Friendly and knowledgeable staff who definitely go above and beyond what Ive come to expect in terms of customer service. We did not have to wait long after reaching out for an appointment to be scheduled and have our hitch installed. A few months after having our hitch installed we were even able to reach out for assistance with modifying a bike rack to make it more stable. They are always ready to help and go the extra mile!

A pleasant experience. Scheduling on the phone was easy, the hitch installation was fast, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable and I was offered a bottle of cold water while I waited.

Awesome folks! Tried numerous places but no one could get me in on short notice. They were able to set me up with a two hour notice and still came in much lower than the lowest price elsewhere. Not only did they do a good job installing the hitch, but the wiring job looked like it was done at the factory when they were done. I couldnt believe how little time it took too. Fast! Theyll definitely be seeing me again!

Im very happy with the wiring harness that jc auto installed on my motor home. My bill ended up being $20 less then I was quoted before bringing it over, and they even changed a couple of blinker lights that were out. If you want to deal with somebody honest and fair, I recommend jc auto.

I just had them install a hitch mount and wiring on my 2015 Outlander. I am very pleased with the staff, price (half what the dealership wanted), and the outcome. They use local Curt hitchmounts also which is nice. Would recommend to anyone.
