Tiny showroom in the store, but easy to browse. Displays are well organized and informative. One star was knocked off because there was a dog in the store that was very jumpy and out of control until it was pulled away. Not the appropriate place for a hyper dog like that.

They are an excellent resource for the hearing impaired. They carry a full line of products and provide excellent service. I came in need of an amplified phone for my mother, given the one I bought online arrived not working. I was able find both an amplified phone and an amplifier for her cell phone. Paige was patient and explained all of the products in a detailed manner. Kudos to this place for serving the needs of the hearing impaired and obviously being an excellent employer that is evidenced in staffs knowledge and service orientation.

I worked here and loved it awesome place to shop if are know someone that is hard of hearing, deaf or you yourself are.

Family owned, very helpful staff

They are great to work with and have a wide variety of products for the deaf and hard of hearing.
