I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Everyone was so nice. I was browsing at vehicles before the store was open and at 8:30 someone came into work and asked me if I needed help. I ended up test driving the car and loving it. I met a few different people that day to help me through the purchasing process. Since this was a brand new car with lots of features, I liked how I was shown how to work all of the options. I have purchased quite a few cars in my day and no one has ever done that! Everyone was extremely helpful and I will be going back for future oil changes and services. I was told that they want to treat their customers like family and I truly felt like that was case. Thank you everyone for the wonderful experience!

During an oil change I was told there was a seepage leak on right rear axle. The place doing the oil change didn’t charge me any money to tell me this. Nissan told me the same thing, charged me 132.00 for telling me what I all ready knew. Then stated it would cost 720.00 to fix. Another mechanic fixed the problem for 300.00. Nissan takes advantage of there inferior products to milk customers as much as possible for repairs.

I purchased a Frontier from A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP! This Nissan dealership didn’t care because they stood behind the Nissan name. They helped fix my truck. Called to make an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and over-all vehicle inspection. I was told I didnt need an appointment, to just come in. I was a little worried Id end up waiting longer if I did that but it turns out, everything went great. I was in and out of there is less than an hour, not much waiting at all. Stopped for scheduled maintenance. Made an appointment online and I was greeted by the service personnel while parking my car and arriving 15 minutes early. The entire area was very clean and great measures were being taken to protect everyone from COVID-19. The car checked out okay, but my cabin air filter badly needed replacing. I was shown the one being removed and its replacement was comparably priced with auto parts stores. I was also done 20 minutes earlier that anticipated. Great service and friendly staff! Its one of the reasons I keep coming back to Nissan and this dealership.

The service department is mis-leading. Diagnosed the truck with 1 repair necessary. I okd replacing to fix the truck. Then got a call back whoops. Now your brake booster tests bad too. Thatll be another $1500 to fix. Ahh No THANK-YOU. Why diagnose in the 1st place and charge diagnostic fees. So basically spent $450 and got the truck towed home to work on myself.

I think sometimes the ladies that man the desks when you come in for service really dont like their jobs and show it. I pretty much feel like Im interrupting their day - and this is not a one time perspective - they seem to have that attitude every time I bring the car in. The mechanics are AWESOME - so the 5 star rating is for them. They get repairs done quickly and have never had any complaints about their work. Love using the Eau Claire Nissan mechanics.

My 2019 Rogue had a recall for the rear view camera and they took care of it while I waited. The time was short and the work was as usual excellent. I am so glad I purchased my Rogue from Eau Claire Nissan and the longer I have my vehicle the more I enjoy driving it.

Im going to lump all 3 of my warranty services into this because I feel like they should have been taken care of when I brought my car in for the first or, at least, the second time I brought it in. Only fixing the issue I notice is unacceptable. Your mechanics had to have seen the other problems but yet they allowed me to have to bring it in 3 different times and pay the deductible 3 times. I definitely dont feel like they did anything near above and beyond. Only the bare minimum was done. Im glad I have the warranty but I still feel ripped off.

I had mistakenly taken my Nissan Altima through one of those quick drive through oil change place, and asked the attendant to reset the maintenance required pop-up reminder on the dash. Well, long story short, he totally screwed it up and another code was lighting up. He said, well, I guess youll have to take it to a Nissan dealer and get it straightened out. Yeah, well thanks. One of the Nissan dealers I called said to do it would be a minimum charge of $30, because they have to hook it up to a computer. Oh a whim, I pulled into Eau Claire Nissan and asked them about it. They graciously told me to pull it in their garage, worked on it a good 15 -20 minutes, and didnt charge me a dime. Needless to say, I was impressed with their smiles, their customer service, and willingness to help. I think I have found my new Nissan go to dealer. Thanks so much!!

At 93,000 miles with the original brakes, I felt it was time to have them inspected. I was told the rear were less than 50% used, that the front was ready for replacement, and the rotors were good. I appreciate your honest employees who didnt try to sell me what I didnt need. Ill definitely be back.

I took my Frontier here for service ever since returning to Wisconsin in 2015. I was pleased with the service at first when compared to what I experienced in Nevada. One thing I was uncomfortable with was being coached by the staff that it was important that they received the very highest ratings on the online satisfaction survey that I unfailingly received after each visit. I gave them the high marks I thought they deserved at first but then started to skip the survey when I thought the service was declining. We returned from a trip at the end of February and I was forced to use a booster pack to jumpstart the truck for the second time this winter. I had purchased the battery from the dealership and had opted for a more expensive one with maximum cold cranking amps for Wisconsin winters. The verdict was that the battery was bad and there was a $20 prorated fee to replace it. That seemed reasonable, but another $20 was required to install it. I was also told the truck might not start again if I shut it off. I refused to pay $20 for a 5 minute job to replace a defective product, but the service agent said there was nothing she could do because her manager was out for the day. The manager called me back the next day to tell me there was nothing he could do about the prorated fee but he could negotiate the installation fee, and that hed instructed the agent she could do so in the future. I had things to do that day so I had already purchased another battery elsewhere. I had told the original service rep that I was quite dissatisfied and would reflect my dissatisfaction on the online survey. Interestingly, this was the only time the survey was not sent to me.

The dealer did not fix the problem the first time we brought in our car and when we had to bring it back, charged us again for something that I think should have been fixed the first time. If they had taken a five minute test drive they would have seen the problem wasnt fixed.

I toook my nissan to have it checked out they founf the problem but i bought it somewere else so i took it to them and theyy covered the transmission warrenty them selves plus a loaner or other wise i would have had to pay 5,000 dollars for a transmission.

I dislike the no appointment oil changes. This is a great concept if you were actually able to get in and out, but I have sat for 2 hours. This last time I was told 30-45 mins to get me in and was out about 30 mins after that. Seems acceptable with the forewarning. But the time before I was told the same and was there for a total of 2 hours. Not knowing how long it will take is a waste of time. I may look for another place for simple oil changes.

My transmission failed in my truck. They covered it under warranty and set me up with a loaner vehicle. All in all it went well, but calling for any updates seemed like only one person could check the status of my vehicle so a few times it was difficult to get a status update from anyone, something I thought about anyone should have been able to read in the computer work ticket details. Overall the work performed turned out good and they were pleasant people to work with.

They may get you in quickly but something in lost in being proud of the quality of work. We had a dead mouse in the fan area and they didnt seem to care that the mouse was still there. The stench was terrible. My husband had to take apart glove box, etc. To find it and remove it. Workers at this Nissan dealer didnt want to be bothered. Kinda sad. My last 4 vehicles were Nissans maybe next vehicle will be a Subaru.

This is not the first time I have had troubles with this car service place. The first time was when I first bought my car and the muffler fell off a week after I got it. I took it in to get it fixed and have had nothing but troubles with it since they fixed it. Second time took it in for a coils recall. They screwed with my sensors and then proceeded to tell me it would cost me $300 bucks for something they screwed up. I got it looked at by a different place and they called them and told them it was their fault. They did nothing. This time I go in for a air bag recall. They tell me my exhaust system is broken. Ok fine yes I knew it had a issue and I know exactly what it was because we were in the process of getting a new manifold for it. My boyfriend looked at it the night before taking it in. It was all in tact. I drive off and the car is LOUD like really loud. It even had a sound that it didnt have before I went in. I know this for a fact. I get it home and my bf crawls under it they completely pulled it apart the exhaust. All because I told them no to them fixing it. So they break it. There is no reason they needed to even be touching it for one. One time fine, second time well I will let it slide but seriously a third time. What is wrong with this company. I went in for a recall thats it. I have never had good luck with them and I will never recommend them to anyone. Hands down worst place in Eau Claire WI.

Took the day off and was promised to drop my vehicle off and get a rental. Given the run around and wasted a day with my vehicle not getting in for repair. Called multiple times as to an answer and was ignored. I finally left and recieved a call that my warranty was covered and again never scheduled to get me in. I ended up taking my vehicle back to Mn Nissan to be repaired and there was Zero problems. I never even recieved a call back to know the status of my warranty repair as the girl stated it was on them. Go elsewhere.
