We have been using The Line Up for three years and their quality and service is unmatched. After having terrible experiences with other companies, we started using The Line-Up and will probably never use anyone else for our uniforms and costumes. Our rep, Andrea is amazing and so patient with our custom pieces. They always keep us looking amazing!

I love the Line Up! Ive ordered my past two college audition outfits from them and have loved both of them! The materials are very high quality and the sizing fits perfect. I had a shipping issue with my audition outfit this year, and both Marlee and Nicole from the Line Up were extremely helpful and understanding with the situation and handled it very professionally. The Line Up ended up making me a brand new outfit so quickly to then ship it out to me in time for my audition, which was so appreciated. I will always be a fan of the Line Up, they are so awesome! A great company to work with, their customer service is amazing!! Andrea is always there to offer support and help for even the smallest questions. They have followed up to make sure everything is correct and the quality of the garments are perfect, including being able to customize the uniforms to fit our bigger girls. We are a Mardi Gras Dance Team, so we put our uniforms through a lot. We march on average 30 miles a season in all weather conditions.

I wish I could give more stars than 5. Without a doubt the best uniform company weve used in 10 years. Talented design team (even with a tricky brief) excellent communications, logistics and super-speedy service. As for the quality: after 75 consecutive days of wearing the uniforms for a total of 375 cheerleading shows outdoors in all sorts of weather: the uniforms are still intact and needed almost no maintenance. I really cannot recommend The Lineup enough! Thank you!!

She took the time to answer all of my questions, sent me a proof of the design in a timely manner, and even sent an additional proof before creating the garment to ensure it was what I wanted. Disappointing experience. Despite ordering per the linked size chart for the item and following all notes, my item arrived way too large and the lettering was not centered/scaled. I sent photos showing how I measured and how the item turned out. The response was the item ordered “…is a looser fitting jacket. I would have suggested a Medium if you called or chatted (not sure if you did or not). Or if you like your jackets fitted, you could have maybe ordered a Small.”If I had measured wrong or interrupted the size chart or notes incorrectly, I would have owned the mistake. The linked size chart and notes don’t appear to be correct for the item I ordered. I don’t feel they were able to give me a certain correct size to have ordered even after the fact. I’m left with an unusable item.

I love the customer service of this company! My order was set to deliver later than I wanted and I called and they were able to adjust the date for me, even with my custom designed top(s) and shorts.Anddd dont even get me started on the outfits! The quality is amazinggg and everything I asked for.I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants great customer service and great outfits!

We are a smaller team and in recent years have felt that we are not an important customer to TLU so we tend to get put on the back burner. We have used TLU for the past 4 years and have had 4 different account reps due to the previous ones moving on to other jobs. They do create beautiful costumes within your set price range, but last years costumes arrived with holes and glue marks on them where it looked like they took rhinestones off of the costumes. Sizing runs small.

Good service, fast turn around, amazing designs, and reliable shipping.Just disappointed that more effort isnt spent on sourcing specifically requested or required material to meet the exact specifications of custom orders.
