Plus he offered to check in with me in a couple of days to make sure I get the box to ship my old phone back in. I have made many transactions at this AT&T store and I have always been satisfied. I usually am trying to upgrade and juggle phones in my family and they do a great job taking care of me, helping me find the best deals and accomplish what I need to get done. A store associate named Dallas has been particularly helpful, including today when he pointed out that my purchase entitled me to a free accessory. I will definitely continue to shop here.

We went into the store to get some answers about the different phones. We received tremendous service from Chris and Kassy while we shopped for new phones. They answered our questions and took the time to help us with our purchases and trade-ins. We got solid recommendations and they took the time to transfer our data to the new phones. Kassy gave us a brief tutorial as she setup the phones. We left the store very happy with our new phones.

Kate Eliason the Asst Manager is a true professional. She listened to our issues and was extremely courteous and diligent in finding a solution. She walked through the process and ensured our concerns were addressed. I’m sure these store managers put up with a lot of customer frustration and maintaining a positive attitude is difficult Based on visits to franchise store locations to discuss our issues, the customer service commitment and follow-through was suspect at best. I wasn’t confident we would be staying with AT&T. However after our experience at this corporate store, we have renewed confidence in AT&Ts corporate customer service and any potential future issues will be solved.

ShaVaye is an amazing consultant at the AT&T store in Eden Prairie. I have never met a more honest consultant in all my years buying iPhones. ShaVaye needs to be rewarded and recognized. We love her!

So I dropped my phone in a lake today, I was very upset and frantic. The associate that helped me was Tomi and he was incredibly helpful, polite and patient. I on the other hand had been short and rude because I need my phone for my job, not that that justifies my behavior but once I knew I could get me phone set up that day I was put at ease. Tomi was exceptional and went above and beyond to help me despite my attitude. Tomi deserves a lot of recognition for his kindness and great customer service! I cannot stress enough how great of a worker Tomi was and how easily he helped me and got everything set up for me. 10/10 would recommend Tomi for his wonderful service and just a rockstar human being!

Eden Prairie location is great. The rep went beyond his call of duty to assist me. He was also very knowledgeable. This was the greatest experience I’ve had at a local store.

I called the store today looking for help locally with my directv account since at&t acquired that division not long ago and I was having a horrible time with overseas-customer service revising my account and making the correct changes to it that we agreed to. I believe her name was kathy or similar to that, that answered and initially seemed helpful, but because I told her I preferred to speak with someone local to discuss my account and not over seas because I had already spent 2 1/2 hours to no avail and my account was still not correct, she interrupted me, accused me of bigotry and hung up on me; I felt this was the most unprofessional person I had ever met. DO NOT WORK WITH KATHY, she is arrogant, self-righteous and rude. This is one of the worst experiences in customer service in my life and I hope the owner reads this.

Just wanted to say what a phenomenal experience I had at this store. Kate went above and beyond taking care of a complicated 5 line switchover from Sprint, where the new phones were being sent to different states. I had tried to complete the original orders online and they kept getting cancelled on the following day. Kate was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and personable as was Tomi. Great space set up very well to deal with COVID 19 concerns.

I went in to my store in Eden Prairie, MN to buy a new case for the new phone I bought. Im an essential worker in mental health. Things have been very tough so since I love electronics and gadgets I decided to use my stim check on a S20 5G Ultra. An upgrade from my Note 8... I needed to treat myself 😀So I was pleased to see the store was open, AND that they are still taking excellent precautions! So, when I got there I was greeted at my car, and his name i think was Justin. He was wearing a mask too which was excellent! He asked me what brought me here today and I explained i needed a case for my new phone. I asked if it was OK to come in to look. He asked his manager and I was given permission to look. He was very helpful, showing me a few options, and I got a new case which was also discounted! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and I had a great experience. Justin asked me how I was faring during this time and I could tell it wasnt just idle chatter, he was genuinely interested in what I was going through. I manage a mental health facility, and its been very difficult to say the least. But he asked because he cared and thats how you demonstrate that you are a good person; be present in your humanity! Stopped in to the store today because I was getting the run around from three different phone representatives stating they could not help me because I had a unified bill. I walked into the store expecting to cancel my mobile service but Tomi, the sales representative, instead cut my monthly bill in half. He walked me through the entire updated billing process and I am now much happier. Way to go Tomi!

Tomi and Kate were great! They did a lot, set my business up by putting my landline on an old cell phone, replaced an old hotspot with a new free tablet, so I went from 3GB to unlimited on everything!😊👍

I worked with the sales rep Brian, who I found out was moving to the Shakopee store the next day. He was sincerely lovely especially because after I bought the phone I had buyers remorse. In a anxiety ridden state I came back to switch to the bigger phone and he was still super epic.I also had a delightful time talking with Reggie and Jordan.I can’t say I am normally a huge fan of phone stores but I did genuinely enjoy myself during that experience.

I have visited this store 3 times since they opened the new location. If there was a 10+ rating, this team would get it. Every time Ive been there, Troy, the manager, has been on site and ready to help 100%. The other Troy was also there along with Ryan. All three of them couldnt have been more positive or any more helpful. I wasnt buying a lot but they made me feel like a number one client. This has been my consistent experience every time. They always make sure I have the best, most cost effective package- without asking. Ive been an ATT customer for over 18 years. They always ask the right questions and take the time to make sure I know how to use what I purchase or have already purchased, even if it wasnt from their store. The store location is so much more convenient than the mall, spacious and never ever have had to wait for service. I work for a very large consulting firm and have many clients so I know the difference between good and exceptional quality customer service- this team has it all.I dont give reviews frequently but this team deserves it. Good leadership and excellent management and teaming. Thank you for making an otherwise very stressful day end up on such a positive note!

The reason I have stayed with AT&T are the people like Ken and Troy at the Eden Prairie store. They are the best!

First I talk to customer care with online chat support and they setup my appointment with store with VIP treatment but I had worst experience in store and my problem doesnt got resolved. I repeat 4 times what is my problem in simple words that I am looking for my all the bills since 2013 but i didnt get anything from there. I am the oldest customer with 10 lines but what i get here...

Brian and Kassy are NEXT LEVEL. My iphone suddenly froze with the black screen and spinning refresh wheel. I had tried an authorized retailer before stopping into the EP store with a last ditch effort. They fixed my phone in less than 1 minute of looking at it. I own a small business and have a larger multi-device account with AT&T. Brian and Kassy were amazing to work with, extremely knowledgable and their professionalism is unparalleled. I was able to not only fix my device but make some changes Id been struggling with for months on my account and felt like I accomplished in minutes what previously has taken me hours in other locations. Id highly recommend coming to this location and asking for Brian or Kassy, I know I will be going forward!

This was the second At&t store I stopped at in the last two days. The first store in Rogers, MN was 1.5 hours to just add a line to an existing phone. I left because no one there could hook it up. The support staff they called for assistance werent much help either. The second store in Eden Prairie, MN finally had it up and going but took over an hour. There staff at both locations are clearly very poorly trained. I new more just googling for info. We had been thinking of switching to At&t due to poor to no service in northern MN with Verizon but I dont think well be making that move anytime soon. Hard to believe they have any customers.

Normally don’t post reviews but this store really aggravated me. Went in to buy a $1,000 phone and saw that they were busy, no big deal I’m fine waiting. 30 minutes later not 1 sales person said a word to me, and they even serviced 2 other people that showed up much later than I had. I would rather work with Comcast support than go here again. 0/5 stars. (That said the female employee that had to deal with the person who adamantly refused to believe he wasn’t authorized to make account decision, I can’t believe you kept your calm and professional attitude, good on you).

Brian was awesome at handling what seemed like a complicated phone issue and made it simple.

I was in the store in October, and I wanted two things, an e-sim for my new iPhone, and to block all outgoing international calls on my lines. The manager said e-sim was not possible because I didnt have a second service already active. I knew that was incorrect, but whatever. I spent about 10 minutes with a rep, him trying to upsell me everything under the sund, and he eventually said everything is blocked and ready to go. Well, I stopped by the Maple Grove store, and was given an e-sim within a few minutes. Now, I get my bill and one of my lines made an international, so the rep did NOTHING to my line. Waste of my as I now have to call and get this resolved, wasting more of my time.

Fantastic service! The employees were all very caring, respectful, and had a great sense of humor with all my joking around.
