Had to go in due to getting a recall notice for my Lancer. Hadnt been here since it was the Hummer dealer. (Hated to see it go due to being a Hummer owner/lover) Anyway, the employee that helped me at the desk was Nick. Incredibly nice guy and an awesome employee. They took care of my recall issue and programmed my key fob which hasnt worked since I got my car despite me not asking them to do it until last minute. After my car was done, which was faster than the estimated time by the way, he came and got me from the waiting room which is more of a waiting lounge with TV, comfortable chairs and couches, and complimentary drinks. He had printed out a report and showed me a couple other things on my car that they recommended I address. He in no way tried to push these repairs on me or tried to dramatize them, he just recommended I consider them at some time in the future. Overall, it was a great experience and it definitely started to change what I think about employees and mechanics at car dealerships and shops. Would definitely recommend taking your car here. Even though dealerships can be slightly more expensive, there honesty and lack of trying to get you to fix unimportant or non-existent issues will save you money. Thanks guys!! 👍👍👍👍👍

Their place is very nice across the various brands which they have. It was once a Saturn Store and they have really done well with it. As a long-term global person working with oems I know!
