Service was terrible and sales persons didnt know anything. Just bought this phone that was giving me problems so 2 weeks later I called cricket but had to go to to the store. Sales person said the phone sucked and I needed to buy another phone. Dropping cricket before it becomes due. Already talked to the new service and takingTheir advice and picked out my new phone but not with Cricket.
Very rarely do I rate a business poorly but avoid this business at all cost. Their customer service is the worst in town and they couldnt care less.
Recently quit this cricket store, my district manager told me we dont have unhappy employees when I was told I would be fired if my sales were not increasing. Management expects you to hound customers for sales and compromise your morals to be valued. Have never been shown appreication and dealt with incredibly discriminatory conduct of my management. This is a very hostile environment that does not promote growth.

Incredibly toxic environment. Came in for a phone and overheard employees speaking poorly about protestors being run over and how it was laughable. Unfortunate to say the least.
My wife and I spent 4 days of our Florida vacation at this place because of a system issue with Alcatel Onyx and Motorola e5 phones. Drake Harden, Danny Lewis, and Devon Canada genuinely cared about us and went above and beyond to make sure we left with great new phones and a great plan. I highly recommend these three gentlemen!!!
The store associates are extremely knowledgeable. They were very helpful and patient in talking me through my new phone. I worked with both Drake and Devon and was impressed with their overall understanding of the technology and what services plans were available. I had the opportunity to observe them with other clients and cannot express how well they treated them.
The new owners are awesome the store looks way better and Devon is still awesome. Everyone looks way happier now since they are being respected and actually being appreciated now unlike how old owners treated everyone.

Came here about 6 months ago. They were nice, but the girl really had no idea what she was talking about. She confused the amount of data one would get a month (how many gigs) with the phone storage. I didnt have the heart to tell her phone storage was how much space the phone could handle, and network data was how much internet I could use on my phone.
Only one customer service rep there, so had to wait a while for him to take care of other customers, but he was very helpful and nice.
UPDATE: I would appreciate hearing from the OWNER OF THE STORE .... I want to discuss what happened to me last week and again today, the manager is very rude and hung up on me this morning. During the glitch with Google/Chrome last week not only was I told I needed a new phone, everyone else in the store was sold phones because we were told 3G no longer supported our phones. All untrue, Im using my old phone now to the thanks of another Cricket store! I have been with Cricket for many many years and Ive always had good service but this is FRAUDULENT!!!

I talked to some lady there who passed me on to Chris when she didnt want to deal with me because she had another customer. Chris was completely unhelpful when I was trying to figure out why my phone wasnt working. They told me that the area was getting a new tower and they didnt know how long my service would be out. Then they said there is nothing they could do but to call 611. Its been weeks with terrible service that wasnt great to begin with and when I told them I was switching services that they couldnt help me either because of privacy concerns. 611 told me a different story and said Orlando and other major areas are having problems but they dont know when it will be fixed. I asked to speak with someone who knows ANYTHING about when Im getting service and now Ive been on hold for almost an hour. DO NOT let these guys sell you a phone or service. They drop the prices of the phones and try to sell you insurance also. What they dont tell you is that you have to pay a deductible on the original price of the phone. This isnt the first time either. Everyone in Edgewater, Fl literally lost service for 2 days. I never had these problems with METRO PCS down the road.
Im a cricket customer now and happy with my service but, I need a new phone and Ill going to buy a Galaxy S7. Cricket has it priced at $549. Boost Mobile, right down the road, is selling the same phone for $449 - over $100 cheaper!! I called thinking that they would price match or negotiate for a good customer (my wife and I have a plan together) but no. Called another store and same thing. Called customer service and even they wouldnt do anything. So now theyre going to lose two customers over $100. Oh well, why would I pay 20% more for an identical phone with identical service?? Very disappointed, guess Im switching providers.

But the MUCH BIGGER problem is how slooooow the service is and Im offline a LOT. and I only live 3 miles from this store in Edgewater. also, Im on the unlimited data plan so its not that!Went there today, I needed assistance to post a couple photos to Facebook. Manager: Ill get fired if I do that.Hes going to fire himself? 🙄Nah, I doubt that.go here to buy your vastly marked up phone, ask any questions you have BEFORE you purchase the phone.after that, they couldnt care less.🤔pick your plan, pay the activation fee(kinda like a car dealer fee--a tip/free money.) 🤑then theyll fix you up with a $20-$30 phone case ( more NICE profit!) But, if you live in Edgewater, just dont be too surprised at how slooooow your service is.sloooow like molasses......
