The counter staff at the physical location are wonderful - always very friendly and helpful. The delivery drivers, though, are where we have our problems. The most recent incident involves a package supposed to be delivered on Thursday. They couldnt find our home (despite being marked 3 different ways), so they marked it as incorrect address. Then they adjusted our address in their system, making it incorrect. Instead of correcting it themselves, they had me go online to change THEIR error before they attempted redelivery. Then, they still didnt deliver it that Friday or Saturday...now its scheduled for Tuesday! And of course we cant call the local office directly so having to call the 800# is infuriating because you get stock answers and no true assistance. Absolutely ridiculous service and certainly not worth what you pay for, especially their residential fees.

THE WORST FEDEXI had been waiting for a package for well over a week past when it was scheduled to be originally delivered. Delivery day came around, no knock, no call, absolutely NOTHING and FedEx marked my package as attempted to deliver, will attempt tomorrow. This was a very time sensitive package and the delivery was too late.I will NEVER ship through FedEx again.

Delivery drivers are really good at walking into the wrong apartment building and then saying they cant make the delivery. Two days in a row. Will just pick it up myself since they literally can not do it themselves. Customer service was worthless too. Thanks.

Had a delivery for replacement hearing aids (born partially deaf) and I made clear instructions to deliver to the back door and to knock very loudly as I cant hear well. They say they attempted delivery 3 times but me, my service dog, nor my husband ever heard them at the door and we work from home. So I had it redelivered after a phone call with the shipping center where I explained they have to use the back door so I can see them as I cant hear knocking. They delivered again to the front door where luckily my neighbor was outside and offered to accept the package for me. The delivery woman was extremely rude to him and basically said she wasnt getting out of the van because she could see no one was home and argued with him when he said we were inside. She did not deliver it that day and came back the next day where I was forced to leave work to wait outside to ensure I could get the dam package. So ridiculous.

Always get excellent service from FedEx! Curt, my delivery guy, is the best! I was late to work one day, so I was not there to receive a package and Curt made sure I got it later that day.

I just stopped to drop a package and was floored that I would have to buy an entire roll of tape to use two pieces to close the box! I understand I should have had this done, but it was definitely a small extra I really noticed. UPS definitely has this location beat hands down on customer service! I have never had issues with any other FedEx locations just to clarify.

I was notified of a delivery happening Friday so took off work to be there to sign. Was sitting 10 feet from the door painting. Look up to see door tag appear on door. Quickly wipe hands and run after them. Driver backed up van turns and leaves as I’m yelling and waiving. Call in immediately, they say they’ll send them back so continue to stay home waiting by the door. Never shows. We’ve had repeated issues with them tearing up the yard instead of staying in driveway or leaving packages at the side door so that we don’t know anything was delivered.

Found a door tag in my yard today from 2 days ago(super helpful in the yard). Tried to call the location in Eau Claire (1-800 number) no person to ask just an automated system. So now i am not sure if i could pick up or what i can do to get my delivery as we are not home 8-5 when they deliver. I assumed they would just drop off this item like any other that has been delivered in the past? Needed it on Wednesday and it is now Friday. Glad i used Fed-ex.

I would zero stars if I could.. I have had two encounters with this location on Malden Ave The front desk lady is absolutely terrible at customer service. My first encounter was not as bed as the one I had today. Fortunately with my first encounter there was a very nice gentleman that stepped in and helped with shipping my packages that day. As for today I had set up prearranged delivery options for my package (as I live in a secured building) and those were not followed. No big deal right?! I went to pick up my package like the door tag stated I should do since an attempt was made. When I got their I was greeted by this very rude lady again and all she could tell me was it went back out for delivery today, we cant hold it because wherever it is shipping from didnt set that up I then said Ok, I will come back tomorrow to pick up the package at noon like i did today. The very rude lady says oh well we will keep delivering it until we send it back. If you want to do that give me your slip again She then went around the corner of her desk and was talking to someone else and said My god dont you hate it when people need YOUR help and they are rude. and the other hold lady responded dont you just hate that with the last response of ugh, rude people just dont deserve for me to be nice to them. On top of all of this, they then delivered my package of high value without a signature 10 minutes after this happened. I will NEVER ship fedex again.

You order a 2 day delivery, and then find out they got it on the truck at 9 am. They then take it off to put it on another truck at 1, still guaranteeing a 8 PM delivery with no mention of change. Then their driver decides eh, they dont want to deliver it. So hey its no skin off their backs right? The customer paid for a 2 day shipment. Why not deliver it in 5 days instead. Because they dont actually care about the customer. I was even told, despite paying extra to get my shipment when I needed, that we moved your delivery because we felt that it wasnt a priority. If you have a sender who exclusively uses FedEx, request they send it through ANY other courier service.

FedEx in Eau Claire is an absolute joke. I paid to have a package delivered to me in 3 days and it wasnt delivered yesterday. They claim the roads are too bad, yet UPS delivered like normal. Called them today and was told they still dont know when they are going to deliver it because the roads are not plowed. This is a lie. The roads are all clear around here. I think this place is just trying to save money by delivering only once a week. FedEx needs to refund what I paid for shipping. Plus pay me to drive the 60 miles to Eau Claire to come and get my package.

Would leave no stars if I could. Left simple directions to leave package in the garage and the signed form (which was needed, would be in the garage, see picture). Just had to open the door to see the singed slip. They cant even follow the simplest of directions. Now we have to wait for day three for them to attempt again. Cant even talk to someone at the location in Eau Claire.

After 2 huge screw ups by fed ex, was told to pick up my package between 5-6 pm at the Malden location. (This package as already delayed by over a WEEK because of their incompetence) I went to the Malden locatiin.. 30 MILES away from my home and.. guess what? Closed!. Their customer service advocate team was nice enough to try calling them and the managers.. but no answer.. I saw a side door open.. NICE SECURITY.. and went Inside.. i saw two workers STANDING RIGHT BY THE RINGING PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS CALLING. I was chased out with the threat of the cops called on me and I asked them will you answer your damn phone?!? Your Corp customer service is trying to call you. The person say they would... but lied.. the customer advocacy team called again and it was obvious that the Fed ex worker lied... because they didnt answer their own customer service line.Customer service then tried the MANAGERS cell phone.. no answer there... twice..Now i have to wait until Jan 3rd to see if i can even pick it up. (Hopefully its at the right location?!?!) Its December 30th right now..Thanks for not only screwing up a number of times I a number of ways... but also for having the rudest, uncaring employees I have ever seen.

Evening delivery is a scam. I was expecting a package and paid extra to ensure it would be delivered between 5-8pm. FedEx sent multiple messages confirming the evening delivery. I sltook vacation to ensure I would be home by 430.I get a message at 5:33 saying unable to deliver. I called fedex and spoke with a guy who called the terminal and advised that the message was a mistake and the package would be delivered by 8.I get an email stating same message, figured better double check. Called and gentleman brian tells me wasnt able to be delivered due to weather. It is 46, like the second nicest day we have had all year. No snow or rain. Perfect conditions. He calls terminal. I ask him to ask if its not on a truck see if someone can stay and let me come pick it up (important package for me and really needed it today). He comes back on line and says I did get ahold of someone, but they advised that they close at 6 and wont be delivered until tomorrow. I request supervisor.Supervisor Jacob comes on call I advised my disappointment that the website let me order and pay for a services which is impossible (due to center closing at 6 trucks head in around 5 I was advise by Brian) then why would they continue to confirm a service that is not available.Jacob apologizes and tells me that I can call back tomorrow and speak with revenue services about getting a refund. Really?!? Thats how you make things right? Ask me jump through hoops for a measly 5.55. Wow! I really feel like a valued customer. Oh wait no, thats the feeling I get when I use UPSTerrible customer service. I am appalled at how much FedEx values individual consumers. There is likely a good reason Amazon primarily uses UPS and USPS.Now I like wont get my package until next week due to availability of when my signature required package will be able to be delivered due to my work schedule. Way to drop the ball, very, very upset soon to be ex-customer once I get my package.

Had a package shipped overnight to be at my place of business by 3. At 3:30 it still was not here so when I tracked it they said customer unavailable, left door tag. They never came in the door (we are a store front) and never rang the doorbell, no door tag was left. I was sitting at the desk the whole time, no one came to the door. When I called customer service they werent concerned. Went to the depot and they said they would call the driver to have them re-deliver. I went back to my office and waited for an hour and half. Driver never showed. So why did i pay extra to have it shipped overnight?

Would rate zero stars if I could. They never came and knocked on my door. Founder the door tag on my door, I was outside at the time that they were supposedly here. I call to complain and tell them that I needed that package right now because it had a gift card that was my gas money. They were absolutely nasty to me. I will never use fedex again.

I was very excited to finally be able to ship and item that could only be shipped at this location. I was immediately condescended upon and treated rudely by Karen at the front desk. She seemed really annoyed and quite egotistical about her position. Her words in responding to my every question and body language were rude and condescending thru & thru I asked about overnight prices and she told me, she seemed annoyed when I asked a second time to confirm, I then asked about two day shipping prices, she responded, i dont know, i dont have that screen up anymore,then just stared at me...I had to step aside and gather my thoughts as my anxiety raced at the way she was responding to me for no damn reason, I also didnt want to lose my cool and let her win Another woman entered as I was trying to process her nasty attitude and start over, and asked Kathy if her package had arrived, and she again, used her condescending voice and responded Well I dont know.. seeming annoyed she responded...I have to go use another computer because this one isnt workingWhen she walked away the woman said wow she seems rude ...I agreed. After the woman received her package, I then stepped forward to have my package weighed and shipped. She told me to seal my package, I asked her if theres any way you can just help me out with a small piece of tape, my box was tiny, maybe 12×12 she didnt answer me and said, condescendingly....We sell it. I then asked if she was having a bad day or what is wrong....well that seemed to just irritate her ego, she said, Why because I wont give you tape!?...the other lady and I just looked at each other, she asked why would I ask, I told her her energy just seemed really stressed, she said to me, well you obviously cant read my energy now can you... I was just blown away at how this was even all happening. MOST UNCOMFORTABLE EXPERIENCE. I hope nobody else has to feel this mean spirited service. On my way out I said, well I hope your day gets better, she said, it was it was already from the start?? Does that even make sense? Mindblown. If she was having a good day, she should really be replaced because her CustomerService to humanity is quite mean and squewerd. My son pressed the handicap door opener for a woman walking in and she made sure to tell him not to touch that. Mean spirited, very disappointed.

Even though I had left instructions to call me upon arrival, due to the fact that I live in a secured building, there was no attempt to contact me so that I could receive my package. Spoke to Todd Brewer and he could not guarantee me a time that I could drive to the pickup center to receive my package, and would barely guarantee that I would be able to receive my package today.

EVERY TIME I stop at this Malden Ave. location they are VERY RUDE and act like your bothering them. I ship ALOT but avoid Fed Ex for this reason unless they are 3rd party requested. This location for some reason has had POOR customer service for a long time. Today was no different!!
