Bel Air Auto body has some of the nicest employees around who know how to get the job done right! They are always willing to work with me on timing, and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them for repair work.

They did a great job! I had a bent axle and the rear back panel corner. They estimated about 3 weeks of work and got it done in two weeks. Car washed, cleaned, vacuumed. Everything works. Nissan Sentra SV. Only down side is that they replaced the right rear taillight assembly. Which is fine. But I have LED reverse lights. So, I have a left rear bright white light but the rear right one is yellow. Nothing worth knocking down a star but its still a good business. Good location. The lady in the front was quick and friendly for a place that is closing for the weekend in 15 minutes. Hopefully I wont be back soon. Sorry but if i have to. I would come back for sure and I definitely would recommend them.

I had the opportunity to use this business twice. Not only was the service fair, honest and prompt, they were also extremely personable and friendly. It is so difficult to find a place that customer service is a priority. Look no further. The quality of the work matches the excellent service we received. I am pretty picky about my car, but I have absolutely no concers bringing my vehicle here, and I highly recommend them!

I went there to get an estimate for repairing rust that started on the hood of my truck. I was given two different estimates, because the work could be done two different ways. They could do the regular rust repair or get another hood. I was given a time frame of how long I could wait for getting the work done to help me decide which option to take. I felt like I was treated with respect, vs. having someone tell me, Oh, you have to do this right away and you have to do it this way... Someone in my neighborhood recommended this place to me and I was told they are female friendly, which is a great aspect. Once I have the money to do the work, the reason for getting the estimate, I will be going back there for the work to be done. The woman in the front office was also very nice! I like being able to support my local businesses.

This is not a hole in the wall shop . Was involved in a hit and run my ins chose them to provide the service, they kept my car for two weeks and still didnt have it done buy there finish date, so I had to wait and additional three days. When I got my car back everything looked great into I started to pay attention to the details. 1 they broke the cap on my battery. 2 theres running paint on each side of my fender where they painted, you can see everything clear from the photos please dont take your car there

I was referred to Bel Air Auto Body by my insurance company. From the minute I walked in the door, their staff was courteous and professional. The car took about 2 weeks to repair, due to no fault of theirs. They had to order multiple items. Their staff called me every other day to update me on the status of my repair. The day of the pickup, they were eager to accommodate my schedule and even offered to open their office on a holiday weekend to give me back my car. I was extremely pleased with the repairs.

I havent gotten my truck back yet, so I cant review their work, but the customer service is stellar! The lady at the desk, (Debbie) is literally going out of her way to make us happy. She is so nice and down to earth! Businesses need to know that its not only their quality of work that keeps people coming back, Its also people like Debbie! Thank you Debbie!

Easy, they had my best interest in mine. After traveling two weeks, and low on cash. Chris, the mechanic knew I had a 3 hour ride. It would have been horrible with a broken brake line. Still they tried to work with me. Customer service, that is worth writing about. They are a full body and mechanic shop. Yes indeed, we found it. Repairs, great service, with the well being of the customers in mind.

I have been doing business with Jay at Bel Air Auto Body for years. He has repaired 2 cars for me over the years and Business Machines my business has serviced and sold copier, faxes and printers to him. So I have seen how he treats his customers and his vendors, Nothing but a good experience in both.

Towed truck in for an electrical issue. I know jobs take time, but they had it for 9 days. The tech admitted he only worked on it an hour to an hour and a half per day. That way they can charge outrageous prices. So, to run one wire from pcm to fuse box cost me over $1,400. Replaced my new parts with old parts ( while diagnosing ) and never returned my original parts. Not to mention, all the gray over spray from their paint shop ( only separates the garage with a sheet of plastic from spray area )I highly do not recommend this place at all, unless you like filling their pockets, with shorty work ! Communication, that doesn’t exist, unless you call them !

Overall they are good at making your car look good but a far as communication goes and making sure the job is done right I would rate them extremely low, I shouldn’t have had to call them the company to ask them to send me the email that they were supposed to send for my estimate and also next make sure inspect the final product before rushing the person to come get there car just for three days later me to notice that one of my lights was completely out and on top of that they quoted my insurance one a amount and when I got the bill they decided to throw another 1,000 on there and then get mad at me for calling to let them that my light was out what if I would have gotten pulled over then what... I’ll never refer or go to body shop, maybe this company should work on not being so mad at having to do their job, if you didn’t rush and actually treated the customer the way that you would want to be treated in this type of situation don’t you think you would get better reviews and more referrals.

They were friendly, efficient and did EXCELLENT work. My badly gouged and battered car looked like new inside and out.

I have to say that everyone was extremely professional and nice. Ive had my car back for 3 days now, so far so good. All and all I think they did a great job.

Insurance company recommended them when I got into an accident. Did additional work to the car when it was there. Up front with costs and very friendly throughout the process.

Can never give you the exact date to pick up your car I’ve called constantly asking when can I pick up my vehicle they usual tell me “tomorrow” it’s been a good couple of weeks now

Great service who focues on doing the job right with safety as a primary concern. The representative worked with me to explain the work to be completed and the impact to the vehicles overall safety. It goes a long way to know that the company focus is on doing what is safest for the vehicle owner.

Well I have to say Im very upset. They did good work on my truck but they had it 5 days longer then what they said but thats not the main thing that upsets me. My mileage in was 18,620 and when I got my truck back it had 19,078, so that means someone was driving my truck around. I would call but on my estimate sheet it said 18,620 miles in an I had my truck 6 more days before I dropped it off for repair. I know for a fact I didnt put 450 miles on my truck in 6 days but they would say I did so I wouldnt recommend anyone taking their vehicle to them. Oh I also had a bunch of quarters in my coin slot an when I got it back they were all gone. I would give them no stars if I could!!!!

They did a wonderful job for me, I broke down on 95 close to their location . The owner spoke with me on the phone . He was very polite and kind, he helped me find a tow truck that was reasonably priced and had one of his employees stay after hours to get me back on the road . And when I paid the bill i was very happy with the amount they charged me . 100% pleased !!

So so unhappy with my business with Belair Autobody! Dropped my car off Sunday night so they could start it Monday morning it was a 4-5 day job and they say it just needs to be put back together but itll have to be Monday. I was told 5 days I only had arrangements for 5 days. Your apology doesnt take me to and from work on Monday or to run my errands this weekend. I shouldnt have to suffer from their poor management!!!! Chruchville Autobody may be a little more expensive but quality is better.

Terrible time service which they take, apart from the fact that they ask you to leave your car and they start working a week laterin truth that place so bad where you took my car, is a group of inept workers, now tell me what I can do if I put on a tire and the workshop did not return the padlock for the tire? damn ugly place
