I really like Target; the size of the aisles, the staff, the products...this has been my favorite store for over 25 years, too!

Waited 45 minutes for my drive up order, it never came. I had a sleeping toddler And couldn’t go in. Worst service I’ve ever experienced.

The Eden Prairie Target in not well stocked and never has been! Don’t go there expecting to find the things on your list! The shelf will be empty! Also in the last year I have notice that several of the items I purchase regularly, are no longer at this store! What is the deal? Is some new store concept going on here (mini Target?)

I visited the Target. I had one remaining Christmas present to purchase. Here it was! While shopping, it was evident that the store was exceptionally clean, neat, and well merchandised. Many registers were open, so the checkout experience was great. Items were easy to find because they were intelligently grouped. The best thing about the visit was the cashier named Summer. Keeping in mind this was a very hectic and demanding day for retail associates, Summer was warm, friendly, and professional. I complemented her and she thanked me for the positive feedback. If I owned my own business, I would hire her in a second. Great job... Target has just gained a repeat customer. By the way, all of the sale items were well-stocked!

My girlfriend and I went here to buy a rain coat and some clothes. Everything was fine until the checkout. Several people were waiting at the checkout to be helped and no team members were to be found. My girlfriend had her service dog with. I bought an item with a security tag and I was searching for someone to take it off. I found Ashleigh that was talking to someone at Starbucks instead of doing her job. She turned to see me and went Why is there a dog in here? This made me very disappointed in target as a company and made my girlfriend feel embarrassed and angry that someone would say something like that especially an employee not understanding that people have service dogs and that they are allowed in stores. I think there is definitely a lot of work and training to he done on the subject.

One stop shop. Can get anything a person needs or wants.

This Target is a little more dated interior-wise, but I was able to find my way around pretty easily. Was able to ask staff for questions and get them answered quickly. Pretty much your standard Target other than the slightly dated interior.

Target is always a true hometown hero. They have gained my approval overall, but I personally dont like Eden Prairie.

More cashiers would be appreciated.Two employees near a kiosk may bestaring at you as you enter this store.They may be closer to each otherthan social distancing rules suggest.So I would prefer these employeesneither approach me nor speak to me.A human resources person claimedthese employees are securityspecialistswho are supposedto greet customers.The kiosk is too far from the doorto greet anyone from it courteously.I have seen other employees wearing ashirt with a security sign on it -unlike these employees.These other employees were alone,moving about, and doing something.I have not seen a kiosk like thisat other Target stores. Outstanding support from two young ladies in Electronics who went the extra mile to locate and provide the Webcam that their store site indicated was available. Checked the delivery that morning and found the 3 available and sold me one. dated 01/27/21

Today I went to this Target and bought this Revlon hair dryer. When I got home I opened it up to realize there was a bunch of blonde hairs in the bristles. When you buy a product you shouldn’t have to worry about it being used. They should’ve checked the product before putting it back on the shelf. Really disappointed that I wasn’t able to use it and now I have to make another trip back to return it.

I am writing to praise Julie Garcia the Eden Prairie Minnesota Target store manager. I am from Pennsylvania and was visiting my daughter and her family in the Eden Prairie area. While at a park with the grandkids my car was broken into and my credit cards were stolen and used at Target stores in the Minneapolis suburbs. As soon as I identified that the thief had within the hour made 7 purchases in Target stores, I went to the closest store. Julie was amazing in helping me to locate the stores and the purchases that the criminals made. She was able to pinpoint the stores, times and registers where the illegal purchases were made. She assisted in flagging the video footage for the police. I can not say enough for Julie as she helped me feel cared about and in control when I was in a vulnerable situation. Julie went above and beyond and I can not say enough about her. I cant thank you enough Julie, you are the best ever!

I drove 45 minutes to this store for an item in stock that I apparently said it had. Only to get shut down at every turn by associates looking for it. One associate especially was rude and unhelpful. A lady named Maureen that refused to help me. The item in question had 15 on inventory as it said on the associates devices when checking the UPC code. Not a SINGLE employee i asked for help on floor would check in the back for me. The store was a complete mess. The only person that helped me was a gentleman with a cross earring at the guest services desk. Unfortunately he couldnt find anything in his area.

Everybody in the store is doing their best to be safe and make shoppers feel safe in the face of COVID-19, the Target staff at the Eden Prairie mall has always been very professional even when times were tough and supplies were low. It is a testament to the integrity of the people that work there that they never break their professionalism.

Empty shelves; low inventory: a common problem at this location.

Fine target. However in the midst of a pandemic you would expect employees to handle store closing with more tact. 2 minutes past the early store closing times refusing to let a customer get the one item left on their list is ridiculous. Thanks to Tristan at the check out who was the redeeming employee during this trip. Your positive attitude and friendly demeanor stood out amongst the negative experience we had with the other employees.

COVID brought Target to the forefront with Express pickup. It is safe, fast and employees are super friendly. Thank you Target for continuing to appreciate your clients.

What a great device- low tech and energy saving- for little kids, adults and older folks with shoulder limitations.

This order online and pick up at the store is great. I love the set-aside parking and no-wait pickup. The pickup was really fast and done at my convenience, without tons of packaging to get rid of having it shipped to me. Great idea and implementation, Target!

Do not bother shopping at this location. I love Target and frequently shop there but this store is seriously disorganized and the team members have an obvious lack of caring about their customers.I had recently called around looking for an item that was on sale. Other locations were sold out, finally got through to someone on the phone. They told me, yes they had the item. I asked for it to be put on hold, as I would be there in 20 minutes. The lady on the phone said no problem. Loaded up my 4 and 2 year kids, got to the store and attempted to locate- purchase said item. I went to the electronics desk, where the lady said it would be. There were 2 employees standing behind the desk, way more interested in talking to each other, than helping the extremely busy department. After asking repeatedly if they could help me, I finally got there attention. Explained that I had just called and that an item was out on hold. They both said that was impossible and they were sold out. I again told them, I just called and a girl told me she was going to put the item on hold for me. They asked to see my phone, so they could check which Target location I called. I showed them on my phone, and they (the store employees) had to take out their phone and google the number I called to verify it was that location. The employees didn’t even know their own store phone number!!!! They again told me, that my “story” was impossible and didn’t even have a females working in that department. But then one of them finally said, “Oh yeah, we do, she is on break right now”. Neither of them would look around the desk for the item that was supposedly put on hold for me. They just kept telling me, they didn’t have it. (The employee had not looked anyway) I asked if they could look on their system to see if any other store had them, to which they said, “you have your phone, you can call or look on the Target app.” It was obvious these 2 employees were not going to help, so I left. Went to the Edina location and had no problems at all.I will not return to this location. And I strongly recommend that other people take the extra time to go to a different location as well.

It was easy. I made 2 separate orders on 2 separate days. I received emails and text messages and was able to pick up all of it at the same time. No line and the guy was very fast getting the goods.

Lots of stuff out of stock. Employees stocking shelves not getting out of the way of customers and blocking the isles. Had to go around a lot of carts and employees not paying attention to what was around them. No one was saying hi to the guests in the building. Walked past at least 50 employees some of them a few times and not once did someone say Hi to me. or ask if they could help me find something.

SHAME on Target for not protecting their employees and customers during the pandemic. I was there today and over 50% of the customers were not wearing masks. Other stores have successfully been able to make masks mandatory for all customers - its time for a company like Target to do the same!

The only reason this Target is getting such a high rating for me is because of one employee. I printed my wedding pictures today using their one hour photo center and when I returned to pick them up, they werent finished for another hour because no one had been keeping an eye on the photos. This employee helped me get them all printed and gave me half off for my patience. During the busy holiday season, it can be easy to get frustrated, but he made my experience an easy one. Thank you, Dr. David!

Love the colors from this Target. I ve been to a good numbers of Targets in twin cities and saw this Target is stand out at the sense of coloring. They have neutral colors from bed, bath, clothings...Normally, I went to other stores and didn’t bother to check on those because they looked cheap and too much coloring on bed, bath stuffs (red/green/blue/yellow...) is all over and looks disorganized.This stores has claim and neutral color on almost every items. Although it does not overflow with too many stuffs like other store to became junk but it if you need to color matching in your house for bed/bath/home deco. This store will be good to take a look. I was thinking, the person who select to brought stuffs to this store is a good sense of deco and color pattern person. I would come back again to check for more stuffs.

If you’re looking for a target that will be consistently out of grocery items on a weekly basis definitely come to this target. The inventory management on groceries could not be worse.

Lack of guests wearing masks and not social distancing. I did not feel safe. I am switching my patronage to Costco where masks are required.

CLean, social distancing marks clear on the floor, masks, not crowded. People are being respectful. Enough staff are tending to checkout and cleaning.

There are several Target Stores close to my home and I never have a problem finding what I need from groceries, electronics, and clothing. Ive been price comparing for years on Amazon and Target and since Target will price match this is a no brainer. I can order what I want, use coupons, and my RedCard to get deeper discounts and just have it delivered to my car when I arrive at the store. I rarely purchase from Amazon any more as 1/3 of their delivers now take a week or over a month before it arrived. If its a third party on Amazon its very difficult to cancel your order

Pretty standard Target. Always very clean and the employees are pretty friendly.

Customer Service is good.

Not a bad target. Good parking and entrances. One of the few I have ever seen in a mall. Curbside pickup works and is very convenient. Not as crowded as most stand alone target. Staff is the usual fare.

I always find something new Target when I go. I don’t get to Target but every other month. I stock up on the Target brand food items and love the women’s clothing department. The employees are always very helpful as well.

Date of Visit: 10/19/2018 approx. 6:30PM - Long line for the Guest Service counter, however, the two clerks kept the line moving rather quickly. Store appeared fairly clean, stocked, and well-maintained. Registry tool worked well, as long as you dont scan items too quickly together otherwise it will only scan 2 or 3 of your 5 items.

It is not the biggest Target by any means, but I have had a lot of luck with their customer service. I was even struggling once with fitting everything into a basket and a kind worker there brought me a cart. This was even pretty close to closing time. Superbly nice lady and a great store!

This is a great store! Its not a mega super ultra target with too much square footage. Its just right. They have all the usual Target brands, small enough that you can find what you need and not feel like youre going on a 5 mile hike. Just enough of the right stuff, great selection, lines are usually short. My only critique would be the produce section is a bit lacking in quality. Id rather see less quantity, know they might be out of something, but if they have it its great.

The Target at 8225 Flying Cloud Dr in Eden Prairie works for me. It has enough of a selection of grocery items, has household items. Your regular necessities, a decent pharmacy. Plenty of check out lanes and a wide variety of clothes if you are into the styles they have displayed. Pretty friendly staff, I mainly go in for the food items that I cant find elsewhere.

Nice staff ready to help if needed. Well stocked for a Sunday afternoon.

Dont know whats going on lately with this stores grocery department. Shelves not faced, many out of stocks. Aisles blocked with employees stocking during peak hours and never making way for shoppers. Used to be the best place in EP to shop but now not even top 3. 20+ register slots and lucky if one or two open.

05.15.18 - Mobile phones. Damon was my contact technician. I brought my Consumer Cellular phone in to convert over from my old phone. Damon was friendly and great in activating my new phone. He called CC to activate my phone, transferred all my apps & contacts. He spent about 45 minutes with me answering my questions and telling about my new phone. It was a great experience. Thanks Damon. Job well done.

We go to Target to do the majority of our shopping. The Store in Eden Prairie is not a Super Target Store but we still find what we need and are able to get out in about 30 minutes. Been going to Target Store for over 30 years and theres nothing to compare it.

Hello! Father that uses a backpack as a baby bag for convenience purposes here! I do not mind if you guys check my bags before and after I leave this store! It is far better than having your security or employees constantly looking at me as if I am a suspicious person. I shop here because it is connected to EP mall, but it always ends up the same. Literally feel free to check my bags, escort me through the whole store, and check my bags again as I leave. Maybe that would make you feel better. Polite cashiers though! Interacting with my kids and playing with them while we wait is good.

Nice store. Clean. Good selection. Typical low Target prices. Only negative is the scanners in at least one self checkout lines tends to double scan some items, which requires Target employee intervention to correct.

Horrible every time Ive gone there and I live in Eden Prairie the associates the customer service everything is poor the treatment everything no one wants to do their job and instead have the customer do it themselves. They are always out of items even though their inventory say that they should be in stock.

My favorite target in twin cities.

This is a very good Target. The layout is a little different from what you might expect if you shop a lot of Targets, but navigating your way to the department of choice is not difficult. Service is always meeting company standards at a minimum. It is also connected to the mall, so you can enjoy some other shopping and/or dining without going outside.

Do not go to this Target. We love our Target in Mankato. We stopped in Eden Prairie because we were spending a birthday weekend in the cities. We bought two pajama sets for our kids, two princess dresses, some wipes and easy ups. One of the 2 pajama sets didnt have the 2nd shirt on it! Yes, maybe I shouldve looked closely, but I would assumeI shouldnt have to. Also, the Easy Ups had been opened and re-taped. Even the inside bag was torn open. It was almost impossible to tell until the box was opened up. For what you pay for these things, they need to be better. No wonder everyone is going to Amazon.

This store is closing soon. The shelves are bare and empty in most locations. They must have stopped hiring because I saw 3 employees during my recent shop. Get used to driving to Chanhassen or Minnetonka for your Target needs.

This Target refuses to supply paper bags. Ive asked every time Ive gone, and the reply is always the same. The store simply does not have them. This makes grocery shopping annoying, as I end up with 10 or more plastic bags full of groceries instead of a few paper bags. I find the selection to be somewhat limited compared to surrounding Targets as well. There are always lines at the checkout, and it seems they are trying to encourage people to use the self-checkout more frequently. I would recommend the Knollwood Target over the EP mall. Its worth driving out of your way a few extra minutes.

Very nice Target. Clean and well staffed with courteous young individuals. The only problem here is that the grocery department seems to be undersized. Not very much fresh food or fruits here. The staff in the electronics departments also seems to not be able to keep up with the new products that are coming out.

Ridiculously understaffed. Took, no exaggeration, 15 min, to find an employee. Had to go to the electronics booth. Then when I found them they gave me attitude and pretty much told me to suck it theyre out of stock. Worst Target I have been to.The girl doing swimsuits was cute tho =^•^=, and very helpful. Would love to hang out with her sometime.

I saw a mom yesterday at Target whose baby was just wailing away. Im talking about a BABY baby, doing exactly what a baby does. And so many people, including the staff, were talking about her, sighing, making rude comments. She was trying to finish up and soothe the baby, so what more did everyone want? I wanted to go over and help, but she checked out in another aisle and left before I did. It was awful. And she felt so embarrassed because of it.If youre truly trying to be inclusive then train your staff to stick up for families.

I would pick the Walmart in EP over this Target store. That pretty much sums up my review. This Target needs major TLC.

Shawn in grocery was fantastic! Couldnt find anywhere to leave a review where someone was helpful so Im doing it here. A specific soup that I was sent for was out on the floor. Pick up the customer service phone and the operator had someone to me within two minutes, so props to her, as well! Shawn ran to the back and brought it right out to me. Beginning to end the whole thing took less than 5 minutes. Efficient, fast, and friendly!

Good prices, selection of items and friendly staff

Last week, my toddler was having an extremely irrational meltdown as we were checking out. It had been a stressful day and I was very overwhelmed. A gentleman with Down Syndrome who worked at Target, I believe his name was Andy, took initiative, approached my daughter, knelt down and offered her a sticker. He proceeded to calm her down and offered a sticker to my preschooler as well. Andy turned what was a very challenging scenario into a beautiful moment that changed the course of our day. Thank you, Andy and Eden Prairie Target. You were a blessing to us and we will certainly be back!

They clean everything after it has been used

It is a run of the mill target. Customer service needs work. Good selection of snacks and food.

I always enjoy my visits to Target, whether its for a quick item pick up or some major shopping. With the Cartwheel and Target apps, its easy to find some good bargains and find where the items are hiding.
