I have been going to TCC Cellular in East Meadow for quite some time and I have always been provided with excellent customer service especially by Sham. He’s a nice young man with great personal skills and outstanding customer service. He is very knowledgeable and eager to provide the best deals that fit my needs. Very conscientious and honest. One of the best verizon stores in the area. Loved their knowledge and how truthful they were, went to other stores in the past, all we got was run around and lies. Here in east meadow you will get right answers and actual facts, and also some good laughs. Navi took care of everything, bought a phone, tablet and ipad and he made everything look so easy and smooth. We will be back again for sure. Good luck

Walked to Verizon and met Moe I was down and depressed and had a really bad day where Moe found not only just patient with senior citizen and had passion and able to calm me down and depressed and helped me with my old phone. I had no plans on getting a new phone but Moe showed me that a new phone is important and I wish Verizon can hire more Moes. so they wont have any competition with other phone stores. I will bring my husband and sister to come in to change there phones. thank you so much MOE

This store has great employees that are very helpful and explain every details. Navi is great and answered all of my questions on my new Iphone 12 and made the transition very easy. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking to switch over to Verizon and if you just need to upgrade your phone.

I had a terrible experience with this office, when i got connection and phones from this retailer they asked me for 350$ for tax and security deposit which was supposed to be refundable (200$) but after an year when i came back to the office they told me one of their guy was a fraud who took all that money and now they were not able to reach him. SO TAKE EXTRA CARE AND ASK FOR ALL RECEIPTS.

Today was a good day came to the East meadows store with my wife to see what is going on with our plan. We were greeted by a gentlemen name Franck who took great care of us. He got us two new phones and a tablet. He was a true gentlemen and so so polite. We love you Franck and thank you for taking care of us. We will see you soon.

These guys are the best!! I came in with a smashed phone as I had accidentally ran it over.. my contacts were gone, I run a business from my phone! My pictures were gone, documents.. you name it, it was gone! Like a Godsend I found Verizon in East Meadow on Hempstead Turnpike. Sam and Manny are the best!!! They got my phone replaced, contacts restored, all my pictures and documents.. I am completely satisfied and HIGHLY recommend this store if you need help with anything Verizon! Thanks Sam and Manny!

Worse location last time I came to this store I waited about an hour and was not acknowledged. NOW I come back and they don’t have SIM cards I don’t understand how your a store and you can’t assist customers I am getting really disappointed in Verizon and their customer service.

We have made this our go-to store. No matter what the issue is, the reps are Always very helpful. We have dealt with Franck on numerous occasions & will continue to do so. He is knowledgeable, personable and always does all he can to resolve our issues.

The only guys to actually help me after the storm. Was on ATT/Optimum and both services were down and no customer service whatsoever. All neighbors with Verizon had service. One phone call to Cellular City in East Meadow was all it took to get real help. Went to the store, was helped right away, switched my iPhone to Verizon’s 5G network, and arranged to have house Internet, TV and wireless moved to FIOS. Because of COVID I could not hug Navi and Umberto considered themselves hugged!

I came into the store not knowing much at all about my plan and my phone, and within 15 minutes Franck explain everything and even gave me a brand new phone. He was a complete gentlemen and very knowledgeable his work. I am sending my whole family to this store and to him. I love this store and will be back soon.

Soho is the person that help me get CA New phone for my wife. I need an iPhone with 128Gb and he suggested the iPhone SE. the price was half the iPhone 12 and he transferred all the data.

I came to the store with a broken phone and freaking out that i lost all my information. Franck calm me down and help me out big time. He got me a new phone at a very low price and also took time out to not only set up my phone but also bring back my information that i taught i lost. I am blown away to say the least. I have been a verizon customer for years and this is the first time that i have ever had such a great experience at a store. We came in because we had a problem on my wife phone and we dealt with a young man by the name of Franck, now this is a true professional at what he does. Not only did he fix my wife phone, but he also persuaded us to upgrading both of our phones and even gave us a tablet. Job well done by Franck, no complains at all. We will be sending our friends and family to this store.

The salesmen at this location are always very helpful - day especially Franke and Sham. They are professional and knowledgeable; always available to their customers.

Top notch customer service!!!! i came in today with a broken phone and was so worried that i lost everything on my phone. but Francky calm me down and took it step by step with. Wonderful experience! Frank found the deal that would work best for me when I added a new phone to my account. He also took the time to get money from a prepaid phone credited to the changes to my account.

Very nicely run third party kind of store, God people willing to help. Just a nice store. Though they can be a bit pushy on the sales pitch, but thats a bit expected.

I stopped at Verizon at 1280 Broadhollow Rd, Farmihdale, NY. The female rep, Anna solved the phone problem in about 5 minutes. She was great and identified the issue quickly.I had stopped at my local Verizon store, Hempstead Tpke, East Meadow 2 times prior and neither rep was of any help in diagnosing the issue.

We just visited the East Meadow Verizon store. Navi helped us with a problem I had on my account.Navi was extremely helpful and patient in navigating what had happened with my phone. He spent 2 + hours on the phonr with Verizon. Eventually Navi found out what was wrong.I am thankful for his professional manner. I will return to East Meadow store because of Navi.There was another gentleman there ( I failed to get his name), hiwever, he to was helpful.I lost all of my contacts and pictures which is no fault of Navi or the other Gentleman.If there is anyway I can retrieve those I would be very thankful.Kudios to Verizon for employing great people to serve your customers.

I went to the store this morning to upgrade my phone and Franck was a complete gentlemen. Him and Navi help me out and made my time there enjoyable got me a phone and a free tablet

Complete Scam Artists. My wife went there for an upgrade shed told them that she forgot her I cloud password, so they told her no problem we can get your phone info into the new phone. they told her just leave your old phone with us and we will take care of it for you, when she went to pick up the phone, they said that the new phone was all set, when my wife asked for the old phone back he said why do you want the phone back it wasnt even working properly, she said I dont have to trade the new phone because its fully paid,before he returned the phone he went in the back of the store to get her the phone back, when he came back he gave her a completely destroyed phone, and he said I told you your phone is broken so I had to break it to get the info, it looks like he he hit the phone with a hammer on purpose, he did that because he wanted to keep the phone, I reported these people to Verizon they told me that they will investigate this store. I came back furious and made them repair the phone. If wasnt for me these scam artists was going to take advantage of my wife. he gave her an attitude the entire time like he was doing a favor, when I showed up to straighten things out he pretend it to be Mr. Nice guy. Please do not go to this store. Use a verizon certified dealer, after speaking with verizon I found out that there not.

I would reccomend going to the Verizon store in Levittown instead. Went in here to switch from sprint to Verizon with my UNLOCKED iPhone 7plus and was told by not one, but two employees in this store that it wouldn’t work. They are clearly very misinformed in this store. Had not a single problem bringing my iPhone to Verizon at the LEVITTOWN location. They wanted me to buy a new phone - wasn’t happening. Thanks anyway tho ! SKIP THE EAST MEADOW LOCATION !!!
