After many years of dealing with this incompetent CVS, I have finally had it! A particular professional staff member is rude and extremely condescending. I am not certain how he ever received a degree in a profession that should have a goal to help people. I guess that’s why he is working at a CVS, must be the only job he could get. The assisting staff was very helpful, however mistakes were often made. I am now using a different CVS, because I have no other options for pharmacy choices. However it is a night and day difference! The professional staff and technicians at my new CVS are over the top helpful, and very knowledgeable and respectful. I would tell everyone to stay away from this CVS location, find another pharmacy, it will be the best decision you can make.

Pharmacy hours are wrong. Pharmacy closes at 7 pm on weekends. Open 8-8 on weekdays.

I just set up a rapid COVID test online, they called right away to confirm the appointment and let me know where to park when I arrive. I was 10 minutes early and the technician called me about 3 minutes before my appointment to confirm it was me in the parking lot and had me come into the test area. The staff was pleasant, very informative and fast. I was back on my way home before my set appointment time even. I received my results in 20 minutes (Negative!) and overall was impressed with the experience!

We have used this pharmacy ever since moving to Eden Prairie over 11 years ago. The techs in the pharmacy know us by name, and always help us get our medications sorted out. They’ve actually caught a couple medication interactions that would have been bad. Their prices for other items aren’t bad, considering that they are mainly for convenience of their pharmacy customers. If you use the CVS card, you can often find some good deals.

Had to have Covid testing for work. Process was easy and fast. Lady at window (wish I got her name) super friendly and nice. Explained theathe process and whole whole thing only took about 5 min. Had my dog in car and she even gave him a treat! Thank you so much to the caring staff who I know are working long, stressful days during this time.

I used the pharmacy to get a prescription for my son. The tech was EXTREMELY helpful. She sat on the phone with our insurance/prescription coverage company and got us the info for future prescriptions. It dropped the price of his medication by over $100. She went above and beyond and I truly appreciated it.

Clean store and staff is always very nice. Bathrooms could be cleaner and I wish they had hand sanitation wipes for carts, But store staff is always nice and helpful and clean store.

I arrived at 9:59pm and was greeted by manager Amy running to lock the door. She told me they were closed. Amy said they close at 10pm and didn’t have time for me to wonder around the store. I said but it’s 9:59pm and you’re still supposed to be open. I told her I only need 3 visa gift cards. I ask where they were so I could get them really quick. She said they are at Walmart and refused to let me shop. I won’t be back Amy. No worries.

Been using this CVS pharmacy location for 5 years. They bend over backwards to serve my family on time, even help us search for coupons or others stores with better prices. We are warmly greeted when we enter the store. And yes the grocery/misc prices can be higher than average but the Extracare card gives me high-percentage off and even FREE MONEY on accumulated purchases. I cannot say enough good things about this store. It’s like family.

Date of Visit: 5/28/2019 around noon - Only complaint = the pot holes/bumps in the parking lot and entrance road. The store itself was clean, well stocked, and organized. I was able to purchase everything I needed.

I got water in my ear once and they were very good about draining the water out of my ear. Thanks! The pharmacy was very good and gentle with me when taking care of my clogged ear...this is especially good since I am a rather jumpy one who is sensitive to touch or pain, so they did remarkable.

For about 10 yrs. my husband and I have used CVS Pharmacy. Wonderful, caring staff and Pharmacists. We have never had a problem. They will go that extra step to make sure you are safe and satisfied! Highly recommend

I had a prescription covered by insurance filled here twice. When a new prescription came in from a different doctor, they created a second profile and sold drugs that were not covered by insurance to us at a very high price and proceeded to tell us that it was our fault that their profiles did not match. They told me there was nothing they could do to coordinate benefits with our insurance and then hung up on me before furnishing a number to talk with a higher level manager. I am very unimpressed when companies hide behind systems and say they cannot help instead recognizing that it is real people their systems are hurting. I will not be returning to this or any other CVS.

This is my pharmacy. I go here for all my medications and theyre always very friendly. They fill prescriptions fast, the pharmacists always offer good advice if you ask, and the level of care and concern for their clients is outstanding.

Its 12/18 at 3:20 and waited for 20 min to checkout. Ill not go again. Lady was standing in pharmacy I asked her to please checkout see told me no, I dont. Im not going to this location any more for my medication. Not customers friendly at all.

Took a passport photo here to renew my passport, the person who did it didnt seem to understand the Passport regulations, because we took a few and none of them looked passport quality but one looked fine and I used that one. Fast forward 8 weeks, I sent everything in and got a letter back from the Office of State saying theyre holding my passport application because the photo was taken incorrectly. Now I leave overseas in a few weeks and Im screwed because CVS didnt know what they were doing. Literally in limbo for a vacation that costs a lot of money. Please management, train your staff and dont allow people unfamiliar with how to take Passport photos to take them. This mistake on your part will cost me hundreds in expedited fees.

Again, our prescriptions are not ready for pick up after receiving text alerts that they are ready. They also continue to fill prescriptions which have been cancelled. Horrible service, long waits, and no RX ready when you finally get to the front of the line. Advised to come back in a few hours. Problem is the other pharmacies in the area cost more for needed prescriptions.

System down prescription was a necessity. Daughter very ill. Screwed us up by not notifying system back up. Had Doctor send to WalgreensWalgreens couldnt fill CVS had already preauthorized. No phone call, no notifation to email or phone text that CVS had finished and ready. CVS Nationwide is to blame system failure. Not cool. I believe this is unacceptable period. We have many using CVS. I believe my gas wasted is ridiculous. My daughters health,is worth more than the pharmacist understood. Had to stand and wait for a filled prescription well they filled others. Worst experience ever at this location. Negative 1p. CYS has problems with system outside or crashes. Please fix this. Googled issue. Shame on you CVS.

This CVS store #3562 is clean and well located. Unfortunately I have had several experiences at this CVS and moved prescriptions elsewhere in the past. CVS is the preferred pharmacy with my new insurance so I thought I give them 1 more try (it been a while, might be better - NOT!).. Doctor sent a prescription to CVS, it was filled at a cash price. When I went to pick it up I gave her my insurance card and asked her to run to see the insurance price. She got annoyed, acted like it was a big deal, said she would have to completely re-run the prescription and asked do I still want her to run under my insurance. I said yes, I wanted to know the insurance price. After 5-10 minutes, she said it would not go through, and asked my primary insurance. I told her this was my primary Part-D insurance. She gave up and I paid the cash price since it was my only choice. I went home called the insurance company, they checked and it run as secondary insurance (not primary), and told me the copay price (which was less than 1/3 of cash price I paid). So I went back to CVS, the girl who ran it transaction was getting ready to leave and would not talk. Another person who was polite (for a change) checked the insurance and said it went through fine. But, he could not rerun it until the pharmacist comes back from break in 15-20 min. Please come back then. That did it!! so I asked for the manager, and asked that he just refund the entire transaction (I no longer wanted to deal with this CVS) he did not give me a refund but finally rerun at the correct price (at the cost of 45-50 minutes of my time). In the past the pharmacy staff has been rude and unhelpful. Today was no different, I will avoid this CVS in the future.

Its a typical CVS. The pharmacy is where I do most of my business. They are typically reliable and perform their function as expected. As with any other pharmacy, you as the customer must understand enough about your health ins to do business with it. Otherwise you run the risk of blaming the pharmacy when things go wrong, when if you read your policy carefully you would understand why things are or are not covered. You would also understand what a deductible is, what out of pocket maximum is, and what/why a prior authorization is. Im a former pharmacy tech and now a healthcare manager. As I read through many of the complaints about the pharmacy I see how the public continues to blame the pharmacy for things, when its the individuals own fault. Get informed people, health plans arent getting any simpler, and stop blaming the people trying to help you, when its you that is the problem.

Waiting outside the door to open at 8:10 am with several other freezing customers while the employees looked at us through the window. They open at 8am there was no excuse. Some people were honking their horns and knocking on the window. Completely unprofessional, they just lost several customers. I do not recommend this location, there is a Walgreens just down the street which is where myself and several other customers went this was the 17th of January.

The pharmacy here is full of people who just stand around and talk. They give you an attitude if you ask if your meds are ready. The only reason I come to CVS is because they are my insurance and they wont let me go to Walgreens for my BP meds. They policy is if its not a one off prescription, like antibiotics and stuff, I have to get it at CVS only. Since I have chronic high blood pressure and have to take my bp meds for the rest of my life, my insurance wont cover them if I get them anywhere else. Thanks CVS insurance! for locking in my business to your crappy service pharmacies!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I took my extremely ill baby to the minute clinic half an hour before it was suppose to close, and the practitioner refused to see him. She even shut the door on us, obviously showing she did not care about my sons wellbeing!It would have only taken her a few minutes to take a culture (I know this because it only took a few minutes at the St. Francis urgent care to determine my son had a horrible case of Strep Throat).Every nurse, doctor, and pharmacist (Walgreens will be my new pharmacy from now on), were beyond shocked that she turned away an obviously extremely ill child! They all questioned her wrong behavior, why she was hired, and still employed considering what she did. They also assured me that this would have never happened anywhere else.I will be sharing this awful experience with everyone I come into contact with as I am a member of the PTO, a soccer coach, a swim mom, and an involved neighbor. You have lost my family as customers, and will continue to lose people as I share this experience every chance I get!! No patient should ever go through this!!!

My son came in to have his ear checked, thinking he had an ear infection. The person at the clinic said he didnt, gave him a prescription for $60 ear drops. He ended up going to the doctor the next day, and he did have an infection. These people are incompetent!! An ear infection should be easy to spot. Are these people just hired off the street without any medical knowledge? One star is one too many.

Worst pharmacy ever, no wonder they have had two class action lawsuits against them. If they dont have your full script they try to charge your copay 2 times when the rest of your supply comes in.They do not educate the customers about how they do things, then you go in and get screwed. They dont care if your a regular customer. The worst pharmacy in Eden Prairie.Walgreens on Hennepin town road is way better in all aspects. I highly suggest if you have brand name medications not to go there.I will tell everyone I know about how poor their customer service is. Please dont make the same mistakes as I did. Save yourself the headache and go to Walgreens
