Went to use the womens restroom. One stall was occupied, the other two had no toilet paper, one of which had a womens sanitary pad floating in it. Went to ask the cashier if there was toilet paper that I could take to the restroom and was advised there was some in the last stall (so obviously she had known about it previously). There were no other customers in the building at that time. Could not believe the pure laziness....not to mention the restroom was absolutely disgusting. Wish there was a less than one star option.....

This used to be nice station, stopped in every morning on my way work. Then they changed owners, the place is straight garbage now. The place is always dirty, the employees are rude and act like they dont care and their fountain sodas are always out. Stopped in this morning and they were out of 10 out of 16. A couple of them have been out for over 4 months. It will probably be a long time before I stop again.

Whoever is working here right now (May 12th, 2021 10:24am) is absolutely worthless.

Never have soap for the restroom. This is not the only place they have. The restrooms are not cleaned. I wonder how they live at home. The health department would close down a restaurant. Why not the gas station??

Large gas station with plenty of pumps, right across the street from the Paradise. Sells beer, and has a decent selection. A good mini-mart is available as well. They also sell hot dogs and heat lamp fare, as well as coffee etc. Decent place, usually decent prices, not far off the interstate in East Peoria. Watch your speed there, the EP Police like to take radar there as it is a 4 lane highway but the speed limit is 45.

Pumped gas, went in to write a check (my preferred payment method at gas stations I’m not familiar with due to card number theft issues at gas stations) and was told they don’t accept checks. I asked where that was posted anywhere so I would have known before pumping gas, they said “Nowhere, but people pay with a card here.” Made nonsense, but whatever. They were so pushy about me using a card, I just paid cash.Asked for a pack of cigarettes and pulled up a mobile coupon from Marlboro created for that specific gas station, included the name and address. They said they wouldn’t take it, had to be a paper coupon. I pointed out that it was a manufacturer coupon with their specific store info, still refused. Very rude, it’s convenient when we visit the casino - but from now on I’ll drive down the road to the Circle K.

This is absolutely the worst place of employment. The employees talk about customers and make fun of them as they leave. There is mold in the ice machine. Coffee is never made fresh. Customer service is terrible from everyone there. Employees curse in front of customers and sometimes even to them. The people that work there are very lazy and none of your personal business is private. The manager, Andre, is very lazy. Every time I went to him with a problem or a concern he let me know with his body language that he did not care what I had to say. At the end of my employment there, I was asked to pay for a fuel drive off in the amount of $143.93, although I signed nothing stating I would be paying for something someone else stole. Even though this is claimed to be a policy by the company! The paperwork (which I still have in my possession) was stapled to my time sheet (for all the employees to see as well), containing photos of the drive off...the license plates, the men walking inside, and the amount I owed the gas station. I called the East Peoria Police Department and they handled it professionally and promptly. However, the next time I saw my manager, Andre, I got an extremely inappropriate lecture (customers could hear him screaming at me from his office to the point that a fellow employee had to close the door!) because it is a credibility issue to the gas station to involve the police. And that if I had a drive off happen on my shift again, my hours would be cut to pay for it. He is a terrible manager. They are terrible employees. So needless to say, I found another job ASAP and am now very happy. But I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will be going out of my way to go to another gas station in the future. If I could give this anything less than one star I certainly would.

Really gone down hill since the new owners took over. Time to switch it up.

Across from the casino, this 24 hour gas station caters to the late night crowd, with plenty of caffeine and alcohol. Cheap prices to boot.
