I smashed my cellphone face while on a trip and needed quick service. To make matters worse, the old phone had an incorrectly installed old sim chip.They were able to deal with the electronics issues and set me up in a new phone quickly and at a reasonable price.

Had a moisture alert in my Galaxy S9+ that I was unable to resolve on my own. Took it in and dropped it off for them to look at. They only had it a few hours and were able to just clean the port and didnt need to replace any parts. Darius and his crew were very friendly and helpful. I was also satisfied with the cost of the repair. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

I should have taken the multiple bad reviews more seriously before taking my iPhone here for a screen repair. First Id like to say that I walked in with a functional phone, no problems using it just had a crack in the screen. The crack had been there for months actually never had a problem using the phone so I never had it fixed but I thought that I might trade it in and get more with repaired screen. The replacement screen this place used was cheap, the color of the screen was distorted, pics appeared much darker and it did not fit evenly on the phone. The owner was telling me that everything looked fine and it’s prolly the inside lighting affecting it. Ok so whatever I wasn’t gonna argue over it. After paying the additional $30 for “quick” service plus the $120 for the screen I get to my car to make a call and there is no sound, NO sound at all.( Prior to getting my phone back the owner asked me about the sound, I said sometimes it seems low to me but I have tinnitus so every thing i hear is slightly lower to me. At that time he said nothing further about it to me). What use is a phone without sound….? After paying $150 for a knock off screen and than on top of that I get back an iPhone 8 Plus that was working just fine with sound now has No sound at all. I’m assuming it was the owner that I had to deal with, all I can say is that you should not be operating a business, it’s one thing to make a mistake but to blame the customer for it and than to insinuate i purposely brought a none functional phone to have it repaired for $150 dollars and most importantly waste 3 hrs out of my day to deal with someone like yourself is brainless. Anyone reading this review please do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I rarely write reviews and didn’t want to waste my time writing this one but if there is even one customer I can save from going here it’ll be worth it. This place will break your stuff blame it on you and there is nothing you can do about it. I had no working phone when I left there and he made me still pay $25 for it. What kind of business does that lol please do not go here. Save yourself the frustration, go to uBreakiFix in Port Orange they can repair anything you need and they will do it professionally without using cheap aftermarket parts. That is where AT&T sends their local customers for repairs. Something to consider, I wish I had none before going to this place. Worst business I’ve ever dealt with in my life.

Like the previous people said if I can give zero stars I would I would recommend anybody to go to distance and drives a Daytona or Fort Orange to get their devices repaired. I walked in to repair the screen on my laptop that my son cracked. The owner told me that I have to pay for it in full before he can order it. Which is completely understandable. So I did. Also told me that it will be in the following day. Waited one week then I called he told me that he left me voicemails which never happened. Dropped it off they did repair my screen. I also bought a charger for my laptop and was supposed to be in the same time. When I dropped off my laptop they told me I didn’t buy a charger I bought a battery. Then when I asked what was the price difference they told me it was a misunderstanding. They also broke my enter key and then when I asked them why is this broken they told me so automatically you knew that the enter key was broken but I had to enter In my password to see if the screen was repaired they told me I was a liar and kick me out of the store. Please if you don’t want to get ripped off by these people don’t go to their store

Bought a fake s10 case,was in Lunatik brand box,was caught off guard when it was 60 dollar price tag,I found out after it was on so my fault,man was nice enough to lower price 10 bucks I was very thankful, so I get home curious as to how this case is so much $,I learn its just in a brand name box, the actual case is from Amazon for $21.99.i understand profit but changing boxes for fake products, then I saw the retaping of scotch tape on outside of box,also dude seemed passed i even wanted to leave with the box, now I realize he wanted to bait and switch again,they are a joke

I went there last week with my iPhone SE, the glass was shattered. They took me right away, had glass replaced in 25 min while I waited and the price was amazing. Only charged me $55 whereas everyone else I called it was $90. They were extremely helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend them. My son also had his glass in his iPhone 7 Plus replaced 2 months ago and has been great ever since he had it done

I have a iphone 5c. Yes I know its old. But it still works except the battery drains too quickly these days. In at 3:30 and out in short period of time and with a better price than another store and closer to home. Ryan is a great guy and took good care of me. Learned he also repairs computers. Wish I had known that before I took my laptop elsewhere.

In fact id honestly have to say thinking about the many cell phone stores ive been to over the last years that it takes the cake for the whole state in my opinion personally... If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a complete joke. My wife brought my daughters phone in here to get a diagnostics on the touch screen not working. The guys said that it was the screen we had him fix that and the home button. We picked the phone up the phone up and worked for about a week or a couple days. So we called and told them they said they would replace the screen again. So we took it back in, picked the phone up and still the same issue. Called them they said they would look at it. When I dropped it off the guy said its not the screen its the mother board. So why would they fix the screen in the first place and just tell me. My wife told him we wanted a refund he didnt even want to do that. After of talking with him he agreed to give us 30 of the 80 we paid for the screen, but he said he had to take his screen off and put the old one back on. So she agreed she picked the phone up a couple days later and when she picked it up the screen is shattered. She said something to him about the screen and he said that was our old screen. The owner is a joke, he doesnt know how to diagnose phones all he does is throw parts at them and hope that it works. Do not go here. Find a better place to get your cell phone repaired.

It cost me $95 to find out why I will never use your services again. My new screen failed after 30 days and you hide behind your 14 day warranty. Took a couple of times but the phone came out okay

Brought my phone in to get my screen replaced. Took 3 1/2 hours. I wouldn’t be upset over the time waited if it was done correctly but alas, it wasn’t. One day into the repair my touch ID suddenly stopped working. I was upset but whatever. Then came the grand finale, I dropped my phone from AT MOST one foot above the ground and was immediately greeted from my phone with a black screen with no response. I brought it in next week to another repair shop and was told whoever did the last repair bent the connector pins that enable the touch ID as well as doing, as the guy told me, a rushed screen replacement with any care thrown to the wind. Disgraceful, a phone is an investment and my one and only tool for my business. Disgusted by the lack of respect. Do not go here.

Couldn’t have asked for a more garbage company to take in my phone. Took for my 7+ for a cracked screen to be replaced. Picked up my phone 2hrs beyond what I was quoted for repair time. Seemed okay, then realized the front camera/flash was defective. When I brought it back they told me “ya, sometimes that happens” told me I’d be an additional $70. Picked up my phone for the 2nd time and since my screen has been absolute garbage. It texts, types, sends photos, opens new apps, closes the screen etc etc all on its own. They sent me 2 “how’d we do, we’d love to hear your feedback” emails. Replying saying, the service was not adequate can you please re-attempt to fix it, go figure, no reply. If you want absolutely horrific service and a product worse than when you brought it in check out these guys. Still waiting on my refund...

My daughters iPhone was decimated after I threw it against a pantry door when she considered her device more important than what her mother and I were saying to her from 3 feet away. The phone appeared completely lost, and she was one eye-roll away from getting an old Zack Morris brick phone (which by the way are for sale on Amazon using a T-Mobile SIM). After being referred to Smart Cell Repair, we went in and spoke with Derryan, who was very professional. He wasnt fazed by the condition of the phone, and was able to make the phone look like new again, to include being able to save all data that was believed to have been lost. Their prices are more than fair and the turnaround time is quick - a full day and a half to fix a phone that appeared to have gone through a meat grinder. We also bought a screen protector and new case for a decent price, which if bought at any of the mainstream cell providers, would cost a bit more. Very knowledgeable about their craft, and can answer any questions you may have.

Brought my broken iPhone 7 there to be repaired for screen and update issues . After three days they said they couldn’t fix and put a faulty screen on it and told me It was good. When I picked it up it was not charged I didn’t think anything about it . Got home and the phone was stuck in boot loop mode. Went back next day the guy was rude and told me I should have known I could lose my information and pictures . Then told me theres nothing they will do to mend the situation or refund the shady work done. 1 hour later I Took it to unbreakifix in Port Orange and the had it working in 30 minutes!!✅ they said they had to replace proximiter and the screen in there was not good !!

I had spoken with Luke on the phone before coming into the store to discuss my options for repair on an iphone that needed a replacement digitizer. Skimming over the specifics, no associates at the store detailed that there would be new glass and a new home button installed and I am very dissatisfied with them. The screen now is no longer flush with the phone and sticks out, the corners of my screen do not react to touch (completely eliminating the use of certain iphone features), the display of the screen is now smaller and displays less than the stock screen did, the home button feels awful and literally moves back and forth now.These issues were not discussed before the repair and I had confirmed with Luke after using my phone again that these issues were normal and were compromises that needed to happen for the manufacturer to evade lawsuit of patented product for iphones.I can not recommend bringing your iphone for service here and expecting to have it work as it did before service. My expectations were that my phone would be as it was before repair and they were not met, I regret my purchase.
