Every time I come to this store the service is awful. Waiting in line to cash out there were two staff members working the register. One stayed long enough to help another employee and then decided it was more important to sweep the floor than check out the next person in line. Your priority should be the customers, and in this store it never is. I recommend another location or Sephora.

First time in the salon. Madison did a great job and made sure I knew everything she was doing ( products, step in the process). I got a touch up relaxer, conditioning treatment, and fabulous haircut. The whole process exceeded my expectations!

Arrived early for an eyebrow appointment that was booked three weeks ago using Ulta app. Waxer wasnt yet at store. Shopped while I waited. Waited for almost 40 minutes to be told by the manager that the app somehow gliched and allowed me to book a 10 am appointment when the first appointment should have been 1030. The 1030 appointment had already arrived by this time. Options given by the manager were to wait until they could squeeze me in later today or reschedule to a different day. I opted to take my business elsewhere and put back the merchandise I was going to purchase. Worst customer service ever. Very disappointing. Ulta in Peoria is definitely way better, wish they had a waxer on staff.

Callie B in the East Peoria store is a hugely talented professional hair stylist. She really understands, and has experience with, a variety of techniques to cut hair. She is knowledgeable of products for various hair types as well. I highly recommend her to all and for all ages.

I was in a crunch for time, called the store and Ms Jordan assisted me. Told her my situation and said I would be by in a cpl hrs but was in a rush. Ms Jordan had several products waiting for me when I arrived for me to try. Fantastic customer service and very knowledgeable of the products. Thanks a bunch!

Jess M. In the salon at Ulta East Peoria is AMAZING! I went to her after losing my stylist of 10+ years. She is fantastic and the only other stylist Ive found who can work this magic on my curly hair. I highly recommend her for color, cuts, mens cuts, and styling.

For the second time in row - I got a call saying my salon apt had to be cancelled (not rescheduled) because of a stylist having to leave early, unexpectedly. I’ve never chose a stylist, but always selected “any” so why and how does this keep happening? And forget about talking to the manager of that store, she is part of the problem. Hoping for better service at the Peoria location!!

Great staff. A clean store. Many options of different products too. Much better than the Peoria store in my opinion (selection wise and cleanliness). The staff is good at both. Here they are helpful and not annoying. Always stocked and they check everything for me!

Everyone is super friendly and helpful at Ulta in East Peoria. If you ever need help or have questions about anything, they are there for you. Landon at the Salon is the absolute best! He does such a great job on my hair each and every time I go to him and will not go to anyone else for my hair anymore. He takes his time with you and ensures that the end result is exactly what you wanted. Honestly the best person I have ever been too!

I am a long time Peoria resident and would always visit the Ulta located in the Westlake Shopping Center, but after an absolutely amazing experience with beauty expert Jacob Sanders at the East Peoria location Ill always make the extra twenty minute drive to have any of my beauty-related needs met. Right when I walked through the doors I was met with a kind smile and was helped all the way until I left. Not to mention, the skin care routine he helped me pick out was tailored right to my skin concerns and is making me feel and look more confident than ever!

I love this place. Employees are so pleasent and so helpful.

Sama was hands down AMAZING! I’ve been here a few times but she greeted me as soon as I entered and helped me with everything. She was honest about products that she liked and disliked and I loved that. She wasn’t trying to sell me on anything and just truly helped me in the nicest way possible!

Landon has been my hair stylist for almost 5 years. He was recently promoted to Salon Manager for good reason. He is passionate about his craft, and truly cares about providing a world-class experience for his customers. I also recently became a repeat customer of Pamela from the Benefit Brow Bar. She is the brow specialist I have been searching for! She makes me feel like a million bucks with the perfect brow shape for my face.

I was a vegetarian for three years and during that experience, my hair began to fall out due to my inability to supplement. I was referred to Ulta’s Salon by one of my friends and eventually fell into Landon’s chair. Ever since that day, he has put my hair’s health and integrity first, and has proved he’s beyond talented. I can tell the other stylists share the same drive and level of professionalism which creates a very fun and artistic atmosphere filled with passion and talent. Thank you Ulta and Landon for restoring my confidence and hair’s health.

Service was amazing. They promptly noticed when I seemed to be looking for something and asked if they could help. Amazing deals and love their rewards program. Store is well-kept and stays fully stocked.

I had a great time at ulta! I went in for social occasion make up with Madison, trial run for my wedding day make up! She was spectacular! I was very impressed and got tons of compliments on her work! I would highly recommend her!

Store employees never check their inventory to see if they have new product. I have been to the store numerous times to buy something for my wife, that she asked me to purchase. On all occasions I was told they did not carry or have the product but online it says they do. The employees tell me that the online inventory isn’t always correct but I find that hard to believe. I think they are most likely just lazy and don’t want to go look for it. Even ULTA’s customer service said if it says they have it online then they have it in store especially if it’s an ULTA exclusive product.UPDATE...Called ULTA about a product I was told earlier in the day that they didn’t have and was told they did have it and its display was set up. Just proves that the morning crew are unaware of their inventory and were too lazy to go look. Anyway I was able to purchase the product for my wife and now she’s happy to have the makeup she wanted but we are both unhappy with the service.

I have visited this location a number of times for salon services and to purchase products. The people in the salon are very talented and knowledgeable and everyone is friendly and helpful. Its always clean and organized.

The Salon at Ulta in East Peoria has an awesome team of skilled professionals. I have been a customer since the salon opened and have only had great hair since then! Highly recommend!!

I came here for the hairsalon as i will follow Andrea Hughes to the ends of this earth to do my hair 😂 But the rest of the staff is friendly and I am impressed by their selection and the salon its self is very modern and offeres wonderful products. Worth the extra cost for the service you receive!

I absolutely love what Landon does; first and foremost he listens like honestly listens to what you are wanting; secondly he is honest not just about if this is a good cut or color but also the length of time (I went from 3 un-kept colors to a very light blonde) it will take to achieve the look you are wanting and last but not least he is very precise and attentive... While you are in his chair you get his undivided attention!!! For me Landon is by far one of the best hairstylist and as far as I am concerned the best stylist in the area!!!

Tressa and Britney did a TERRIBLE job on both me and my sisters makeup. I asked Tressa to give me the Formal look and they both couldn’t even deliver in that but the made us pay $60 for total BS. My sister face was PALE and I literally looked like a clown. We had a wedding to go to that night where we were the hostess and we had to have another MUA come and and take off all the ugly makeup that they did to get us looking right for the pictures. Terrible work. Do better Tressa & Britney.

Quicker than I’m used to, which is good or bad depending on your perspective. Technically, absolutely no complaints from me or my friend.

The store is chaos, no sort of organization to it whatsoever. Clutter all over, messy disorganized shelves. But the staff cant be bothered to help customers, so I assume the same goes for store upkeep. Was in the store for over 30 minutes trying to find an item, trying products with the intent to make a few purchase, and a sales associate walked past and said hi and kept on walking. No other employees even aknowledged me the entire time I was there, let alone asked if I needed help, several employees were standing at the front registers gossiping amongst themselves, not helping any customers or even looking up or coming from behind the registers. Corporate should probably think about coming in to clean house, because the service and store appearance was horrific. I definitely will not step foot in there again, I will stick to the Peoria location where the service has always been excellent and the store isnt a mess.

Landon does a great job with my hair and helped to get it healthy after chemo therapy. I highly recommend him!

I shopped at ulta for the first time for a flat iron. No one helped so I ended up buying a piece of crap that I had to return and again no one asked if I needed help. If it wasnt for me contacting my OWN hair stylist I wouldnt know what I should be buying. Thank you ulta and the girls with the pixie cuts at checkout for being absolutely useless. Ur very pretty but maybe should find a different job.

I went in for a correction service and Madison, my hair stylist, spent so much time making sure to fix my hair properly, explain everything to me, gave me pricing up front WHICH I LOVE, and was so friendly and attentive the whole time. I already made an appt to go back!

I went to ulta to get my hair and makeuo done for the Marine Corps Birthday Ball. Maddison was my stylist and she did such an amazing job! I had a formal updo for my hair and a nude smokey eye with lashes for my makeup. She has a really funny and sweet personality and I highly reccomend her as a stylist😊

This was my first time using the services offered by the Salon in Ulta. Also, this was my first SHORT haircut. I had no idea what style I wanted after searching thousands of magazines and websites. Ayana, the stylist, spoke to me about options and explained the recommended cut to me. Nervous..but ready to get rid off my long thick hair...I told her to go for it. She did an amazing job! Left it longer in the front so I could ease into the shorter style... And short in the back for these hot summer days. I was flooded with compliments when I went to work the next day.... Also, the time it takes me to get ready is much shorter - less blow drying time! Ayana is amazing... She is very professional and talented. I scheduled my next appointment with her and look forward to her working her magic, again. Thank you, Ayana!

Ive been here a few times and each time i get no help. Feel that if you dont look like you should be there the employees just ignore you. Had three employees walking around me not once did they offer to help. Dont worry ulta i will not be back.
