Customer service is rude...store is ran by one race almost... India people they are suppose to be some of the smartest people in the world.. I asked my cashier to check prices before she rang me up. So she couldnt find prices for 2 out of 5 and didnt even try to find out the prices, the other 3 prices was a joke for a sale. So I didnt get them but yet she charged me a total of 19.68 for items I didnt get. So it took me an extra 20 minutes to get a refund and the manager didnt even care that the employee was rude and caused me extra time.Will not go back if I have a choice

Ive been actually meaning to write a review for a while now and and honestly this place isnt clean you can never find anyone for help except for except for tonight I actually found a guy who was actually doing fulfillment stuff to help me to help me. So so tonight I go in there and Im bike ever almost every time I go there and I have a bad pet God Im gonna self check out with these 2 people watching me one talking on the phone and they see that I put the product in my bag because Im biking home its biking home. And the lady watching me put it in my bag asks me for my receipt that I just put it in my bag is there gonna help If youre gonna have someone at the door who can clearly see whos coming in-and-out of self checked out why does there need to be someone checking your seat and people shouldnt not be on the phone while theyre working.

This place seems to always have way to many employees blocking aisle with stocking or leaving produce carts and way to few people running registers. I have more than once had to jump back from getting hit by someone pulling a pallet way to fast, just seems dangerous and unnecessary. I would really double check any produce, I often find I grabbed bad fruit and veggies.

Prices and selection are great. The aisles can get a little tight bit worth the trip.

Its Walmart so theres that. But all in all not too bad other than mismanagement of there never being cashiers and no more baskets to place items in to purchase. On the other hand if I need something they most likely have it.

This is my favorite place for shopping. I find everything i need here. The groceries are always fresh and are of great quality. It has a great bakery section with wide range of selection. Its always wonderful to shop here

Pre-pandemic: Management allowed people to leave their non-service dogs in a handicap electric cart in front of the Subway alone without any supervision. These dogs were filthy, meaning that filth was spread to immuno-compromised disabled people who put their food and supplies into those carts later. Management refused to do address the issue and require the dogs be removed as an illegal health hazard. I had to call and report them to the police to have animal welfare show up. Management also refused to deal with the egregious handicap parking violations, employees who refused to help, frequent inventory lapses (pre-pandemic), overstock and temporary shelving blocking aisles making it difficult for the disabled to navigate the store safely, and dangerous stacking of items that have fallen on top of me and hurt me.Ill never use their electric carts again after seeing those non-service dogs abandoned in them and management unwilling to address it. Employees are rarely helpful and Ive had stockers toss full boxes of products directly in front of my walker then stand there staring at me angrily. The check out lines are always incredibly long; though sometimes I can skip them because they didnt have what I wanted to buy anyways.I now only go to this location when I have to.

Great pharmacy staff. Good clean well stocked store. I enjoy going to Walmart. I will continue to shop for groceries and other needs

My wife and I went there yesterday.The shelves were such a mess it was ridiculous.Everything was so unorganized you couldn’t find anything.I was walking through the deli section and as I passed through I said hi to one of the employees and he just gave me a dirty look.Trying to find someone to help you locate an item is impossible.I actually asked a woman if they had kite string.We were in the toy department.She said, “I don’t know” and simply walked away.UN-F’ING BELIEVABLE!This is the second time something like this has happened here.We rarely go there because it’s a bit of a drive from our home but I think it’s time to shop somewhere else even if we have to pay a little more.It’s not worth the aggravation.

I shop at Walmart all over the country, and this was the messiest store Ive ever seen. Mens clothing department was a mess, and all the sizes were scrambled together. The produce area was disorganized and there were no fruit bags anywhere to be found. However a number of workers had time to stand together and chit chat. Wheres the manager, do your job.

I have been trying to call this Walmart for 2 days and not one person from any department has picked up the darn phone.If I could find the info online I wouldnt call but I cant.Are these workers too lazy or too busy to answer the phone? From open to close? In every department? Something doesnt compute. And Im annoyed more than I should be. Lol

Some Walmart are better than other. One thing that they all have in common is that not everything is always in stocks. The produces is a bit more expensive than A regular grocery store, but everything else is reasonable, eggs, milk, bread etc, are cheaper, one thing I like about Walmart is that they have a good selection of frozen foods.

The parking is what I dislike the most about this location... Always seems like a huge mess.

There is a reason I dont shop here. This location really needs an overhaul. I asked 3 different employees for a price check on an item. No one could help because apparently they dont have that capability. There was a jug of water spilled on the floor and these employees standing nearby visiting. In the grocery section I asked another employee if they carried something and he didnt know. That was it. He just didnt know. When it was time to check out not one register was open. Only self check out with the line wrapping around the aisle. Not even the self checkout with a belt. The clothes on the racks are on wrong size hangers, anything hanging on clearance racks, and when I got home a pair of pants I purchased was on the wrong hanger so the price and size were way off. The whole place is a mess. The only lady helping at the resisters was great, though. She was calm, helpful and friendly.

Sadly like most Walmarts, the staff can’t seem the help. Most workers have no control over situations you bring to their attention. They always need someone who isn’t there.

I have never felt so embarrassed in a walmart. I was in the self check out and instantly could feel my every move was watched. The person manning the self check out REACHED IN MY BAG and accused me of not scanning something. When I showed her I had EXACTLY The same amount of items on the screen as I did in the bag, there was no apology no assurance that she made a mistake but she continued to watch my every move until I left the store. I’ve never stolen from anywhere and I shop at this walmart twice a week. I will no longer be doing that but I was appalled. I would have asked for a manager but there was so much going on that I called customer relations and got hung up on twice before I could actually report it. SHOP ANYWHERE BUT WALMART. But if you must go to Walmart don’t go to this location.

Dont expect much. The baby formula is locked up and I trekked around the store for about 15min straight until finding someone who had keys, and would be right over to help me get into the case. After another 5min waiting at the case, an entirely different person showed up with keys to let me access the baby formula. I figured next time Id try doing a pick up order. However that process took even longer! Youd think if an order was ready for pickup, itd be pulled and ready to go but apparently not.I witnessed two other cars leave the pickup area without their orders, Im assuming due to the long wait.Id avoid this location if you can help it.

I’d give a zero star if I could . This Walmart is always low in stock, phones never answered, customer service is touch and go . Management, leads whatever they seems to lack the knowledge how to treat there staff with respect, and especially in front of guests . They myst not be aware that harassment in a work place isn’t okay . Especially verbally abusive behavior . Some staff are as young as 18 lack the those skill of how to talk to each other’s. You guys need to remember to be a team and never think anyone is superior. Respect is for everyone . If guests keep witnessing management being abusive to staff and seeing a on going this could result to guests not coming back . You guys need to remember yes you have a business but don’t fall short on respect for your employees just because your trying to win business. Never raise your voices at co workers no matter how high your title is . That’s never respectful. You don’t know who is running this store .it’s like amateurs quite frankly . Over all Walmart at this store needs a new batch of well behaved management because these ones don’t have a clue on how to treat each other . It’s high school grow up team. Remember guests see too .

I fell on this Walmart by the bread area. The guy cleaning the floor felt bad for me and helped me get up. He said the cleaning machine is leaking water. I fell on my left pelvic and elbow. I hit my knee while trying to get up. Came in feeling good and I left in pain. Second time I fell in Walmart due to unattended, wet floor. Come on Walmart, you can do better.

Fruits and vegetables are never fresh. Ordered milk online. Delivered with expired product. Most of the times i order online, Delivered products will be Out of order. Planning to switch to another retailer

After closing there’s actually this awesome fighting ring in the breakroom! I accidentally walked in on it and was invited to join. Loved the atmosphere. Sorry for breaking the first rule tho :(

Staff at customer service was super rude. I was treated like an inconvenience for picking up an order. Eye rolls, sighs, no eye contact. Usually im not someone to complain about this sort of thing but I was clearly disrespected.

I gave it 2 stars because Im able to buy OTC INSULIN practically any time I need it. Their deli rocks and they are super friendly. Every thing is great EXCEPT the PRODUCE! They might be understaffed I guess.

Walmart is still Walmart but the one in Shakopee is better than most locations.

I am not a huge fan of Walmart, but the Eden Prairie location is pretty ok. I found what I needed, even though their storage bin area was pretty low in stock. When buying online fails, it feels good to go to the brick and mortar store and find what you need. Today, I was pleasantly surprised.

There store looked like someone came through and turned the place upside down. The clothes werent neatly arranged or organized. And things were lying all over the place.like for example some clothes someone did not want to purchase left on the floor in an aisle with cooking and kitchenware. And that was consistently the problem throughout the store.

Out of my size. They had clothes larger and smaller but not my size. I am a 3X. Long wait for the regular checkout, which I needed because I had questions. This was better than last time when no live checkouts were available. This is how Sears lost business. The customers were there but staff wasnt. This applies just for today.

Pretty run down for a Walmart. They had what i needed in stock so at least that was positive.

Well I moved here from CA long story anyway, I DONT have a car and I thought instead of PRIME AMAZON FRESH i WILL Try Walmart. I have used them for the last may4 deliveries which that part is great. I graduated and wanted to treat myself to some flowers AND LOOK I KNOW THERE BUT THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND BY THE WAY I CALLED SAT. AND WAS ON THE PHONE FOR AN HOUR EVERY SINGLE DEPT. Its ok. Nothing special. Clothes go fast and once theyre gone theyre gone unfortunately. Get the Walmart app as well its your best friend you can type in the one youre near and it will tell ypu if that Walmart has what youre looking for or not and what isle to find it in.

I so love Walmart shopping so no matter what state/city I visit, have to pop in one of them..lol!

Great customer service here. The lady at the customer service counter let me do a return even though they were closed. She could have easily said no and I wouldn’t have thought anything of it. But she took the time to get everything running again to take my items back. Very much appreciated. Wish I remembered her name. I’m sorry. But thanks again.

This walmart never has friendly people working. I get people dont like their job, but my cashier the other day legit didnt say a single word to me until she gave me my total.. which she gave me in a way that I felt like I inconvenienced her somehow.The shelf stickers are never polite in asking you to move and they just plow right past you without apologizing you almost had a collision.No one smiles and its just a sad store that i usually try to avoid when I can.

Good prices and good service. Also, Ive used the pick-up option a half dozen times to buy loads of groceries and they never once screwed up my order or made me wait very long to come out and put it into my trunk.

This Wal-Mart is about on par with other Wal-Marts. Thats not a good thing. One cashier for about 10 customers and only a few self checkout lanes. Do yourself a favor and go to Target.

Went to Walmart for light bulbs. Found all these random gems. Ended up clearing them out of Sprite Cranberry because teenagers get obsessed with weird stuff. Store is cleaner than it was in the past. Staff wasn’t helpful at all but still a fun random excursion.

Still has only one Check out lane. Most all their lanes are check your own items.

Quite small for a supercenter. The app and the actual inventory never here never tally. But I can tell the staff try their best to support and run the business.

Eden Prairie Walmart has their vacuums locked up in a glass case. Had to find someone to help, they had to find someone to open the case. Not helpful with vacuum questions. It was 7:40a. Self service check out put my receipt away. Asked for receipt right after. Had to put the vacuum down, pull the receipt out of my wallet and put it back. Then pick up the vacuum again. A quick trip in....took 20 plus minutes due to a low trust process.

Always able to get in and get out fairly easily. Unfortunately several things I was looking for was out of stock. When asking for assistance it would be a hit or miss, sometimes I get a correct answer other times I would just be looked at as if I was talking in in tongues and was asking for the impossible versus just basic supplies.

They have check cashing for only $4. I also had a very fast and friendly cashier! (There were only 2 cashiers and self check out)

Friendly service from the staff, and a nice selection. I didnt appreciate the long lines nor the shelves that had price labels missing. Otherwise this place did exceed my expectations.

I was in line forever, the cashier where super super slow, my baby start crying because he is a baby and even he got tired siting in line. Someone from of me didn’t had item with a barcode and they send the costumer to find another same item with barcode. Never ever heard that a costumer should do this. It’s not the costumer fault there is no barcode on the item.

In my opinion, people were down right rude. I didnt even get the opportunity to shop because I decided to leave and just go to Target. Maybe ill have to give this location another try on a different day to see what the store and employees are actually like.

I was happy to see it was open today and was able to navigate and get everything i needed. It also had Money center and Accepts WIC. I needed to get my milk and baby food so that was convenient.

My favorite store convenient reasonable Prices, Excellent customer service!

Im a shameless Walmart lover! Their free grocery pickup service is a lifesaver and is very user friendly. In my opinion, it is the best grocery pickup service in the industry thus far. The app interface allows you to add more groceries even after youve checked out so if you forgot something on your list you can modify it up to a few hours before your pickup window. The workers are friendly and quick to bring out the groceries to your trunk. If you werent happy with an item you can easily make a return using the app. As a busy mama to young children during a pandemic, I want to say THANK YOU for offering this wonderful, contactless service!

Considering the area you would think this would be a nice organized Walmart but it continues to go down hill each time I come here. No matter the time of day there are always people stocking/blocking isles with pallets which makes it hard to shop for what I need especially when they never get out of the way or when you say excuse me they act as if I’m the one in the way. I’m the paying customer...? Also, considering it seems like they’re ALWAYS “stocking” there is never anything in this store! Lots of empty isles and shelves or items close to expiration every time I’m here. Super frustrating. Step it up please or hire new employees/management!

Bakery lost my kids birthday cake. Wasnt even in their system as an order. Wife specifically talked to and got all the forms filed out with lady at the bakery couple of days ago...showed up today and nada...Seems that gal was off today too and the poor folks there atleast attempted to locate it...but no luck...grabbed a generic cake and candle as already late waiting for the store folks to try and locate...If you are getting a cake etc here...make sure you take a picture of the form and show up early just in case....1st world problems I know...but disappointed toddler...so gotta parent rant...$h!t happens I know/could be worse...reported to the manager and I guess wont be going there for cakes anymore...hopefully Im the exception here...Rest of the store experience has always worked ok for me...Workers have been great everytime.

It seems like WalMart is improving! This place used to be the absolute worst WalMart: disorganized, sloppy, and terrible employees. All of those areas showed promise. I hadnt been here for a LONG time before the other day; due to the reasons listed above, but I feel confident in going back again, especially as I dont shop at Target anymore. Good job WalMart.

Did a Drive up Root Beer rub. Walmart was way under the competition in cost and they had the product.

Says their electronic department was closed. All i wanted was a REMOTE CONTROLLER. But guess what? They said they didn’t have the key for it and said it was closed for the night. Even spoke to the Somalia manager who was there. Said she didn’t care and that the electronic section was closed. Never will go here again!

Maskless children running around spitting on everything, pay terminals require pin (regardless of chip or phone pay) and was facing so that it was easy to see pin entry.But hey, at least I found cheap motor oil.

Cane in 3 weeks ago. No milk in the cooler. Following week no frozen vegetables. The staff that does the personal shppung are rude and pushy, they will cut in front of you if your looking for something and push you away. Aisles are always stocked with product and hard to get around. Very un-organized

I always drive to this Walmart for curbside pickup but today will be the last time I placed my order at 9AM and picked a slot for 2-3PM and they never notified me that my order was ready online and they took off items without my permission just to finish the order crazy because it wasnt many items at all this was once my favorite Walmart now its unprofessional and I dont trust ordering from this location anymore!

I shop there for 2 important things and they are always out!

This place is a disaster. Never stocked, employees are literally doing nothing but standing in the isles, cell phones stuck to their hajabs, having full conversation and disrespectful when asking them to move so you can shop. No one ever knows where anything is, nor do they care to help find it. This place is deplorable. If they took have as much time in the store as their loss prevention does following brown families around... they MAY GET SOME WORK DONE!!

Sadly, this is the worst Wal-Mart I have ever been in, and in the past two months we have shopped in Walmarts in 25 states and 3 Canadian Provinces. The ladies restroom was terrible with full trash cans, old urine and filth on the flat surfaces and paper pieces all over the floors. I asked different workers where the cheese was located and none spoke enough English to direct me to the right area and both said they did work for Walmart. Also many had on NO Walmart vest nor Walmart badges to identify them as official workers. Not even my cashier. It looked as if half of the workers were not identified with vest but they did have on dresses and burqas or head coverings. It was also the most unfriendly Walmart Ive ever been in, in my life. It is so sad to see this great company represented in such a terrible fashion. I did mention my concerns to customer service and the greeter did say a friendly goodbye as I exited. Also, the whole atmosphere was tense and not comfortable as I heard 2 different groups of Walmart employees in conflict and disagreement. Lastly, the parking lot buggies were everywhere And the folks that were responsible enough to put the buggies back into their appropriate spaces were not honored, as it was clear that the employees were not bringing the carts back into the store for public use. Most all the cart stalls were overfilled by about 20 and almost blocked the parking lot lanes!! This Walmart is totally out of control and needs some new management.

Men’s bathroom was disgusting. Toilet paper on the floor, toilets dirty, hand towel dispenser was open with the paper towels coming out the door. Convenience dispenser was open and empty. Contact cards for Store Manager and Market Manager we’re missing.Store was pretty clean, staff was very friendly, but the bathroom was heavily neglected.

Never answers their phones & are not helpful when it comes to any kind of problems.

Lots of empty shelves. They were stocking shelves around 6 pm making it tough to shop. Only 2 checkouts with humans. The rest was self checkout. There were 3 young males monitoring the the self checkout, they were to busy talking than to assist customers. This walmart has some poor management. Its a joke to shop at.

I hate coming to Walmart as it is. This Walmart is probably the worst of them all. It’s chaos. Little kids running around screaming, people talking on their phone as loud as they can, employees have no common decency. Absolute garbage.Went to the restroom before leaving and there’s urine all around the floor near the urinal. The general manager of this store should feel ashamed for letting a store operate like this.On a positive note, I appreciated the free soap and hand sanitizer they were hanging out as I left.

I was told I couldnt bring my service dog in and her service vehicle. She has lots of anxiety around people often times bites if shes not in her car. I think the pink is very soothing color for her. Shes been pretty upset since the election fraud, Im trying to teach her to cope better. She used to love to hump her trumpy bear around the house when her donny was on the tele. I digress. I hope Walmart can some day allow Ivana in with her service car.

I had to stop doing grocery pick up here because they screwed it up so often. Once they completely cancelled my entire order. Another time I got the confirmation to go pick it up and waited 20 minutes before calling and then they told me they didn’t have it and to come back the next day. No one was getting their groceries, I watched multiple people leave without groceries. You can’t call the store. No one ever picks up.

I hate going to this place because I have to keep myself in check more than usual. Its off the chain. Unorganized and dirty and poor customer service all over the store. The reason I go there is to save a few bucks on sertain products.

The womans bathroom in the back of the store was horrible looking. Toilets filthy, used paper towels all over the floor. The container holding the paper towels was wide open and thats how you dried your hands !!

They always have what me and my family need in one stop and I love for that reason Im a dad and dont like two many stops after work

Worst place ever. Walmart Workers that oreginally from Somalia turn this store to Somalia camp. They DO NOT care about any other customers. It is absolute chaos.

This location is loosing huge amounts of money by having no one in the electronics department. Three times I went to buy a tv and left after 20-30 minutes of waiting. One time there were five separate people waiting and we all left. You ask other employees and theyre like I dont work in that department. You ask if they can alert someone who does or a manager, they say ok, but it seems like they just leave and dont tell anyone. Finally I just went down the road and paid more and bought a TV from Target. Ive done the same thing buying headphones for my daughter. We just went there and my daughter and her friend tried to buy video game head set. Waited for 30 minutes pushing a button that said someone was coming. No one came. More business lost to Target. Loosing way more money than paying someone to be there at all times.
