The Pharmasist is awesome. His lead tech is the most unfriendly person ive met.

Covid testing was a joke! I had two coworkers who went to, two other CVS locations and they were in and out in 25 mins or less! I scheduled an appt and waited for almost 2 hours! Ridiculous! Make a better system because clearly what you are doing is FAILING!

Online hours need to be changed went all the way down there for them to be closed. Online says 9 and door hours say 8. Ran into a lady and her niece they came all the way from peoria for them to be closed.

Terrible customer service. Pharmacy has short, odd hours and its never staffed adequately. Ive waited at the pharmacy counter for 10 minutes before just to buy zyrtek while the single pharmacist did drive-thru and phone, all the time ignoring me. At the front counter they just installed self checkouts and its obvious employees would rather you use those than check you out themselves. The other CVS in town is much better, as is the Walgreens. Just too easy to go down the street than put up with this dying location. Even if you get caught behind a train youll still save time going somewhere else.

I wrote a review 3 years ago that has been view 3000 times. well im back cause i still feel the same. My sons meds get changed alot and these pharmacist and techs help alot if they dont have they will call and find you some or call doc and insurance to figure out problem. i have recently been diagnose with type 2 and i was buying the needles and test strips they where first ones to tell me insurance can help you pay. As a single mom this helped alot to save money. thank you (Anthony) cvs farmdale in E.P. and (Jennifer)cvs in side E.P. target.

Came in to grab a few things the manger Jeff was at register checking people out and he was not thrilled that I asked for him to look up an item in stock at other stores. Won’t be shopping this location again.

There is a lady name Ret that works there stay away from her. I wanted to know why my coupon did not work and she accused me of stealing a coupon when I clearly printed out my coupon from the machine and used that same number I did at the coupon center. She is so rude just ask for a store manager if you have an issues like I did.
