend this store for anyone looking for assistance.
Very professional environment and experience. Went there thinking the problem wasnt able to get solved ughhh and walked out with the problem solved and more. Marlon provided me with outstanding and professional support and was able to explain to me in detail my issues and fixed them to meet my needs. Happy that I changed carriers and have people like Marlon that made my change a great experience. Will be back for sure

I came into this store to upgrade my phone and had the pleasure of working directly w the manager. He was helpful, courteous and made sure I was in and out as fast as possible. I highly recommend this store!
If I could give a place 0 stars this would be it. The associates were unwilling to help me with a very simple issue. I came around closing time looking to activate my phone. (A process that takes less than 5 minutes). I was told that they couldnt access the account even when I offered multiple viable solutions. I even had the account owner on the phone for any verification reasons and was denied service. I was told to call customer service and so I did and was on hold for 30mins and the sales associate failed to tell me that they wouldnt pick up because the customer service department that I needed assistance from would probably be closed. Which I found out the hard way when after staying on hold I was disconnected. I wasted my time. I felt that they just didnt care. Anyone looking for help with anything AT&T related should go to the 388 East Meadow Avenue East Meadow, NY 11554. Those guys know what they are doing and are WILLING to help.
The employees were very helpful and got me what I needed in a decent amount of time.I went in for help with my new line and got a discount on a case I liked when I spent a curtain amount thanks!!!

I have been coming to this store since 2000. Some of the people there have moved on, but the quality of service has never changed. The new sales representatives are as excellent as the ones in the past. Im presently working with Indra, and she is ad as good as they come! She spent quality time with me and my son, figuring out the best possible options and plans. Thank you Indra, and thank you AT&T.

The service I get at this location has always been professional friendly and they are knowledgeable, the store manager is over looking her staff an giving them direction to benefit the patron, I know there’s cheaper phone service an peep switch all the time,, but for a few bucks more I know when I walk in there I’m leaving satisfied, I’ve been going there close to a decade an I’ve never been mismanaged, so thank you Esst Meadiw AT&T store staff, I appreciate you !!!
I forget the name of the lady who helped me but she was amazing! Unfortunately she said that the store itself or the employees weren’t getting such great ratings but I’ve only had good to great experiences. They know what they’re doing and they make sure you’re taken care of and let you know of all promotions going on...

Wouldn’t recommend this store. Staff always seem annoyed to help. Also they love to seem to rope people into early upgrade monthly fees without it being given as choices. Somehow also added att protect without agreeing to it. Also they will always try to sell you another line and claim some added benefit. My elderly father had 3 cell phones at one point. Be carefulUpdate: please stay away from this store. My father again went to upgrade his phone. I end up with another ghost line on my account and a 20 dollar monthly fee for ATT protect. Nobody cares to make any sort of fix on how they do business. If you do you use them check your bill immodestly to make sure fraudulent things were not added. Also this does not seem to be specific to this store. As I went to another one to upgrade my wife’s phone. Told them how upset I was with how an extra line was added. He seemed to show pity, but low and behold a 20 dollar att protect was added to her line with no mention of it.
We had a really great experience dealing with the customer service at this location, he knows his products very well, he explained everything to us. He was very professional, polite, quite impressive! We will definitely recommend this store to our friends and co-workers!

Thursday I went to pay my bill and I was having a conversation with the sales clerk about the offers they have I told I have to call my daughter about it as I reach in my pocket to get my phone I realize I didn’t have the phoneJust imagine in a split second I realize I lost the phone he never hesitated to assist me there and then he introduced me to a plan where by I will get a new phone so I can download my Uber app to get the info we did and he called the driver and told him about the phone and he lied and say he didn’t see the phone when he called the phone within that short space of time the phone were turned offI want to give that sales clerk a big thank you for the quick thinking and the ability to assist me in getting a new phoneHe did it because he experienced the same problem so he knew how I felt god is good and may he be blessed each day
Sign said it was open tomorrow and wasn’t clear on if I need and appointment. Knocked on the door to get confirmation and the lady was rude and didn’t even try to help me. Will not be going there ever again. They obviously don’t care about their customers.

The absolute worst AT&T store! The manager is arrogant and rude. Everytime Ive gone in there, hes sitting on his phone, not involved in anything going on. Yesterday is the last time Ill ever go in there. BTW.. Last few times I was there, the store was empty.. and youll STILL wait 15 minutes.
This store is the worst corporate stores I have been to. People here are rude and they dont care about you. Westbury location is a lot better.

Terrible experience. Only 1 worker helping (somewhat) customers, while 2 other employees stayed in the back their final half hour of work. One of the WORST examples of customer service I have ever witnessed. AT&T should be ashamed to employee people of this ilk.
Worst Place Ever!!!!! The store Manager was very unprofessional and didn’t try to make an attempt to assist me with my issues instead he’s telling me everything he didn’t do because I wasn’t purchasing anything from the store. He totally walked away from me and went in front of his store to be on his phone and to smoke a cigarette. Don’t Go There if you need assistance Store Manger is No Help!!!!!
