Been coming here for prescriptions and other things for year. Everyone is always nice and helpful. Lines can get long, but they move quick. Great place!

This location has experienced staff that always are helpful and kind. You can ask for help finding product locations, unlike the big stores (where staff dont know where anything is). Have watched them keep their cool, even when under pressure from unreasonably demanding customers. They were open all during pandemic, at risk to their own staff. Thanks.

Said my documents were ready to pick up online. Get there only to find out their damn printer was broken and they didnt even have the courtesy to call me, but instead marked it as complete. Unprofessional.

This is generally a busy store so a slight wait is almost expected. The store is usually clean, neat and orderly. At times, the pharmacy is not open, even though it’s listed as open on their website. I drove there this morning to pick up some prescriptions only to find out once again that the pharmacy is not open even though on the website it says “open until 9 pm”. This is becoming far too frustrating so I’ll look for another option for my medications since the pharmacy is too frustrating to deal with but I’ll still probably stop in from time to time for necessities.

Staff is very friendly here and have helped me a bit. They have a good sense of humor and remember their regular customers. Its clean along with good variety of candy and drinks to choose from...the halloween lights are cool as well as other general stuff to get there. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing. Lots of parking usually, and they also have a lot of mascara choices I noticed recently and twill have to check out.

For the last ten years, I have been going to the same doctor, and have been taking the same dose, of the same medication. The first time I attempt to get my prescription filled two days early (going on a week long fishing trip) I get denied out of good faith?It shows directly under the prescriptions as We will process your medication as soon as your insurance will allow itI contact my insurance, they approve it, so I call back and am told that it doesnt matter with my insurance, I need to call my doctor and have him call and approve the medication...that he just sent in a few hours earlier.Did that, just to be told that it was store policy and there is nothing they can do.Walgreens, your pharmacy was grossly negligent and were caught recklessly filling, signing, and forging opiate prescriptions across the country in the past 20 years, and doing your part to help cause the current opiate crisis, which is an out control problem killing thousands of people each year.That doesnt give you the right to cite those events and blame other others as a reason for you to overstep doctors recommendations, and pretend like you know or care about our personal well being. Your customers are paying the price, since you now have to overcorrect your image and try the new approach of following the law.------------------------------------------------------None of my medications were opiates by the way.------------------------------------------------------The more I researched, I was shocked at the number of customers you throw under the bus, just because Walgreens now has to follow the law, after you got caught getting rich, by pushing Purdue Pharmas Oxys.You helped get them hooked back when you were signing fentanyl to anyone with a headache, and now you treat them like addicts and junkies, flagging their accounts, and pretending like you arent directly responsible these people.I heard CVS is a great alternative, you can keep the $2 of rewards I have built up from 10 years of getting my prescriptions through you guys. Talk about a generous reward program.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Instead of helping with questions I had about my prescriptions in order to get the correct pricing she responded with complaints and how I was holding the line up on a busy night. Changing pharmacies now.

Best customer service experience I have experienced in a while! As I awaited the results from Virtuwell, I realized I had selected a pharmacy that was closed at 11p.m - it was 10:45 and I was still waiting to get the go-ahead. I thought Id take a risk by calling to inquire if there was time. Without hesitation, the technician confirmed she would have it ready for me in 5 minutes! I arrived right at closing time, yet she was so friendly in a situation where she could have been extremely annoyed. She kindly asked for my Insurance information and handed my prescription out to me in minutes! Additionally, the Pharmacist was able to go over my prescription with me and go over any questions I might have. I am so impressed with my experience this evening and I truly appreciate your staff going out of their way to assist me when they certainly could have simply said they were closed. Thanks a million! I will certainly be back :)

I had the worst customer service at the Pharmacy from this rude Lady today, I will not Step-a-Foot, nor spend my Hard-working-dollar in this Walgreens again!!!!!!!!!

Never buy anything here. Exactly same item at walmart cost $11.99 and here $20. Dont go there unless you have no other option.

Pharmacy team here is FANTASTIC! Super friendly and helpful, so nice to have awesome people to deal with when youre not feeling well. Between my fiance and I weve been here about 10 times in the past few months and every time the staff has been great!!

Website says 24 hours but when I went in it was closed because they were cleaning the floors I looked on the website it said that it was closed people dont look at the website half the time before they go to the store they expect it to be n24 hours the man who was cleaning the floors was very rude however the cashier was very nice but if youre going to be closed you should lock your doors and not have your employees just standing by the register and your manager standing by the register

They didnt have my medication. What a huge disappointment. Going to have fun with this migraine tho!! Waited for 20 minutes and never received a call saying they didnt have it. 20 minutes of my time wasted and the time it took to drive there.

Nice people and some nice savings with a rewards membership.

They never update prices in their system when they have sales on certain items. We always have to take pictures of the price tags to get the sale prices because their systems are not updated, which is frustrating because it takes them a while to ring up items

Pharmacy is absolutely ghastly when it comes to service and filling prescriptions in a timely manner. The pharmacist, elderly white lady, was rude, dismissive and seemed rather bothered. I would highly advise against sending anything to this cartoon pharmacy.

Well staffed and for the most part good service. The drive threw can be a bit slow at times.

Huge disappointment with drive-tru service tonight. Two Pharmacists, specially the elderly white lady was so rude and out of touch. After waiting more than 45 minutes in the drive-thru, she got my meds wrong and filled a wrong prescription. When I challenged her, she said she can’t handle it, and to cover her mistakes, she told to come inside, but I said NO because I had kids sleeping in the car…She is so lazy, rude and dismissive, and definitely i wont send anything to this crapy pharmacy again.

Called in an hour before noon to have a prescription filled, as we were notified it would be done at 12 we arrived almost 12:30 and they said it would be a 20 minute wait. Dishonest with pickup times so be careful

Everything is overpriced and their employees cannot do basic math. gave the lady $100 and she was so adamant that we paid with a $50. we told her to check and we were right and she could not do basic math— couldn’t calculate how much change to give us. i looked at the receipt and did the math and it took her 4 minutes to figure out which bills to give us.

24*7 Walgreens near Eden prairie, have pharmacy, stationary, grocery, personal care items available . If you are into coupons, you can save a lot here . Well staffed and good service . Have enough parking space with disabled parking spaces, and well connected via 212, easily noticable from road . Drive through pharmacy available .

The issue with people rating a place like a Walgreens is that they are only going to write a review if they had a bad experience. Grow up you babies. Five stars for me.

This store has improved.---------------------------------Older:Have had a few problems with Walgreens.This summer they could not fill a prescription, due to a national storage. Unknown to me: they called the doctor to get the prescription changed to one they had in stock. I went in to pickup it up and ask questions about it (ie. side effects, etc). The extremely rude arrogant pharmacist said with an thick accent hey mon the doctor knows what hes doing, dont ask questions and refused to answer any questions. I TOLD HIM I DID NOT ORDER AND DID NOT WANT THE NEW PERSCRIPTION. However, THEY STILL CHARGED INSURANCE. After checking I found the the new drug had side effects that would aggravate the condition it was supposed to treat!!! Checked and found out both CVS and Walmart still had a supply of the drug (Walgreen was out of stock), I filled it without insurance for $8 with a coupon CVS gave me. This Walgreens was very slow removing the charge from insurance for the unfilled new drug, it took a trip into the store, and several more weeks; so I could not use insurance!! It appears Walgreens cares more about revenue than people.Have had many problems with refills from their email based refill software. Could go on and on. When you call Walgreens to try and straighten out the email orders one sits for a long time in voicemail system listening to commercials!!According to one doctor, Walgreens is the most expensive place to fill prescriptions! She told me about Walmart and CVS coupons.

Quick and convenient. Anytime a line forms at the register when Ive shopped at this location the employees have responded quickly to keep things moving along.

Drive thru was closed at 9am.

I really like this place but the pharmacy has got my meds wrong 3 times in the past year.

Its close to home, that is the only positive thing I can say about this place
