Heard of this place many times and finally got the chance to try it. They have so many options to choose from and I loved how they offered so many gluten free dishes. You order at the counter first and then find a table to sit at, the prices are very decent for what you get. I got the crepes and I enjoyed how you could customize them anyway you want with a lot of toppings to choose from. I will definitely be going back again.

Manager was extremely disrespectful and disorganized. Messy uncleared tables and she harassed high school students who were quietly trying to enjoy there lunch.

Our favorite breakfast place to visit each time we come into Denver. We’re from the Kansas City area and will stop here each time! Drove over night and arrived in Denver at 7:30am, this was the first place we stopped at. Food is delicious and fresh!

Stopped in today before I went and hiked around Cherry Creek State Park, and I grabbed a Banh Mi sandwich with fries! It was amazing! The pork was juicy and the sauce was a flavor explosion! Definitely will be back again next week to try something else!

Pretty awful. I live 10min away from this place in bad traffic and ordered some delivery. Its was completely cold. Even my latte was cold. I didnt want to eat because I was afraid of how long it had been sitting out before it was brought to me. I ordered meat and eggs so I was horrified. I will deffinetly not be trying this place again for delivery. Maybe theyre just having a bad day but food safety should still be a priority.........idk

The tres leche french toast is amazing and so unique!!

The French Press is a local chain that serves excellent breakfast and good coffee. Easy parking. You wait in a quick line to place your order at the counter and they bring the food to you. Not pretentious. Not expensive. They used to have the best bacon you have ever tasted, but I just went post-pandemic and it was different. Hopefully, they will go back. I recommend the breakfast salad, the pistachio pancakes, the raspberry oatmeal pancakes and the tres leches French toast. Great for a delicious and affordable brunch with friends, unless your friends want alcohol. Not served here.

First off the staff was very kind and attentive the two women working the counter were knowledgeable about the gluten free offerings and what was not safe! I ordered the Bacon Breakfast burrito smothered in red chili. I was in awe at how big that puppy was! Super excited to have a real tasting tortilla!!! 10 outta 10 will recommend!

Been coming here for 4 years. Great food, great staff. The one qualm I have about it is that the WiFi is horrendous and its just not possible to have a productive business meeting here due to this. Everyone talks about it, but its never been fixed. Ive emailed the owner several times about it, as I spend a considerable amount of money here working almost daily and no response at all. I feel fairly neglected, but hopefully they will take care of it and I will amend this review. Other than that, this is the best lunch and breakfast menu around.

Good food at a great price. The staff is very friendly and everyone seems to be quite customer focused. My favorite thing on the menu is biscuits and gravy. I’m not a big coffee drinker but I’ve heard from friends that their coffee is good. There is plenty of room to sit and eat after ordering. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a yummy casual breakfast

Excellent food and service. The portions were just right and the food tasted amazing (the bacon was absolutely fantastic!!). They have local teas and good coffee too. The atmosphere is nice. I really enjoyed the art on the walls. It felt very hip and homey at the same time. Good vibes all around.

First time in here. I walked in and asked if they sold coffee. Cashier laughed and I explained that as someone who likes *actual coffee* that I had to ask. She fixed me something reminiscent of an Americano, and I was not** disappointed. Good job guys thanks for the great coffee!

This little restaurant has some delicious food that is prepared in fun, unique ways. They offer coffee, tea, and a variety of healthy breakfast and lunch options (some less healthy than others). I highly recommend trying this restaurant.

Coffee is just ok here, the other location in Aurora is way better and also the service and food were better at their other location. My mom who was visiting out of state found a hair in her food which was unacceptable. Usually love this place but Id rather drive further to their other location.

The French Press is a great local spot! The Portabella Pita was delicious, but the Tomato Basil Soup left something to be desired. Overall, though, the food here is very tasty and the service is great!!

We did take out & our breakfasts were good. Biscuits & gravy, All American. They even have turkey sausage (was very good). Portions are large! Also had a nice mixed fresh fruit bowl! Will go back

Just off the Main Street, abundant parking available. It’s quite spacious inside- we went in for brunch on a Wednesday in July. Ambiance was cozy, low sound. They have almost the whole menu on their chalkboard wall on left wall as you enter the place. It’s a little annoying to strain your neck to look up there and also kind of odd to stand in front of customers seated in front of you as well as behind. The wife and me asked for a menu from the cashier and joined the line to comfortable select items before ordering. We got the Bennie and the Crab Bennie- both delicious and filling. We love to try French Toasts at every brunch place- ordered the Almond Tres Leches one- make sure to ask them for a side order which is 3 stacks(they don’t have that option on their menu)Ordered a Latte and a Toffee nut Cappuccino- nothing exciting there. Wife ordered OJ- which was the bottled kind. That is something I was disappointed to see- maybe fresh squeezed PJ should be a staple to their menu.

Some of the best food in the area and the coffee is just as amazing. Great experience. For those who are reading this, you order first then sit down, please dont be the type of person who sits to save a table.I have the amazing deep fried waffle sandwich. Great breakfast/brunch spot. It was really busy but we didnt need to wait for a table which was nice. They have a ton (seriously- a LOT) of entree options, its a little pricey when you factor in any of the add-ons for most of the dishes (like omelets and crepes etc). I got the Turkey, Pear and Brie Croissant for $10 and it was pretty good, the pears could have been more tender but the flavor was really good. I would like to go back and try the Crouque Madame and report how that is...

The zucchini pistachio pancakes were good! Nice and fluffy, in a very zucchini bread in pancake form with a hint of pistachio. Unfortunately the coffee was sour, ham was dry, and their poached eggs were overdone. The replacement fried eggs over medium came out well though.The atmosphere was charming and the space bright and open. A bit unassuming on the outside but really nice inside.

Been going to The French Press for years (here and Aurora location). Every meal is fantastic and gourmet quality for a reasonable price.Our go-to meals for breakfast are the French toast (!!), corned beef hash, bennies, or the breakfast Sammy. Lunch is good too!

We have ordered brunch here a few times. I am so impressed with the food here and how they handle delivery. Today I had two poached eggs with my meal. Upon arrival they were still perfectly poached! Some places cant even poach in person. We have a new favorite

Im giving this place 5 starts because they make some good food. I only wished that they separated the bacon and eggs from the same container as their tres leches french toast. I was very excited to eat my cheesy eggs, but was suuuuper bummed when I found out they have been sitting in the stuff from the french toast. 😔

This is my favorite breakfast place in all of the states where I’ve lived! My favorite is the crab cakes Benedict and an extremely close second is the French toast with raspberry compote. I’m going to keep going back until I try everything on the menu.

Horrible experience I got refused to sit down in an empty restaurant. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are rude and horrible management. They refused to give me silverware. I was being calm and they refused to let me sit down and eat my meal. Absolutely horrible place!

Great place for breakfast

SO. GOOD. I stumbled across this place about a week and a half ago when I was on a lunch break trying to find something different. I looked at the menu before coming and was really excited about the veggie reuben so I came and thats what I got. Pleased to find they didnt skimp on portions, and on top of that the food is delish! Got some tomato soup and and fries also. It was so good I went to the Denver location to try the old school burrito. I got it with veggies and veggie red chili (first time seeing that here as everyone always has the green chili). Holy moly that thing is good. Again, no skimping on portions and the chili is boooomb!!! Im back (yes right now) for my fourth time and third burrito. Ive been craving it since day one. My new favorite place.

Eggs Benedict, perfect!! 😋 Coffee black was good, not too strong, no flavored creamers. Service was very good. Only issue, need more shade outside at least in the afternoon. I will be back.😉

Have been here a number of times either with family for breakfast or to meet business contacts for coffee. Each and every time has been a really solid experience. Coffee is good and the food even better. Staff is extremely friendly and provide great service. Definitely a place to visit on whatever journey you are on.

Food is good. Service was poor this time around. Ordered To Go while we waited in the restaurant due to lack of seating. Watched our order sit on the counter for 10+ minutes. When I inquired, staff said Oh we didnt know you were here.

I like this spot! They give high quality food, their menu is large, The chef in that spot is very experienced, I enjoy a lot trying all their food. The dishes are always fresh, the service towards the customers is friendly. I visit often this restaurant and I was never disappointed. I recommend it with no hesitation.

Great food and chill atmosphere

Want a SAFE place to get a bite to eat, good coffee and great local service? This is it. Ive been trying to support local businesses during this time, but found a lot of them lacking. Today I stopped in for some coffee and couldnt be more pleased. The server washed her hands before and after serving me, as did I, the other customers were adhering to a 6 ft distance and of course the coffee and food were great and served with a smile. THANK YOU!!!

Also, a table with extra face masks and hand sanitizer is near the entrance providing guests dining-in with more peace of mind.I had the avocado toast with a perfectly poached egg. The honey mustard balsamic complimented the not-too-bitter greens perfectly and the avocado serving was generous. Others in our group tried the All-American breakfast, Nutella & banana crepe and a build-your-own omelette—all portions were sizable and everything was delicious. There are plenty of breakfast options with something for everyone. The specialty French toasts like tres leches were tempting and definitely what I will try during my next visit.The specialty coffee and latte menu is extensive with unique flavor options like Butterbeer. The staff was very friendly and inviting. Already looking forward to coming back!

I recommend getting it smothered.It is said that the breakfast burrito is the most important burrito of the day, and The French Press is the place to get it. Food is great, you order at the counter so service is what is but I dont have to wait more than 10 minutes for my food to be delivered. Seasonal French toast is my favorite.

Didnt have lemon for the eggs Benedict... that makes the dish. Usually good but today was a bummer.

A fun thing about French Press is reading the menu even when you know what you want. My husband had a salad with plenty of fresh greens and fruit. He enjoyed the whole thing. I had a lox on a toasted bagel. It was open face with plenty of lox and capers. Very nice for both of us. Thanks!

The best breakfast/brunch place in all of Denver!! I could honestly never get tired of their food. Everything that Ive tried has been quite delicious. The service is outstanding, and I mean it when I say that. There is always seating no matter how busy it is because of how speedy and efficient the staff is when cleaning tables. The best part is that this place wont hurt your wallet either.

I have only ordered delivery from The French Press but their vegan biscuits and gravy actually cures my depression on a bad day 👍 if you are veggie and want something warm, comforting, and filling, this dish is to die for! I also love their espresso, very good

Delicious breakfast cooked quick, great unique and classic menu options. The coffee is amazing! And deserts and pastries and French bread and cinnamon rolls! Everything you could want. They have some tasty sounding sandwiches for lunch. But currently had only tried their breakfast so far.

The breakfast is amazing. Coffee is great too. I recommend the burritos and I wish I could eat 100k calories and not have it kill me because, I want 8 of the breakfast burritos.
