I got to use my receipt from a different BP here because the young man on duty* assured me that “customer satisfaction was key.” I gave my receipt for reimbursement but again, this courteous employee requested I “pay it forward.” I will—and I will return to this station in the future! *10/13/21 @ 3:45 pm

I have never had so many rude interactions with employees as I have at this location- specifically the rude man with the blue suv -he constantly plays his music so loud behind the glass that you are unable to hear each other and then sticks his dirty hands out wanting to hold my ID...then gets angry when you can’t understand what he is asking for.. I have also never seen a place of business in Minnesota that violates the mask mandates like this place! NOBODY HERE WEARS A MASK! Definitely my last time stopping at this location even tho it is the most convenient to my house.

Touch free car wash available, but have to make sure you select it.Free air.Would be the perfect gas station if the pumps didnt have those loud annoying ads.

Gas station TV ugh.. Forcing negative media CNN down your throat so you can hear 10 more ways the world is going to s***. Dont walk away from the pump though like I did or the other pump will see you coming and they both start talking at you oh boy

The car wash is da bomb! But if there is a line I suggest coming back at another time. Youll be waiting forever. Also only use exact change if paying with cash because that machine did not give me my change. The guy working in the store must have been having an awful day because he was very impolite when I went inside to let the him know. He didnt even look up from his phone. He shrugged his shoulders and said, Well, what do you want me to do about it? He gave me a free carwash instead of the change I was owed, which I was very greatful for. But, what if I really needed the few couple dollars for something else? I didnt though. Also everything in the store is outrageously overpriced and the gas price is always between 5 to 15 cents more per gallon than other gas stations in the area.

The man that was working there tonight should be fired. His customer service skills were the poorest I have ever seen. I would like an apology from him for being so rude to me.

Very friendly staff, I really low on gas and forgot my wallet, the cashier borrowed me 5 bucks to get me on my way. Thanks Aaron, I will return!

Everyone should know that the BP Gas Station IS NOT OPEN 24 Hours. All The Locations In Eden Prairie Close At Midnight! I Went Into The Gas Station At 12:03AM && Was Turned Away Cause Of The Miss Leading Information Provided To Me On Google Was Incorrect! ALL LOCATIONS IN EDEN PRAIRIE CLOSE AT 12:00 AM && IS NOT OPEN 24 HOURS CONVENIENTLY

Unfortunately they are greedy with their carwashes. Still dirty you say? Too bad! Well what they dont know is I provided them with $350/ in fleet carwashes paying retail for every single one. Not anymore, you just lost the equivalent to a new car payment for being rude, greedy and this isnt the first time. So congratulations on keeping you $10 carwash now you just lost thousands a year. They get subzero for customer service.

Gas pumps are unbelievably slow. Stop by if you want to fill up your tank for a half hour. speedway gas station is only another block up the road Ill be going there from now on!
