Young lady there today was not very helpful at all. Plus let me walk out very unsatisfied. So I went straight to your competitor and canceled 4 phone lines with AT&T and opened up new accounts with them. Thanks competitor for taking care of us good customer service.

Next up was added to our bill without even asking or discussion at all. Our current work discount is not added to new plan even though store rep indicated it was. Agreed upon monthly bill is much higher than promised. Also found out that this store is an independent franchise and not a true corporate store. Port Orange store is part of corporate.

Thank you for your help. After visiting another store we were disappointed and thought we wouldnt be able to activate our new phones with at&t but this location did that and so much more. Were now getting better coverage, much better than Metro Pcs.

BEWARE NOT A REAL AT&T STORE! Independently owned and filled with scammer employees who will promise promotions, bill you for extra services, and then deny any knowledge of doing so at all cost to you.I always heard it was that way, but recently had the displeasure of finding out myself.

Ive been a customer with At&t for over 20 year. Destiny helped me fix my phone, and helped me save a ton of money with my TV service and internet. I will never of back to Spectrum! She is very professional and needs a raise ASAP. Thank you again Edgewater At&t. I will definitely be back.

Great customer service! I unintentionally arrived at 4:55 ( they closed at 5) with a problem with my newly diagnosed diabetic daughter phone. I desperately needed her phone to work properly for her BS to show on my phone through an APP. Allyssa was kind patient, understanding and stayed 30 minutes after closing to make sure my daughters phone was working and we would have peace of mind! I can’t express how kind she was! Thank you!

Had an excellent experience with the new manager Levi! He had some great music playing and was very friendly and helpful, resolved my bill issues in 2 minutes and found a way to get me a new phone without paying extra monthly!! Night and day difference compared to my last experience here a year ago. HIGHLY recommended!

Worst in person customer service. I came in this past Wed because my phone wouldnt turn on and I figured theyd be able to help.The lady helping me wasnt friendly. After an awkward minute or two of silence I asked how her day was going for a short good reply. She spent about 5 minutes on Google, looking up how to fix my phone because she or the other guy in the store had no idea. After no help, she said my phone was dead and I needed to buy a new one because she couldnt even factory reset it. I took my phone home, did my research, and was able to factory reset it myself. My phone works fine. Dont give up on me just to get your sales up.

It took two employees over twenty five minutes trying to figure out how to get a Google icon on someone elses homepage while we waited to even be acknowledged by either employee. When we finally became frustrated and leave they could have cared less and were incredibly rude. They clearly have zero knowledge base on the items they sell and they lack basic customer service skills. Go to best buy mobile instead!

My wife & I were just there to upgrade our Galaxy S5 & S7 to new S20s. I am highly disappointed in the piss poor customer service that Alyssa demonstrated! She helped a lady that walked in after us, before she finished completing our transactions & made us wait 15 minutes while she helped the other customer! Then she didnt even help us set up our new phones!

Authorize retailer meaning Robbery retailer.This A&TT it is not a real one, its a franchise, in other words they only care about selling and no helping at all. Only 2 employees, one of them is the owner. I was trying to get a $30 Go phone SIM card for my old iPhone and the owner put me in a contract with a small plan which cost me $55, oh but thats not all, he told me that I can have a new tablet for free with the new line. What a nice guy! And what naive I was. 28 days later I received the bill, $94, W. T .F.!! For the next 2 years contract. Having only 2 days to return it, I rushed to the fake A&TT and the same guy told me that I need to pay for breaking a contract and without the box I cant return the tablet. A tablet and a contract I never had to sign in the first place. Be aware theyre only to sell no to help.

I’ve been a customer since February of 2019 when (Dillion) started my phone plan, first bill was $325 with someone else’s phone tagged along. They fixed it for me down to $80. Second bill was $122 and paid. The third bill was $165!!! I went into AT&T angry after speak on the phone with customer service and spoke with Dimitri, who was very understanding a quick to help lower my bill to the price is should be ALL OF THE TIME. This is the best employee that I have spoken too in this branch. Definitely suggest her over Dillion. Thanks for helping out and making my day better girl :)

Just strange. Went it to the store to purchase a phone and was told that I could lease the phone then purchase it after a billing period. Was told they do not have the inventory to sell phones. I thought this was a phone store? I ultimately left with no phone. I have been an AT&T customer for years.

Be careful, with stuff you had no idea even existed Oh and then you bring it in but then the two week return policy is Nolan void. Of course you don’t get your bill for 30 days later so it’s impossible that they would ever be binding under two week contract

The employees at this store are completely incompetent. I would literally go out of my way to get to the Daytona Beach store so I wouldnt have to deal with these people. Theyre shady and they wont even try to help you unless it benefits their commission in some way. Theyre a disgrace to the AT&T brand.

We walked in to inquire Only, John and James were very knowledgeable and set up all of our phones, We Transfered all of my familys 5 phones We got a great package and monthly savings ! I luve in Deland and I had a small issue with my android and went to my local store and they could not resolve my problem, I decided to drive back to Edgewater and as soon as I explained my problem John had a fast solution and problem resolved!

WOW, I walked into your At&t store to open an account and was blown off by the staff personnel. There was Four staff personnel staring at me and two customers inside waiting. Im a customer with At&t and have great credit with them as well. I was told they could not help me becuase of the iPhone 6 coming out today and the number of appointments by staff personnel named Thomas. I was dumbfounded on how they could just let somebody leave and not want to do business. The sad part was Im already an At&t customer and this was my first impression on how they conduct wireless business within the store. As a computer scientist I saw lack of leadership and architectural structure failure within this company. I will not deal with people who lack human relations and condect unprofessional business. I would drive to the next city without a thought, but this store location will never get my business or be talked about on a high level from me.

These people have no idea what theyre doing. I went into their store 4 months ago just to upgrade my phone and Ive been a ATT customer since 2003. They came at me with buy one get one free promotion for the Galaxy 7. I thought okay thats a good deal. My husbands on the road with work he needs a new phone and different service and we could probably save some money combining together. I asked them so my husband wont be home for a couple weeks to a month. Hes going to want to keep his phone number will we be able to trade phone numbers on the free phone and put his number on it. I was told oh yeah you can do that might have to pay a $30 service charge!! I sign up get the phone a month later when he gets home we go back to the store to hook him up with the free phone and transfer numbers and were told we have to keep the phone number that was delegated to that phone or its not a BOGO. So for 4 months now Ive been calling ATT 2 get rid of the delegated phone number on the free phone because I still have to carry that line which is costing me $25 a month that I have no use for when I change the number to my husbands phone number. So after talking to an AT&T representative on the phone in a different state telling me I can do that this months bill is $791.96 because I have to pay for my free phone because I got rid of the delegated phone number that it was assigned to even though I still have the line and Im paying them thats my service. So Im tired of calling these people every month to try to get my logo situated after people at this store lied to me! Im going to go to a different server because every month I call ATT and nobody can help me and all they do is read direct me to somebody else. Like I said Ive been a customer since 2003 when it was Cingular and ATT bought them out so if Im not valued enough and they have not got enough money out of me and 13 years to abide by giving me my free phone while I still have service I am done. Its not hard math if you work at ATT free phone or valued customer..... beware beware beware dont believe everything youre told!!!
