Another home run here. Service was excellent. The confections are fantastic here. Freshly made. The coffee was the star of the show. Been to many coffee houses across the US. Atmosphere is great for a non chain store. This one ranks high, almost as good as Lani Coffee in San Diego. Highly highly recommend.

Very nice coffee shop in the heart of the Water Street historic district. The coffee is delicious. When you order coffee to stay, they hand you a WARM cup and you can select from typically 4 brewed coffees. Simple breakfast menu. I just had the Hot Hog (egg, pepper jack cheese, and bacon on an everything bagel). Ice space inside, currently spread out. Some outside seating as well. Artwork on the walls is for sale.

I accidentally only took pics of the cool shop dog. They have lots of rad stuff. Any type of clothing you can think of and thinks youve never seen before. Vintage jewelery. Hats, belt buckles, a whole Harley section. Shoes and boots. Place is rad 😎

A top go-to spot on Water Street and in all of Eau Claire! Their 100% real fruit smoothies are so good (may I suggest the Aloha Pineapple🍍). The sandwiches will make you salivate as they are fantastic. It is also a great place to get work done and has a calming atmosphere. Their most recent remodel was gorgeous. 10/10 recommend!

Such a good EC staple! The staff was very nice and helped me customize a cold brew with some flavoring, it was delicious. I also always get the breakfast sandwich on a toasted croissant and I’m never disappointed. Enjoyed sitting outside and the quick service.

Ive tried their coffee, hot chocolate and most of their food. All of it has been amazing. I am a huge fan of some of their coffees especially the raspberry caramel drink. I usually just tell them to surprise me with the coffee flavor and I have yet to be disappointed! The service is always spectacular even when they are super busy.

I am very glad that the goat is back in its rightful place. I go here on the frequent and I love their campfire mocha. I also like their tea and their peppermint tea hits different in the winter. I also really like their warm peanut butter and jellies and it makes me feel less empty inside from getting a 67/100 on my exam. I want to fail another exam and come back here after and cry because they are very supportive and kind and good.

I really enjoyed the Blended Mocha coffee, and the Billy Goat sandwich. Great food, great aestehic, and it seemed like a place well sat for students to do work or get away and friends to hang out and relax!

Friendly staff and even better coffee. And if you dont know what to order, my go-to is the blended coffee (all the flavors rock but if you need a recommendation go with Hazelnut).

This is a great place to get your studying done or to just kick back and take a deep breathe on a Sunday morning. The workers here are all very friendly and the coffee, as expected, is great. They also have a small selection of bakery items and a fridge full of assorted beverages for non-coffee drinkers. Nice small local business.

Interesting decor. Coffee is nice, the servers are polite. Free Wifi. However parking is a problem. The cuisine is nice with a Mediterranean flavor including goat cheese. Portions are small however. Seems popular with school/college crowd. They are kid friendly with plenty of board games to choose from.

Atmosphere was nice. Hot chocolate tasted like Swiss Miss.

I conduct employee interviews here in a private conference room thats available to book. The staff are always so accommodating, friendly, and go out of their way to provide great service. Drinks are always just right, and the food is fresh and tasty!

Great service. Ive gone there a few times over the years. Their selection keeps getting better. If you dont like Theory, they have pretty good soy and almond milk products.

A fun and relaxed place to kill an hour or so. Seems to have a hipster like feel to it however doesnt seem to attack that crowd. There is always 15+ people inside but never loud, even with close proximity seating. The food attempts to be coffee shop gourmet, but like most it falls short of expectations. The food is also a little pricey, but their scones are great for the value. If you enjoy a decent and fare priced coffee or espresso with a cheap scone then swing in or take a seat and get a project started, but if youre looking to enjoy a fantastic fresh coffee, unique and well made meal, and a luxurious place to relax then Id recommend something else.

The seating is a bit tight, but the Goat always manages to feel like home. Their coffee always has a filling, warm, feel to it, and their food is very savory. While no particular item on their menu is to die for, you will never go wrong by choosing to go to the Goat.

A very casual environment that is perfect for a first date! The staff always work hard and are friendly. The coffee is very good, as well, though sometimes can be underfilled.

Great sandwiches and coffee (brewed and handcrafted.) Friendly staff and owner. Seating can be at a premium at busy times (hey, those college kids travel in packs when classes are released!) People are usually willing to share a larger table when room permits. It has been 40 years since I graduated from the UW, but I feel a bit younger when I come here.

Pleasant staff with a cozy fuzzy atmosphere! Only issue for me...they are not vegan friendly. (Simple sugars, gluten, dairy and egg) people may have sensitivities to these foods. ~Barbwire~

This place is an Eau Claire Coffee institution! It is a must visit if you love real non-chain coffee houses. It is an eclectic place run by friendly staff. Right next to UW-EC campus.

Hands down my favorite coffee shop in ec. Spend probably too much money here- but its better than starbucks/ caribou/ macdonalds/ ec dc. Simple and tasty food on the menu- build your own breakfast sammich is a go to.

The barista remembered me and my order from the day before and I was highly impressed by his people skills and the phenomenal java! I cant wait until I have to be back in Wisconsin next year, I will visit this place again!

Coffee comes in all flavors so if youre into that I guess its cool? Possibly its flavored so that you cant taste the coffee? Blueberry pie was so so this isnt a remarkable coffee shop.

Ive stopped in a number of times to meet up with friends and its a cozy place with potential . However, the coffee is always old and insipid, as if not enough grounds were used. The floors are often dirty and so are the seating areas. Granted most people wont get a coffee; but if you cant make coffee properly then chances are youre slacking in other areas.

We got a double espresso and a cappuccino.The coffee in both tasted burnt and the foam on my cappuccino went halfway down the cup.The service and atmosphere was good, but the price was too much for a not top notch quality product. For the owners reference I was here on a Monday before noon.
