After going to multiple furniture stores to find a new sectional, I stopped in Value City and found exactly what I was looking for at a great price! The sales woman Linda was amazing and very accommodating. I highly recommend her and this store.

A quick and easy transaction. Linda was pleasant and knowledgable, and she had my order entered in a flash. Got to meet Steve, the store manager, yet another very pleasant experience. To complete the triple play the cashier was very nice as well as efficient, and I was done and on my way very quickly. Highly recommend!

Linda Doran, was extremely helpful employee. She explained all the mattresses in detail. Loved her personality she wasnt pushy but attentive. The store had quite a few different varieties of mattresses and bed sets wonderful place to shop.

Images included. Bottom line. Value City doesn’t seem to understand that it’s unethical to expect a customer to purchase a poorly manufactured couch for 1,300 dollars and be satisfied. Didn’t get what we paid for and value city is unconcerned with why that’s an issue. I have never written a review for anything in my life. Wish I could give no stars.They sent us a sectional that wasn’t put together correctly. The trampoline on the inside was being held up with TWO STAPLES. Another piece of the frame wasn’t even slid into the correct spot so it caved in on that side. All that was said is that they would keep sending technicians until it met manufacturing standards. About to have a fourth technician come in to work on it, but it looks like my wife and I need to purchase a new couch. They took no responsibility and wouldn’t hold the manufacture accountable. I got injured while moving a piece because there was a protruding sharp object sticking out of it. Anytime I brought that up a person of the phone wouldn’t respond or just changed the subject. Minor injury but was completely avoidable. Only got this couch in April. Very unethical service procedures after purchase. Don’t go to value city unless you want to take the risk of going through a similar experience.

While our salesperson was very nice, the sofa we ordered literally never came. Buyer beware. Ordered Labor Day weekend, was supposed to be delivered by mid-October. Never received a call that the date was being moved. Called to set up the delivery time and were told that now we would not receive the sofa until the end of November. After some arguing, they advised us that the sofa would arrive in pieces over the first week of November and that we could have it delivered November 18th. Called today to set up a time for delivery tomorrow and now they are saying all of the dates they have given us in the past are “tentative” delivery dates and that the sofa is not in. Again no fault of our salesperson, who was super helpful and frustrated for us. However, only order a sofa from here if you want them to take your money and literally never get a sofa.

My wife and I highly recommend Value City to my son. He ended up buying over $6,000 dollars worth of furniture at Value City for his new place. Almost 5 weeks later he still hasnt received most of his furniture and is getting a total run around. Also the furniture he received has some issues. My wife and I will NEVER step foot in this store AGAIN!!!

I had a wonderful experience in ordering my mattress at this location. I had a pretty good idea on a few mattresses that I was leaning towards, however I hadn’t gotten a chance to “try” out any of these mattresses and I was apprehensive. Luckily, Sally helped me from the beginning to the very end (even after delivery). She was excellent, patient, and went over and beyond in making sure that all of my needs were met. She tested me out for the type of mattress that would suit my body, and with that I was able to find the mattress of my dreams! Sally truly made the experience special and pleasant. Please refer to Sally, you won’t regret it!

Shopping at Value City Furniture was an exciting experience. I did a window shopping and went back couple of weeks later. On both occasions, Pam was excellent and extremely helpful answering all the questions I had and gave me a better understanding of the options I had. My roommate and I entered this place looking for a couch and with the help of Sally had found the perfect one literally 5 minutes later. I dont think anything in my life has ever been that easy. Super friendly and helpful people, good prices, and so far it seems good quality. They offer insurance on your purchase which is good for 5 years, and the cost of it can be applied to a new purchase at the end of that period if it goes unused! They offer free shipping and delivery, and are even bringing the couch to our second floor apartment! We had a great experience overall!

I was out looking for a kitchen set many places prior, when I received a phone call with terrible news I was very depressed I was giving up on looking for kitchen set when my friend suggested we go to Value City Furniture and I’m very glad we did, when I walked in the door I was welcomed by a woman name Juanita she had a very kind smile and a very warm way about her, I knew this woman was special she could see I was very upset about something. Very unhappy with my experience. I went here the Wednesday before Labor Day and bought a couch. Was told that it was not in the warehouse but scheduled to come 9/7-9-8. But the sales person told me she would call a few more stores to see if that had it to come sooner and would let me know. Never let me know. Then I had to call to find out my eta for getting couch. Waited for a call back that never happened so called my self again. Finally was told it was scheduled to come in 9-7 but cant be delivered till 9-10. I was furious I wasnt told this. Then I got a call 9-8 telling me all trucks are full and I need to wait till 9-13. Two weeks for a basic couch?? If you are going to have Labor Day sales, anticipate higher sales and plan for more delivery trucks. Going elsewhere next time for sure.

I came into this store needing an accent chair, fell in love with one only to find out its been back ordered and I really didnt want to wait. Then came an angel named Gina and she found me an even better chair....that was also back ordered. However, she worked her magic and was able to get the manager to sell me the floor model! I was so surprised at the amazing customer service I received. If I ever need furniture again I will definitely be back!!

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS STORE FOR ANYTHING! I have had a nightmare of an experience on all levels except for the kind young ladies on the sales floor. Their back end with payments, scheduling etc is the worst i have ever experienced. There is no communication within the departments. I went here because i thought it would be great to keep it local and not shop online but what a mistake!!

My husband and I visited this store twice last week and thanks to Sally, we had a wonderful experience both times. I bought sofa and love seat recliner with power before my surgery so, I could be comfortable waiting out my recuperation.Twice the love seat was delivered and power didnt work,so now were waiting on third delivery.What upsets me most is the sales person Gina Maltese who I seen today at store didnt show The slightest bit of interest when I told her of the events.I felt like not my problem I got my commission .Store manger STEVE was much better only reason I gave two stars.

Do not buy furniture from this location we bought a couch we like we were sold a extra protection plan that if anything happens to the material it would be fixed we have so pulls in the arms sent them pictures and was to should read the fine print not covered I asked for the sales manager to return my call twice already I have not got a call back.
