We thought we would switch to t-mobile from Verizon. Worst experience ever. Phones never worked so we returned them with in the window. The store manager never reported it to t-mobile so they auto withdrew a payment from our account, now today I received a bill for 1,800.00 for the phones and everything else, spent 30 minutes on the phone. To get nothing resolved and I have to go back to the store to get this figured out. Vent done. If you are thinking of leaving Verizon and going to T-mobile, do not do it!!!!!!
This is a story of two sides, for me. Four days ago Nick helped me port my phone and did an abysmal job, disabling my phone for over three days, saying there was no need to replace the SIM in my old phone. Went back today and George was incredibly nice, even greeted me at the door and helped me in - Im disabled - and then within 5-8 minutes completely fixed my phone to great function - and, of course, replaced the SIM, duh!Moral: This can be a wonderful store with fast, efficient, kind help - or the opposite.
I had an issue with my Sprint Sim card, the Pink hair guy, who claims to have a whole lot of 5years of experience was so sure that was impossible to get my problem solved that he couldnt care less. Well, a Best buy seller and Walter from NE store beat him and got it done, just needed a little effort, he should take classes with them. Anyway, if you dont need anything, its a perfect store to go, if do have a problem, dont waste time, find an expert
The salesman was incredibly helpful and informative. No sales gimmicks here, he really helps you make the best decision for you.
Sean Coburn is the best! What 3 or 4 other Tmobile employees couldnt do in hours, he did in less than 10 minutes! He gave my phone new life! Thanks, Sean! Youre my new phone guy! 👊
Finally met with Lorenzo out of the Blaine/Eden Prairie MN stores who hopefully solved a long tolerated glitch in our phone
The management at that store is a joke! The “manager” lazily walked over and greeted me with a “hey” like he couldn’t care less if I were there or not. I was in there for something simple but a proper greeting would be nice especially from a “manager”. I would expect a manager to pick up the slack and greet customers while the reps are helping customers. I’ve also went in there another time and I believe his name tag said Tim or Tom, did nothing but stare out of the window and occasionally at me scowling which was odd not sure if he was having a bad day or what. But yeah I would make the trip to one of the other stores because the management here is awful
Chairs for customers! Great service!
T-Mobile is low in inventory and you cant even order items that they advertise. Store was clean, but staff was not very friendly, professional or dressed appropriately. My wife was eventually able to trade in her existing phone for a new one, but it was pain-staking process.
I noticed most of the good reviews are from the staff. Also heard the manager say the n word around one of his workers which made me feel uncomfortable.
Stopped at EP T Mobile store. Staff was super helpful, explaining that current slow downs is due network changes. The updates will be done soon and he made some updates to help in the meantime. Much appreciated vs. a sorry, it must be your phone and you should upgrade Well done...
The sales reps were good, but the two “managers” there were very stand offish and rude. Had no smile and seemed like they were angry (I work customer service and know that doesn’t make for a good experience for the employees and customers) would give 5 stars if the managers weren’t so angry
Very good service!
Great place
This is the second time I have gone into the store for help. Tyler L. was the person who helped me this last time. He made the whole experience quick and easy. I got in, got done what I needed and was out of there in record time. He was very polite, as was the nice young lady who greeted me at the door. Overall an A+ experience. I would highly recommend this location - as I have never had a bad experience there! Well done, guys!
Don’t waste your time, all I heard was “we can’t do this at this store” and “we have bad WiFi”. Lousy experience and just not the right people are working there.Just called the store to give them one more chance to help us. The representative is just a “know it all” and less than no help. Sad but he thinks he is helping when in all reality he is condescending and isn’t any help at all!Waste of time!
I stoped into.the sprint store in Eden Prairie. I wanted to fix some problems i was having with getting online with my phone with the sprint app. An associate came and asked us what he could help me with, i explained the problem to him and he said that he could fix the problem. My wife and I waited a 1/2 hour whilt the 2 associates delt with a customer. Then someone came in walked past us and went up to the counter and 1 of the associates started to help.her. i went to the counter and another employee asked if he could help me. I explained the we were here befor the other person and the associate said thatwe would have to wait. I reiterated that we were here first befor she came in. The employee said we would have to wait. Felt.like we were brushed iff and the employee was rude inconsiderate and very unprofessional. My wife and I left with the problem unsolved. The way we were treated and spoken to these two employees should get a different job. Thinking that I should get a different service for my needs. Im a very dissatisfied and unhappy customer. The store needs some re training in customer service and ethics training.
I had an amazing experience both times I went in. The 1st time I was helped by a rep to switch me from the horrible Verizon service to sprint. Both people, Tyler L and Cullen were a major help, I ended up getting the LG5 which Tyler recommended. I then stopped by yesterday to ask a question about the phone and after speaking with Tyler again I left the store very happy. It was an overall amazing experience each time I went in compared to whenever I would go to Verizon. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable.
Avoid this Imobile 3rd party store in any mall. This company encourages their employees to lie and deceive their customers. I was told if I buy 5 RX phones, they will deposit $500 to my Credit Union account. I called Sprint and this promotion expired on 10/1/2018. They even created a Gmail account for me without telling me, so I dont get notified. Go to the Sprint Corporate Store, its less than 1/2 a mile from the Mall.
What a great experience!!! After visiting 2 other Sprint stores coming to this location was a blessing. Both Shelly and Valerie were very knowledgeable and way above the norm to help out. We left the store with much more then expected and were given offers that were never explained at other locations. I will now go out of my way and come to this location from now on. High recommend going here!!!!!
It’s never fun having to visit one of these stores. I always feel like a fish in a barrel with the sales people. You can almost feel the pressure they are having put upon them by the way they look at you and the manner they speak. I will do almost anything to avoid having to come here.
Parker was very helpful when I first contacted his store via phone and then when I stopped in later that day. He went above and beyond to deal with my complicated phone transfer situation, made sure I understood all of the aspects of my new phone plan, helped me choose a new phone case, and transferred all of my contacts for me in addition to setting up my new iPhone. Normally, getting a new phone is a task that I dread, but Parkers vast knowledge and friendly/helpful attitude made it a better experience than Ive had in the past. Will definitely return to this Sprint store for all of my phone needs.
Be careful here and ask a lot of questions. We switched our two phones and recognize we still got a decent deal. BUT, we were quoted $110 would be our monthly bill for our plan, turns out its about $30 higher than that. They are friendly and will help you, and Sprint is cheaper than others, just make sure you ask about all the details of your bill and make them explain it.
Today I spent about two hours in Sprint switching from another phone provider. I could not have been happier with the service provided by these employees. Matt was by far the most patient and understanding person I have ever dealt with in this industry. I will never go to a third party store again, but rather drive out of my way to Sprint in EP.Thanks for the great customer service.
The employee working at this specific location, Josh, was friendly and personable. Each customer that had come in before me with varying problems or issues he patiently and carefully helped, be there a language barrier or not.He handled my specific customer service needs very well, and was incredibly polite and kind, showing his willingness to work with me and help me to the best of his abilities. His knowledge on everything I wanted to know about, and not just my device, but others Id considered at the shop was incredible. He did not push me to purchase anything through pretty words, instead just suggesting things I might like, based on the conversations we were having as he was setting up my account for me. I will go to this location and this particular employee for all of my devices and services future needs.Thank you.To all of those who read this review, I highly recommend this location, and speaking with Josh.
I recently switched to Sprint at this location and couldnt be happier! The sales team is very professional and personable. They made my switch so quick and stress free, something I have not experienced in dealing with other carriers. To top it all off I got new phones for all 5 lines on my plan and my monthly bill still went down, amazing! And if that wasnt enough I now enjoy better service in places where my T-Mobile service had cut out. I dont have to worry about dropped calls and delayed texts at work now thanks to Sprint. I would not hesitate to recommend visiting Matt to anyone interested in great deals and even better costumer service!
FRAUDULENT STORE. Avoid this store!!!! They misrepresented information and lied about the return policy despite what was printed on receipt. Assistant Manager was rude and refused to do anything. I am out $367.73.I will be contacting the Better Business and filing a COMPLAINT as well as looking at additional options. Do yourself a favor and avoid shopping at this store.
Worst experience of my life. Rudest sales people and the store manager is even ruder, David Pitch. I have never felt the need to write a review for anything before this. Spent 3 days trying to upgrade just 2 phones and were getting lies from this store plus sprints phone sales people. This store is responsible for sprint losing 5 phone lines. Even sprints online people said to avoid this store like the plague.
This store lies to its customers to sell products. I was told that if I buy an apple watch, I would get $100 off. They told me I had to wait two billing cycles to get the $100 off. Then, I could buy the watch outright at the reduced price ($499-$100=$399). When I came back 2 billing cycles later, they told me the rest. I would get the $100 off over two years, which they never told me. The watches are already over priced by $100 so I never would have bought it there in the first place if I had known that. When I went in to discuss it, the guy was rude, condescending, and frankly stupid. I cant wait to switch carriers later today!
World class customer service. Greeted at the door, consultant gave me a grand tour showing all of Sprints offers and set me up on a phenomenal plan with everything I came in for and more. Highly recommended.
I have never had a bad experience at this location. I have tried going to other sprint storea and always end up back at this one. They are always super nice and extremely informative. No matter what I need they always take care of me.
Ive had bad experiences at this store in the past! So I was a little hesitant about coming back to this store, but it was the closest to me so I caved and went in. Pleasantly surprised to find out they are under new management and staff. Ryan the manager and Chris were very helpful and were able to assist me with all my problems. Very pleased in the direction the store is heading!
Valerie spends as much time as you need to help you out. She is always looking for the best deal and listens to what you need. Love it!!
Went here to upgrade my phone and was told my plan was outdated. Was told sprint would give me 600$ in credit to switch to the newer plan. Little did I know it was a scam and now I’m being charged full price. I highly suggest you don’t switch to sprint or shop in this store. They will try to scam you!I ended up leaving sprint because of this store and switched to AT&T after years happy with sprint. I repeat don’t go to this store!
If you want an absolute nightmare of an experience... this is the store for you. And also, if your phone ever gets recalled for any reason... dont be fooled into thinking that these assclowns will ever call you back. They will take your name down on a post it note. What do you think happens to that post it note 5 minutes after you leave????? BINGO folks. It gets thrown away.If you enjoy calling the store weekly to check on when a replacement phone may come in... this is the place to visit. If you enjoy driving to the store and waiting in line for 45 minutes to have your name put on a post it note and never get a call back..... this is the place to visit. If you enjoy spending an hour with a specialist online at Sprints website only to have them tell you they will call back within 24-72 hours and than they dont..... your right again. Sprint is the provider for you.If you enjoy having the store tell you that you will get a Iphone 7plus within a week.... and 3 weeks go by with no call back.... Sprint and Eden Prairie Sprint store is the place for you.
Ordered my iPhone 6s Plus through Elizabeth last Friday and it came in yesterday! Traded in my old iPhone 6. Smooth transaction and in and out. Will continue to do business with this store.
Too busy to help. Then blamed everyone but themselves for poor Sprint reception. Month old s10+ should be backed by Sprint.Keep in mind they are there to sell phones, once they have you the support ends(Update)Called Samsung and they were dumbfounded that the Corp Sprint Store was unable to offer any assistance and referred me to Samsung.
Worst customer service around. Next to the Hopkins Sprint store, this one is horrible. Spent over an hour there to do a return, with a receipt, within the return policy timeline. Employee (Matt) was not very helpful or understanding. Its been over a week since my return & I STILL HAVE NOT gotten my money back into my checking account. Think Im being scammed or something else from this store. AVOID!!
Was misinformed about the lease buy-out policy and it cost me over two hundred dollars in extra lease payments that literally went to nothing. Stopped in to talk to the store representatives in Eden Prairie TWICE about what happened and was told each time that the store manager would be calling me to resolve the situation. Never received a call over a 2 week period so I had to contact them a THIRD time. Poor customer service. No follow through. Disappointing group of people to work with. Oh, and the Eden Prairie store literally did NOTHING to resolve the situation. I ended up contacting the Sprint Customer Service people online and they gave me a 40 dollar credit.
After calling sprint, they confirmed I could take my new phone to a store to return it/exchange it. When I arrived in store I was deliberately told that I needed to use the online return kit and couldnt be helped in store. I called the Savage store and they said they could return it no problem. Horrible experience overall. Does anyone know the 14 day return policy?
Give give was great. The Spring care person was friendly, informative and thorough.
This is a corporate Sprint store. Please go here instead of the one at the Eden Prairie mall. These people at this store know their stuff.
I was helped my both valerie n shelly. Both had real sound knowledge of the products that sprint has. They were understanding n worked to make sure that I fully understood the phone and call package I wanted to purchase. I really recommend that if someone is looking for a phone and great service it would be in their interest to stop and talk to either Valerie or Shelly at the sprint store at 582 Prairie Center Dr.
I recommend using this store then the near by mall. Friendly and knowledge staff.
Great employees, and under new management that has given me the best customer service ever.
Worst customer service ever. This Sprint store is horrible. Spent over an hour there just to activate my sim card. None of the store person seems have any clue which type of sim card is compatible to my phone. They asked me to call sprint customer care online. The customer care person requested to get new sim card from store person. Store person said they cant talk with the online customer care person (even when I mentioned they are from Sprint). Then the store person without even checking if they have spare sim card, he said the one he gave is the last one. When I told that I will go home and call sprint CC again and try to activate the sim card. Store person denied and asked me the sim card back saying this is the last one they have. This store and store people are worse ever, they were chatting doing time pass with each other. and withing hour around 5-6 people came for help and I saw them returning back with frustration or end up calling Sprint customer care from store. Do not go to this store.
Our agent, Parker, did an excellent job communicating all of our options, the caveats, and best ways to utilize our existing, or new plan. He was fantastic!
My family and I had a very old plan and I didnt think we had a hope of ravamping our bill to be something more affordable or reasonable. Valerie took the time to listen to what we had, what we hoped to get and then worked with us. I love that she didnt push us. She took what we said and got us an amazing deal. I appreciate her attention to detail, and her willingness to work for her customers. I drove clear from WI to work with her. She is a great asset to the Sprint team, and one of the best CSRs Ive ever dealt with.THanks again Valerie. The kids are in heaven and the hubby is more comfortable.Penny B.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Store was very clean and well run.
Scam pre paid is the way to go
Sprint lost 2 customers
