They need to hire some brighter people at this store. They were not helpful at all. Worst customer service.

Great staff, very helpful with setting up my new phone. Knowledgeable people with great experience. Would give a 5 except they should consider playing family/kid friendly music. Had to listen to 50 cent cursing while waiting. Thankfully I did not have family or kids with me.

Came the the east meadow location. Brought my own equipment and wanted everything installed with the stock look and use of my trunk. Every one I dealt with was extremely professional and the crew stayed late to get me finished in one day. My system works flawlessly. Installation was very imaginative and clever. Clean, solid, and tight.

So completely disappointed and frustrated. Was told one thing in the store and after months of trying to get my rebate based on the information I was given, I’m being told by T-Mobile that I might not be entitled to the rebate and if I am, that I will not get the full amount because the account was setup wrong and that I was a given a credit towards the device they said I needed, rather than the full amount to cover my device that I surrendered from another carrier, which was the whole reason I transferred my service in the first place. In my opinion go somewhere that knows what they are talking about and care enough to give the right information on promotions they are offering and that they set you up correctly. Not here!!!!

I love going to this store for any problems I have or if I wanna purchase something new! Very helpful staff! They know what they are doing. I am sending all my known ones to this location only. They explain what’s better for us and why it’s useful. The manager there Rafia S is the best!!!! And also I love “t-mobile Tuesday’s”.

Today I went to this T-Mobile because a google update would not update to my phone. Sid was amazing. He spent so much time with me and my husband. He was able to correct the problem. The last time we came in for an issue we had Sid too. If you go to this store ask for Sid. He is knowledgeable, smart, friendly and has the patience of a saint.

Went to this store for the first time two days ago and everyone was so welcoming and ready to help. I had a problem with my iphone’s screen freezing and and my T-Mobile account. They were knowledgeable with my situation and explained everything to me. They weren’t in rush and seemed like they actually cared which is a big plus. So happy I came here. Definitely coming back again!

Time and time again, Ive had a difficult experience with this store. Bad customer service and no efficiency. Everytime we want to redeem any t mobile Tuesday giveaways, they never have it. The manager and the staff are very rude as well.

Poor customer service, looks like they dread being there. I have my business account with T-Mobile average $500-600 monthly, spend about $2,000 yearly replacement phones, went in for a screen shield or case replacement was told try another store. Looked like she couldn’t be bothered.

VERY helpful!!! Rather than immediately trying to UPsell me (unlike other other locations that I wont mention....Hicksville!!!) they listened and actually found the solution to the problem with my current device!! This is my new T-mobile store and when its time to replace my device this is where Im going!!!!!

Everytime I go to redeem any T-Mobile gifts from T-Mobile Tuesdays, i never get anything. Today on Setember 1st 2020 I called the store and they said they had the free masks. Two minutes later I get to the store and they say that they are out of masks.

There is not 1 positive thing about this poor Rx use of a retail store .Apparantky the 2 clowns named Mirismanx Rsfis ( poor excuse for customer service, dont even cover the rude, cursing, disrespectful manner in which they treated my daughter and myself. Bought a brand new iPhone 8 May 23rd and had to fight everything step if the wY to get my refund, which I didnt get until June 16th . They not only spoke in Pakistani but refused to let me even speak to the Districr Mgr.. Icicing on the cake is when Rafia screamed The F word to me several times a d room me repeatedly. To shut up in front of other customers,. Also both Miriam and Rafia flat out refused to help me if I didnt stop asking GH what the issue was FYI ; Better Business Burea is investigating this,, and I have video if them both which may be posted if my lawyer dont see these girls terminatedShame on TMibike as Nd remember Rafia, and Miirism you were on camera!

Very unprofessional staff and very rude manger Rafia saha also dont know how to deal with customers I did warranty exchange my phone without getting my phone rep charged money but phone is not working he said come back in 2 days pick up your phone without any charges but he charged me twice and deleted my all SMS also never going to recommend to this store west of time
